Nice size. No kitchen towels. No cold water in kitchen. Living room fireplace wouldn’t stay on. Bathroom lights not bright enough. Muddy road. With all that said we really enjoyed would rent again. Wish restaurants in the area were open so many closed😞

Russell was a prompt and helpful host, easy to work with. Our Smuggs week was a great break, not far from home, but a chance to unwind and do something different even during a pandemic. The condo was great, my crew are dedicated riders/skiers but I enjoyed the nordic trails and being in the woods myself. Not many folks on those nordic trails so it was peaceful and beautiful to be out there. My husband and I also skied the Notch Road which I highly recommend, it would also have been easy to walk/hike the road as the snow wasn't deep. Housekeeping staff are very cheerful and obviously working so hard to keep things clean and feeling safe. All in all a nice week away.

We stayed in condo above the main entrance which was a short drive up the road. You can walk about one block to the ski slope and ski on so that was great. This was our first time staying here. There are a lot of stairs and doors to go through in order to access the unit which makes bringing in luggage a bit of a struggle. If there was an elevator we did not find it. We had a nice view of the mountains from the rear of the unit. The unit was very clean and quite spacious. Plenty of room for me my husband and two teens. The owner was very quick to get back to us with any questions. It was somewhat frustrating having to communicate with the owner separately from the resort. Depending on who I spoke to on the phone they did not seem to understand the arrangement between the owner and Wyndham for renters. Overall we liked skiing at smugglers notch very much. There are many activities. We were hoping to swim in the outdoor heated pool but it was closed the whole time with a sign saying the outdoor temperatures were too cold.

Traveled during COVID time and the resort was very clean and all employees and guests were following protocols of wearing masks. Room was very clean and spacious. The weather was not the best so we did not use the pools. Were able to play mini golf and did a lot of hiking on property. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was really enjoyable for our family. My issue was that we did not stay at the unit advertised, and the ski-in ski out was not as easy as it would have been in the advertised unit. Now, I will say that the unit we stayed in was really nice, and had advantages over the advertised unit which included a heated outdoor pool that my kids loved! The other surprise is that Wyndham resorts were really running the rental and they were persistent but not obnoxious about trying to get me and my wife to attend a meeting regarding buying a time share, offering me money off of my stay. Not even sure how that would work since I rented and prepaid through Russel who was very attentive by the way. I just feel like I should have had a clearer picture of all of this ahead of time.

We had a fantastic time at Russell's condo. The apartment was spacious, clean, and has plenty of space for a family of four. Kitchen has basic utensils to cook at home and we loved the king bed and the jacuzzi. Also, it is very bright with large windows, has a patio to play outside in the snow, and offers great views of the mountains. And Russell was always responsive. We highly recommend the place.
