We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Clean property. Plenty of dishes and cook ware. Walking distance to some fun restaurants and bars

Navarre was absolutely beautiful! The Pearl of Navarre was nice, buttt... Unfortunately, we had an issue inside our condo with roaches. The host informed us the condo had been professionally sprayed the week before, but during our stay we killed 15+. I kept trying to stay optimistic and blame it on the bag we had down at the pool. Thinking we carried them back up with us. Obviously not the case though. Our last day there we packed everything up, so we could go out and enjoy our last evening, then come back to get some rest before our 12 hour drive home the next day. When we returned to the condo and flipped on the lights, roaches scattered! It was extremely disappointing and overwhelming. We were up until after midnight unpacking everything that had already been packed so we could shake it out and make sure we didn't take any home with us. Not to mention I could barely sleep thinking something could be crawling on me in the bed. I sent the host several pics that evening. The next day when she replied, she was very apologetic and did refund the cleaning fee ($135) but in my opinion there could have been more done. I was honestly shocked and slightly offended when that was all she offered. We spent way too much money to stay there to have to deal with that type of inconvenience! Not only will I not stay in this specific condo again, but I will probably never stay in this beautiful building in this beautiful location that my family and I had fell in love with. Hopefully they are able to get the issue under control before the next guests arrived. Such an unfortunate situation.

Nice Condo

I liked the gym and the combination of 1 heated pool and one not. I was able to workout and swim laps in the morning before the pools filled. The place we stayed was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

This was by far the best vacation ever. There isn't anything I would change. The location of this condo is perfect for an awesome view. The beds were ALL comfortable. Sue was by far the best host I have dealt with. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

I can't say enough good about this property and the stay we had there. Highly recommend it and will certainly return. Sue is fantastic and kind, and responds promptly. The location is great and the beach is beautiful.

We had an amazing time in Navarre! This is our go to vacation spot. The Pearl does not disappoint.

The condo was dirty. We first walked in and were killing bugs on the floor. Waited three days for them to fix the television. Had our grandkids there to watch tv. Will never do this again.

Upon opening the door, the pleasant feeling of arriving home surrounded us. Every necessity was provided. Views from the balcony provided beautiful photos. Daily beach service helped complete a wonderful vacation. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at pearl, very clean and it had everything we needed. The room was perfect for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pools and how the room was literally on the beach. Sue was so nice to talk too and always anwsered our questions in a quick matter. We will be staying again for sure. Already looking at our next getaway.

The condo is easy to get to and close to shopping. The view is amazing! Short walk to the beach from the condo. Watched dolphins playing each morning while sitting on the patio.

Very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with a monster ice maker. Sue was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful trip!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Pearl! Our condo was perfect. Updated and well-kept amenities, comfy beds (really comfy!), and convenient 3rd-floor placement so the stairs are a nice option--especially since there are only two elevators on the property. The staff worked very diligently to keep the public areas clean and safe and the beach service was fantastic. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed soaking up the sun, long beach walks, and playing in the water. Thanks, Sue, for your kind and hospitable service!

This condo was amazing. Right on the beach. We had no issues with the condo. If/when we come back to Navarre we will definitely look to see if this unit is available. The Pearl is conveniently located close to the bridge and close to all the restaurants and stores. A little tip: make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap. All the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes that you will need. Hope you enjoy this as much as our family did.
