The house was spotless and maintained. The photos shown and location were accurate You can tell the owner cares. Our only disappointment was the back yard is unkept/unmanicured that stopped us from utilizing it. I would recommend the house to anyone that cares and takes care of where they stay.

We loved our month's stay at The Beachwalk House. It's on a quiet street that's a few minute's drive from a grocery store, bank, pharmacies, and the best seafood restaurant in New Smyrna Beach! And so close to the ocean that you can hear the breakers from the back yard. The house is all on one level and decorated with attractive beachy touches. The kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked with spices, etc. and the large dining area was light and bright with a view out the back. The beds were super comfortable as were the sofa and chairs in the living room and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. We sat in the screened porch every morning with our coffee, watching our two dogs playing in the big back yard- it's fully fenced, right down to the ground, so even little dogs can't escape and there are palm trees and beautiful old oaks that give a dappled shade if you want to relax out of the sun. There's also a bbq and an outside shower. A couple of cruiser bikes are provided, if requested, and there are foldable beach chairs to take down to the ocean. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation and we'll certainly be back!

The house has all you need for a great stay. The back porch great for morning coffee listening to the ocean just a block or so away. Back yard is very nice.

The house was lovely and very homey. Everything we needed other then food was supplied. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation. The home is close to the beach, just across the street. Shopping and restaurants close by as well. A perfect vacation action spot!

Fabulous place to vacation. We were so happy with our stay at the Beach House. The house was extremely clean and located in a friendly neighborhood. It was great to have a fenced in backyard for our dogs. We will definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous find! Geri's clean and comfortable home was in a great location.......wonderful access to the beaches and Flagler and Canal Street activities. Also, just a short ride to the Smyrna Dunes dog beach and the Cape Canaveral National seashore! The restaurants in NSB are diverse and delicious. Actually went and saw a space x rocket launch in Cocoa Beach, 40 minutes away! Went to Blue Spring Park to see manatees. Safe neighborhood and very walkable. Our little doxiepoo loved the backyard. New Smyrna Beach is very artsy and always seemed to be having an event to take part in! Plus, the weather was great!

Very cozy and comfortable house with a quite neighborhood. Everything you could need is there. All you need is your own food. We had a great time and really felt at home. Couldn't ask for anymore. Just a few steps to the beach. Located close to many history sites and attractions. I really hated to leave. Look forward to staying there again in the future. We went to Cape Canaveral saw some manatees at Mosquito Lagoon and St. Augustine where went to a fort. We went on a river ride on a small boat and saw many dolphins. In between Cape Canaveral and New Smyrna we went the Warbird Museum(awesome) and the Police Hall of Fame ( very moving and breathtaking). Lots of things to do besides the other attractions in Central Florida just a few miles away. The house is very clean and maintained. 2 bedrooms with a dining room and screened porch, yard and carport. All the amenities washer and dryer, dishwasher, grill , coffeepot and Wi-Fi. Loved the house. Don't forget to go to some of the best restaurants like the Lost Lagoon and Blackbeard's Inn. Charlotte McMillan Knoxville, TN September 2016

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The location is just perfect in NSB. Distance to the beach is an easy minute walk just across the street. I got up every morning and walked a few miles and felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and relaxing. The house felt like home and we especially enjoyed having the washer & dryer. Our dog, Sam, enjoyed playing in the back yard which is fully fenced and secure. Thank you for letting us bring Sam.

The beach house was perfect for my family. The house is very clean and just the right size for a family of 5. This was my second year staying here and unless my family out grows the house I am sure I will be back next year. Thank you Geri for sharing your beach house!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachwalk House. It was the center of our family vacation. The location was a perfect fit for visiting family in the surrounding areas. We walked to beautiful New Smyrna Beach every day, and enjoyed the water, sand, and sun! We made outings to several parks and area attractions, and at the end of each day, came back to our cozy and comfortable beachouse. It was such a relaxing vacation and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It was everything we had hoped it would be!

I had a terrific stay at the Beach Walk House! It was clean, very well appointed, great location, very comfortable. I enjoyed it so much that I attempted to rent it again next February only to find that it is already booked. The location is perfect for exploring wildlife and the city of New Smyrna Beach is a charming little downtown. Hope to stay again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay.....so near to everything, yet quiet as well. The house was neat and tidy and provided all the comforts of home plus some. Very thoughtful owners have made it a very enjoyable place. A short walk to the beach and also to the shops! Thanks for a relaxing time!

I have been coming to NSB for over 45 years, it is the beach that we grew up with, I have fished the jetties when you could drive around them and flounder gig all night. Camped out on the beach with my dad as a boy and surfed from the jetties all the way past turtle mound. I know NSB and this little place is in a great spot. Short drive to dining, groceries, bars, a short walk to the beach and a short ride to a bike trail. If you want a nice quiet place to spend quality time with family and friends this is it. The house is neat as a pin and very comfortable. You can't beat the price. Honestly we felt like it was our house. My wife and I have been out of the country and all over my home state of Florida and I can say I truly enjoyed our time at the little house on the island.

The house is very clean and just the right size for 4 adults. The back yard is fenced so I didn't have to worry about my fur baby running away. I would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this beautiful beach bungalow. With a short walk to the beach, my wife and I walked about 4 miles of beach every day. The home is tastefully decorated for the location and really sets the mood for relaxation. Everything you need to make yourself at home is supplied. Restaurants, grocery store and shops are nearby.
