We have been staying here for several years now. This house has everything and is within walking distance to the beach and some great local restaurants. Landlords are easy to communicate with. Thanks for another great vacation!

This was our second year staying here and we just love this house and it's proximity to everything. Great layout and plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 young kids.

The house exceeded our expectations.

My family of 4 plus my parents and brother and sister in law had plenty of space in this light-filled, spacious home. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach plus the quiet neighborhood, which was on the bay. Great area to walk and bike.

What a wonderful home away from home. Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation. This house is well equipped from kitchen needs (all the dishware, cookware and entertaining necessities), to family entertainment, to beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, sand toys). Decor is beach themed, lovely and every room is very comfortable. And, the front porch and back yard as well as the two living areas were well used by our entire family. The beach is just a couple of blocks away and an easy walk. The fun shops and restaurants of Dewy Beach were enjoyed by all. The property host is exceptional to work with, very responsive and accommodating. We loved every minute in this wonderful house and will long remember our time spent there.

The Windjammer worked out to be the perfect location and layout for our group. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to spread out between either the main living/dining area, the back living room or the outside patio area. Our family is already thinking about making a return visit to the same property next summer.

Had a great time at Elizabeth Ave! Cutest little cottage, perfectly appointed and with all you need. ! Great location, but quiet enough to chill if you prefer not to head out into the beach crowds. The host are wonderful and so easy to engage with. Highly highly recommend!

The Windjammer is wonderful house in an ideal beach location. The town of Dewey is a quick & easy walk. If you are up for 1.25 mile (or so) walk, you are in Rehoboth as well. The access is fantastic. As is the ease of getting to the beach. The location is obviously important but the house itself is wonderful as well. You can easily fit six cars there and that was important to us as our family used the house as our dinner / evening gathering point. There were eight of us staying at the house but we added another six many nights for family dinners & games. It was spacious, adorable, and comfortable. We did need to contact the owner a few times and we were very appreciative at the promptness of her responses. We are planning on coming back next year. Thanks again for a great family vacation.

We had very specific requirements that needed to be met to ensure a successful week with our adult kids and 2 1/2 hr old granddaughter. This house was absolutely perfect. Each couple needed a big bed and their own bathroom plus a bathtub for the toddler. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. In addition, the rest of the house was extremely comfortable with enough rooms and spaces for everyone to hang out either together or alone. The backyard also was ideal - lots of space, totally enclosed and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. We brought so many items that were already provided, like games, puzzles, washable markers and crayons, kitchen cleaning supplies and even a charcoal chimney for the grill (altho we ended up using the gas grill). I'm very particular about my coffee and the house had not only a press pot, a Cuisinart Drop and Keurig pods, but also an electric tea kettle. There were abundant dishes, cutlery, cutting boards, etc. Also a huge washing machine and dryer with a jar of clothes soap. The walk to the beach was really easy - just 2 blocks. We had brought our own beach chairs but those were also available at the house, along with 2 umbrellas. Our hosts made sure the house was spotless when we arrived and were available if we needed help with anything. All in all, we had a very successful stay and I would recommend this house without hesitation.

We were worried about crossing the busy road but it wasn’t bad at all. The light is very long so sometimes you have to wait for what seems like an hour but is probably no more than 5 minutes. Beach is about 3 blocks away. We were easily able to carry our stuff back and forth. The house is a lesson on how to optimize space. We had 7 people and it was more than enough. The kitchen might be better stocked then my own. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

Overall, we were happy with our stay! The size of the house and the location are perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

Bright and cheery with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Kitchen was updated since last we were here. Plenty of room for all 8 out us (ages 21-83!). Easy walk to the beach and to the town of Dewey down the coastal highway.

The property is in the perfect location- and the walk to the beach is even shorter than it looks in the video shown. The kitchen is well equipped with all you may need, and the kids loved the bunk room!

This house was just right - a good size for everyone to get together or to split into two or three smaller groups. The outdoor shower was top notch! The location was also perfect; an easy walk to an area of the beach that was not overcrowded but still had a lifeguard presence. Short drives to the outlets, the Rehoboth boardwalk, mini-golf, and the grocery store. The house has a ton of charm, with fun art and plenty of seating. We all, from ages 12 to 79, really enjoyed our stay!

The space was perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. We spent time on both the screened in front porch and the back patio (well shaded). Both great little spots for our family of 10 to spread out. Lisa was very responsive to the few small issues that arose. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely house. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen with thoughtful touches like coffee pods, and a secluded and tranquil backyard. The location was close enough to walk to the bustle of Dewey yet on a quiet street.

There aren’t enough words for how fantastic this house was! Beautiful, airy, light filled space, thoughtfully appointed, incredibly comfortable. Great communal spaces, lovely porch, GREAT backyard. Short walk to a terrific beach. Lisa was lovely and quick to respond to any questions. Check in smooth and simple. Immaculate vibes. We WILL stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a wonderful rental and stocked with everything you might need and more. This was our fifth year renting in Rehoboth and this was everyone’s favorite house to date. 5 stars for cleanliness, location, parking, outdoor space and comfort!

We loved our vacation and stay at this property. If you adore this house in the pictures, you’ll love it even more in person. The kitchen has been updated since the last pictures so it’s even nicer (and stocked with absolutely anything you may need). The house is really spacious and is so inviting. Of course, you go to Dewey/Rehoboth for the beach and the walk is a super easy one. It also “drops” you on a larger, less crowded section of the beach which is nice. Lisa was very communicative, helpful, and responsive. You’ll be very happy if you book this house.

We absolutely loved everything about this house! It looked beautiful online but it’s even nicer in person- such attention to detail. The location is perfect-it’s in a quiet neighborhood but a quick walk to the bars and restaurants in Dewey and also a short walk to the beach. The owner was very quick to respond when I messaged her which I appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

This place was perfect for our friends and family trip. This place had absolutely everything you could ever need. And high quality stuff. The weather wasn’t great, so will be great to go back when it’s more hot to use the outdoor spaces.

It is very close to the beach, so it was like a five minute walk.Plenty of space on the inside as well. Dealing with Lisa was great. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Enough room for everyone to spread out. So many nice touches. The usb outlets, multiple coffee makers, WiFi, washer/dryer, grill, board games….so much it’s tough to name them all. Owner was reachable and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet and beach walkable.
