Great house and location we had a great time

Our family had a wonderful time at the Milan Villa!! Beautiful, spacious, modern, close to everything in town. Hated to disturb the owner when the AC malfunctioned, but she contacted a repair team ASAP and we were up and running. Gracious, quick to respond, professional and charming. Thank you! We can't wait to come back and stay in this home with our big family, again!

House was exactly as advertised. Close to shops/restaurants, right off the main drag. Big house, plenty of room for 11 adults and 2 kids. Pool was great. Best of all, property host (May) was on top of everything. Communication was great, answering any question I had right away. Definitely a place we will book again in the future!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had family of 12. Plenty of sleeping space for all. Pool was warm. Property owners were friendly and responded promptly to messages. Great location~close to beach and great restaurants!

We had 5 couples staying in the house, we were comfortable. However 1 bedroom we believe was an office as there was no closet in there, and that mattress needs to be replaced. We grilled while enjoying the pool and lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would highly recommend this house.

The location was great and close to everything. The house could definitely been cleaner. It was small things but annoying considering the high price tag. For example: broken and miss matched furniture, drawers and closets stuffed with random items, the propane tank grill was empty. It was spacious and the pool was a blast.

This house has the perfect set-up for a medium size group/multi-family. We had 2 families with teenage children. The house is located walkable to the beach, stores &coffee shops.
The pool was a nice reprieve from the mid-day heat.
Very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a long weekend.

We enjoyed the space. Each could have their own room. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and shops. We went fishing one day through Sunshine Tours. Very nice. Only thing i can say negative about the house was lack of drawer space and pantry area to keep groceries. All the cabinets and drawers had stuff, Nothing was empty for guests. Just needs to be cleaned out so guests have some space. We loved the house and its location to the beach. Nice canal view.

We had a wonderful time staying at your lovely home. The house is beautiful and the area is exceptional. The only feedback we have is the pool, we weren’t able to use it due to the cold weather and it wasn’t heated, at least not without additional charges. We finally took the plunge on our last day and had a roaring time from dealing with the cold and glad we jumped in.

No parking had two suburban and a golf cart.

Way to much money for what you get we have been coming down here for past 3 years doing the exact same thing worst house so far.

This home was beautiful; and suited our needs perfectly. The community areas (kitchen, living room) were spacious and comfortable. The pool and patio were also wonderful. We got a lot of use out of it.
Not everything was good though; mostly the smaller things.
The dining room chairs need to be re-webbed. When you sit in them, you sink down into the frame.
Some item that are supposed to be stocked in vrbo homes nearly out upon arrival. We had to go out on the arrival day to purchase trash bags, paper towels and TP, all of which were in shrot supply.
This house was not equiped with enough eating utensils for us to have a sit down dinner for our group of 11. I had to call the owner to have her purchase and bring over more.

My cousins and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate a birthday. Everything in this home was great, beautiful art work, comfortable beds, pool was fabulous, and the home was stocked with anything you would need for your stay. This was my second time on this property, and I was disappointed to see that it is on the market for sale, hopefully it will still be available to rent, if so...I will be back!

Beautiful home
My family of 13 had a wonderful time at this home on Marco island. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of pool toys and towels. Everyone had a comfy bed and the kitchen was well stocked.

The prior guests were late departing causing a very late cleaning and us not gaining access to the property until late. Not cleaning persons fault. She did a good job.

We had four teenagers with us as well as my elderly mother, and everyone agreed the house was perfect. The salt water pool was perfect for lazy afternoons after morning adventures. The owner, Mei, was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind to us. The home is indeed within walking distance to many of the restaurants and even a grocery store for quick trips. While the walk to the beach is possible, it was a bit too far for us (especially while lugging our beach gear). That said, once you figure out how to navigate the best place to park, etc., it's a quick trip and not an issue. Highly recommend this property!
