We were really happy with our rental at this property. The condo space was great and the layout was perfect for a family of two adults and two kids. The location was close to lots of amenities, including a really delicious cupcake and ice cream shop that you can walk to. The owners of the property were on site and very helpful with a few issues we did experience (AC frozen over) and they came and took care of it immediately. Overall great time and would definitely be back

We stayed here this week for a conference and it met/exceeded our expectations. Clean, fresh, well- equipped and stylish decor. A great option to a hotel stay on Orlando, especially when traveling for business. Thank you Lin.

My family and I stayed here during a work related conference. The property was tastefully updated, very clean, and the 10 ft ceilings / very spacious master bed/bath made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The owner / property manager, Lin, was very responsive. 5 stars!!!

Perfect location for our stay. Clean and comfortable. Only downfall (at no fault of the owner) is the noise. You could everyone in the hallways. The walls are really thin. The owner has very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay again.

Lin, the place was absolutely beautiful, from the amenities in the unit to the property amenities i.e, pool. The location is also perfect, especially to the airport. Thank you.

A clean, spacious, quiet space to return to after very busy days. Great system in place for garbage pickup. Had all the essentials for a few simple meals.

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. We stayed for a weekend with some relatives while we went to Disney. The location is perfect as it is close to Disney and local conveniences. The condo was clean and well furnished. The only thing is the condo is next to the elevator and my relatives complained about the noise. We were in the master and did not hear it. Other than that everything else was great.

I would stay again or recommend.

Like I lhave learned in my life "truth is always in the pudding" I have rented or leased vacation homes for several years, Lin and her team went out of their way to accommodate any need that I or my familyh had. Highly recommend and will reuse Lin in the future

Spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it did not have sufficient towels. We were 5 persons and there were only 4 bath towels. Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

The rooms were very nice, the kitchen area was high end and the location was great. Lin was so nice to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend this for business travelers and families. We stayed for 2 nights but would have been happy to stay longer.

Lynn (and her husband) and the Vista Kay team were FABULOUS to work with. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism and room quality. I met Lynn this April, when I rented 11 separate condos with the Vista Kay team for 32 employees we brought to a work conference at the Orlando Convention Center. From beginning to end, we could not have had a better experience. Lynn sent us a series of options of her favorite condos – making better recommendations than we ever would have. Once we made our selections, she sent us updates and excel sheets to track the check-in dates, and bent over backwards to support us, including sending emails to each condo with local information and check-in details, and even letting me pre-ship material to her office. Then, on the day of check in she was there to personally ensure everyone got into their condos. Lynn and the whole Vista Kay experience was truly five-star - organized, professional and responsive. Our team included pretty senior sales people and executives, all of whom are pretty demanding (or needy) – all of whom had terrific things to say about the Vista Kay service. The condos themselves were immaculate. The furniture and appliances were modern, the beds were plush, and entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I only saw the pool and the walking paths from a distance, but a few people went in, and found them very relaxing. (And, finally, when some of the team inevitably left their keys or phone chargers in the condo, Lynn mailed them back to the team herself.) If you are heading to an event at the Conference Center – or just visiting Orlando in general, Vista Kay is probably the best option you can come up with. We looked around a lot, and chose Vista Kay for the overall look and feel of the place, all of which made sense. We will return to Vista Kay when the conference does for a different reason – Lynn and her team exceeded our expectations at every turn, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. - Director of Strategic Marketing Technology Consulting Firm.

The condo is very spacious and well-maintained. The location is perfect....just between Disney and Universal! Very convenient for Universal!

This was an ideal location for the Orlando Convention Center (a 2 minute drive). This 3 Bedroom condo had all the right boxes checked. Attractive furnishings, new appliances and very clean. I would stay here again without question.

Everything was lovely! One of the best vacation units I have ever been in.
