This property was close to everything, very clean and comfy. Nice to stretch out in a home instead of being cramped in a hotel room. Small but more than adequate. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, had everything I needed. I'd stay here again if I went back to Duluth, and it would be nice to stay here with a larger group and actually enjoy the large deck and backyard.

The house was clean and had amenities to cook meals. It was very nice to have space for our toddler to run, and there were some children’s books he enjoyed as well. It was a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, I only wish some of the walls were in better shape (cracks in the bedrooms).

The property is quaint and very well maintained. And in a quiet neighborhood of family homes. My friend and I, two elderly women, felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This is a sweet older house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and very clean. It was centrally located for all our needs (wedding venue, groceries, restaurants, Canal Park...). We were very happy with these accommodations and we would definitely book again.

This was a great little house to stay in. My kids loved the yard and the neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to relax and cook our own meals. The only thing I wish they had was some baby gates for the stairs, but that's not something I would expect at a rental house. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

It was a very hot hot stay as you could only use 2 air conditioners at a time and it was in the high 90s outside and humid!!

Highly recommended for anyone who prefers cleanliness. This home is older, but everything was very clean. Plenty of kitchen ware, linens, and bedding. Did not need a thing other than our food. Easy to navigate to and from. Quiet neighborhood. Having the garage to use was also a nice option. My husband and 10 year old daughter stayed for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us.

The house was pretty much what we expected. Small, but very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very helpful with some questions while we were there.

It was a great weekend getaway for the family. Check-in was smooth and didn't need to ask for anything since things were easy to find and well explained in the booklet. My one suggestion would be to either clean or get a new coffee pot. I used my grounds from home and it was undrinkable. Thankfully there was the best coffeehouse (190°) 5 minutes away that opened early, so I could still get my morning cup in before the kids woke up. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Duluth.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was well kept. The place had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the nice backyard. We look forward to coming back!

The property was clean. Wonderful access to everything in Duluth. Very quiet neighborhood. Instructions were very clear. The process to check in and out was wonderful. It was perfect for our little family for the weekend. We would rent this property again.

Cookware in kitchen could use some upgrades. Other than that it was comfortable and in a good location. Neighborhood streets were poor and in need of repair.

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't in the house a lot but we slept well. The house and beds were very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here with our 2 young children (total of 4) and it was the perfect amount of space. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it much easier to relax and sleep. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice that the TV was set up with streaming apps so that we didn't have to log in with our info and try to remember to log out. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is also close to the downtown area - it only took about 7-10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Thank you so much for sharing this home!

Overall VERY pleased we stayed at this house!

I came up with my two year old son and my mom. We were really at home in the house and found it was well equipped for all our needs. My son liked the box of kids toys, my mom likes the big cushy couches, and I liked the kitchen well stocked for making meals while traveling. We would absolutely visit again!
