This place was wonderful! We had 8 adults sleep comfortably here. Everything was clean, beds were great, and the location was good! Would highly recommend.

There is a run right behind the house. You have to hoof it a little if the snow is soft but otherwise great access! Everything was provided in the property and the beds were very comfortable, even with all the soreness from a hard days ski! Also experienced the coldest temps I have ever been in but the house and hot tub both stayed nice and cozy!

This property is amazing! Our group was two families with kids and the set-up with two masters was perfect. The beds were clean and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. The views are unbeatable. Colleen was an amazing host - reaching out several times before our stay with an extensive list of area activities and contact information should we need anything during our stay. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had and we can't wait to come back to Big Sky and this property!

Clean home, very livable and with wonderful ski in/out location. Wood burning fireplace and nice hot tub only steps from the living room.

We go to Big Sky every year and loved our stay at this home. The house was great with three nice bedrooms for the adult couples and then a bunk room that was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was lovely (we cook a lot!) with a great gas stove, large fridge and plenty of pots pans and knives. We loved having the wine fridge for the extra wine and sodas. We all enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We also used the BBQ grill which is nice. Parking is along the street right in front of the home which was convenient. The "garage" is more for storage and skis. To ski in and out you go right out the back of the home onto the access trail. It is a bit flat so the first day we had to push to get in and out, but once you know where you are going and know what to expect, we were able to get a little speed on the hill areas and make it in and out without pushing (use the hills to your advantage!!). We have some in our group that do not like to ski all day, and some that stay until the lifts close and its perfect to just ski by and drop off the ones who are tired. The owner was really easy to communicate with also. The views are amazing, the beds are comfy, the fireplace is cozy- what isn't to love?

We are so grateful for the time spent in your lovely Big Sky home. We loved everything about it….from the ski in/out availability, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and warm hot tub after a full day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again!

Great condo, spacious and well appointed! The hot tub apres ski was delightful. Excellent access to the slopes with a catwalk right outside the unit which takes you to one of the main lifts. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo in Big Sky!

This is a great ski in/ski out. The snow did not disappoint! The place was clean and well stocked. Jacuzzi was great after a day on the slopes! Great wood burning fire place! Our hosts Colleen and Jolene were available and informative. I highly recommend The ski in directions can be confusing. When you make your right on Natawista, stay on it until it runs right into bootlegger. Take bootlegger to Alpine Meadows. Left on Alpine Meadows over the long bridge to the 3rd house on the left.

This place lived up to the hype! The views were amazing and we absolutely loved being there. The host was more than accommodating and we hope to stay again in the future!

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with our family in Moonlight Basin. We couldn’t have chose a better home and setting. Everyone enjoyed themselves and can’t wait to return. We thank Colleen Jones for sharing her beautiful home. We enjoyed visiting Yellowstone, Bozeman, Livingston, and hiking trails throughout the area. Got in a round of golf and the kids went kayaking in a West Yellowstone lake.

The house was almost as beautiful as the famous Big Sky of Montana. You could not ask for a better view of the mountains and the ski slopes. The house was perfect for our family of five adults and two teens. Our granddaughters had a blast sledding just outside the house. We could sit in the living room and watch them from the huge picture window. Great ski in and ski out location. The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would definitely rent again and again and again. Highly recommend this home for a winter or summer visit.

Location is perfect. We were able to both ski and snow shoe right from the property. Hosts were great to work with.

From the moment we walked into Rustic Timbers we were all in awe. The place is beautiful, and the views are stunning! We were a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 young children). Unfortunately, one of the adults had broken her foot the weekend before we arrived so she was unable to ski. The layout of the bedrooms, however. worked perfectly. There are two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and they are pretty equal in quality with awesome gas fireplaces and roomy bathrooms. Our daughter and her husband got the upstairs room because she was unable to get up and down the stairs (17 of them- I counted with my grandson!). This is stated for those of you that hesitate to book this place. The upstairs room is perfect for elderly grandparents too. The downstairs has three beautiful rooms, each with its own bathroom. This is such a great situation. One king room, one queen room, and a bunk that can sleep at least 4 or 5. The appliances and amenities are top notch here. The owner, Colleen and manager, Jolene checked in frequently to be sure everything was going well. We ran out of paper towels at one point and Jolene delivered more within an hour! The skiing was fantastic with many trails to discover every day. Our group pretty much skied the whole mountain! The ski-in/ski out situation is fine, but our six-year-old granddaughter struggled a bit with the ski out as it was pretty flat until you get to the lifts. Beginners beware! But the parking at the Madison Base was easy and just 5 minutes away. Ski-in was easy and a fun end to the day. Getting dinner reservations was difficult, so make them before you go. We ate in most nights except one. We went to the Riverhouse Grill when it opened at 3pm one day as they don't take reservations. Highly recommend! We ordered and picked up pizza from Ousel & Spur - Yummy! Also, Lone Peak Brewery has great beer! Get your groceries in Bozeman. They are expensive and slim pickings in Big Sky. We rented our skis from Grizzly Outfitters. Great place, great people. All in all, this is a wonderful family ski destination. Rustic Timbers is near the Madison Base side which is ideal for families and avoids the crowds of the main base of Big Sky Resort. We never waited in lift lines on this part of the mountain even though we were there during school vacation time. Thank you, Colleen and Jolene. We had a memorable vacation! We'd love to come back!

The property was clean and well appointed for our 3-family group. We easily skied in/out as well. We would certainly book here again.

Fantastic Ski-In and Ski-out home!! Great for our family - our kids loved playing outside in the snow and walking on the nearby trails. Colleen and Jolene were fantastic to work with. We already have plans to come back next year!
