All good!!

Shower needs a little attention otherwise all good! Shower head and shower door needs to be replaced.

Everything was convenient for all of us. The whole room was very accommodative. I also liked the fact that it had a balcony. 🌍

I was happy with everything.

Firstly our mode of transport arrived earlier than the expected time and I had no other choice but to phone in and request to check in earlier. The gentleman that answered was so kind to allow us to come in and drop our luggage while we went out for breakfast. He also arranged for our room to be cleaned as soon as the guest checked out. To my surprise we received a message to say we can check-in within a short period of time. If that's not service then I don't know :)

I liked everything.

The place is very clean and comfortable.

There were no bath towels. Pls have someone to assist when guests are checking in, we had a few people knocking our room because they didn't know where to find the host

Liked that the place was spacious and it had all amenities needed to be comfortable and to make food, as well as the tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided, to make a warm cup of tea or coffee at night or in the morning before departing. Also it was close enough to shops if need anything, yet in a peaceful area. Had a lovely balcony area, with beautiful views from the room and balcony. Second time staying here in a different room, would come back again.

There was nothing not to like.

Good value for money. Will definately stay there again.

Rooms are lovely.

Bedding is old and rough. Toilet paper is cheap. There is also NO NETFLIX.

The apartment inwhich we booked was extremely spacious and clean. The beds were made and fresh towels were provided. There was also extra blankets and the bathroom/washroom facility was clean and no issues. Overall, i will certainly stay here again

i had no issues except for the fact the beds were a little hard

This was nice and cosy as i had read from previous clientele... It was was decent and ok for what me and my colleague needed whilst being students at SPL.

Maybe could have had more dish cloths for drying dishes as it was a 4 night stay... And maybe a cupboard with bedding for the couches, extra beds... But, maybe we should have asked, its just that the door to the reception is always closed... I personally do not like bothering people, so i dont want to phone the whole time. Staff/owners are busy and also have stuff to do...

There is no breakfast at the facility but everything else is lovely.

The place is nice

Clean, attentive owner, beautifully decorated. Wifi worked during loadshedding and there were rechargeable lights.

The hot and cold stickers in the shower were a little confusing.

It's a beautiful quiet place. Convenient and affordable. It is perfect for a home away from home feel. It's easily accessible and fairly safe.

The wooden kitchen top. It gets wet quite a lot and may start to smell and rot. I spotted some coachroaches. The space needs more ventilation, maybe an aircon installation.
