This place was everything I expected from the pictures. Everything is within walking distance with private beach access and security. Place was clean and service was awesome!

overall the warlf was a nice place but need alot of maintenance. door paint is peeling down the halls. trash left out in the halls. the unit had a temp control that could not be adjusted. it appeared to set on 73 and you could not change it. it got down in the low 30's a couple of nights and the unit would not go higher than 67 for a couple of nights. thats a little chilly.! enjoyed being accross form pineapple willy's. 1st time i every used vrbo and it went smooth. will probably use it again but i need to do my homework a little better. Nina is very helpful!

Our stay was great location was great condo was clean and cozy the only thing I would complain about was the elevators they were slow and some of the floors weren’t working other than that I would definitely come back

THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. WE HAD EXCELLENT VIEW OFF THE BALCONY. IT WAS REALLY CLEAN AND A NICE PLACE TO STAY, LOTS OF POOLS AND PINEAPPLE WILLYS AND THE OCEAN NOT FAR FROM IT. THIS PLACE HAD PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ALL OF US. NINA WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND RESPONDED QUICKLY TO ALL QUESTIONS I NEEDED ANSWERED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Nice place and location. Waiting on elevators at peak times was annoying but most times no problem. Staff seemed friendly. Restaurants on site were good and convenient.

Our family loved it!
The Laketown Wharf is a great resort in an even better location. Right across from Pineapple Willy's, Walmart, souvenir shops and private access to beach which is a 5 min walk. Not to mention restaurants on the resort itself. Overall one of the best properties in PCB!

way overpriced for the room. the room was ok but definitely won’t be staying there again. says it sleeps 8 but charged so much for over 5 people. way too pricey and the condo was just “ok”. they charge for everything under the sun and we just had better stays for a better price elsewhere.

Beautiful Condo, wonderful view
The condo was everything that we required as in space and view. It has some areas that needed fixing bathroom racks, tub water knobs but we managed to work around them.

Had a great time!
Loved everything about this place. Honestly was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for my wife and our 4 kids! The kids loved the water show and we watched a fireworks show off of the balcony.

Ok...
Our stay was OK at best. It was dirty upon arrival. The elevators take forever. Also, we didn't have any heat our entire stay. We were told the circuit board was broken so we would have to choose between heat or cool. It was supposed to be fixed within two days... We were there for two weeks and never heard back... Lastly alot of the things on the unit are broken. Not worth the money we paid.

Poor cleanliness!
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo even though we where charged a lot for it to be cleaned, Floors dirty, table and counter tops dirty and smeared, windows looked like they had been cleaned with a greasy rag could not hardly see out a f them. Just thought with how much was charged for cleaning it would have been cleaner.

Very nice condo; Loved the area; slow elevators
The actual condo is very nice and upgraded. Nice modern furniture. Condo well kept. Loved the location, we were in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops and activities. My only complaint is the elevators are extremely slow and I stayed over labor day weekend which probably didn't help! Will definitely stay at the property again though.

Owner of Unit 2028 at Laketown Wharf was amazing!
We all enjoyed our stay. Nina was great there were a few items that were not available in the kitchen and within 30 minutes of letting her know she showed up with more items than needed. Property was very nice. I read many reviews of the elevators being slow but we were very lucky and never had to wait long if at all. We would certainly stay at Laketown again and the view from our condo was very nice.

We had a few minor problems with the bed and the light only coming on when the fan was on as well. Other than the elevators being extremely slow during peak hours, this condo was great! Very clean and exactly as pictured. Nina was very nice and responsive!

Beautiful penthouse
We ran into some minor problems like the the television in the master bedroom wasn't working, the heat was blowing cool air, and we had a slight delay with check in process. But overall experience was great! and would stay there again.

The ONLY complaint I had was the master bedroom fan would only come on if the overhead light was on. This place is definitely a place I would stay at again! The owner and maintenance guy are so sweet!!!

It was amazing. Loved everything about this place. Only thing was not enuf elevators and no air on them.

Great condo horrible resort
I absolutely loved the condo there were a few problems with lighting and remotes but we eventually figured a few things out. The only thing I hated was the elevator process they were beyond hot and you literally had to wait 5-10mins for anything to come and hopefully it already wasn't packed out. This condo has great access to the beach. Besides the elevator problems and some minor issues I enjoyed every min of this condo.

Amazing Stay!
The property is exactly as shown on pictures. I fell in love with the views from the condo, you can see all the pool areas from the room along with some of the attractions available near by. The rooms are in good condition, the only problem we had while staying was that one of the rooms light was not working, so you can imagine the hassle. Besides that everything is great! The kitchen is well equipped and so are the bathrooms, we had plenty of towels. I can tell you one thing, you will be waiting a long time for the elevators because there is usually a lot of traffic going up and down but the stay is worth it. I truly recommend it, I will definitely be returning here when I visit panama. Thanks Nina it was an amazing stay.
