We love this house. It is perfect for a big group. The back yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The owners are ridiculously nice and we had no issues but know that they would have taken care of anything that might have come up. We are already booked for next year!!

Had a great time at this property over Labor Day weekend. Had 4 adults and 6 kids under 6- plenty of room and had a blast in the pool! Great open living room area for the kids and fun bunk bed room. TV had Netflix which was great for movies. Had both a keurig and coffee maker!

This was a great house for our yearly extended family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone with the huge kitchen/living room set up. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa, and the waterfalls made it a little extra fun. We, unfortunately, were there during on one the hottest weeks of the year. When we arrived, the AC was off and the house was near 90 inside. But the temperature stabilized within 24 hours and the extra AC units and ceiling fans were very helpful. Would recommend for a stay.

This property was very beautiful and you did not need anything.. The pool was nice and relaxing. Plenty of room inside the house. I would definitely recommend this property and will like to use it again

We rented the house for a annual family weekend and loved the big kitchen and pool. Clean and open floor plan with everything we needed. We will be returning for years to come. Great communication for the owners too. :)

Well appointed home with nice interior and excellent outdoor area with pool. Close to grocery stores, golf and hiking. Nice quiet community for family with young kids. Can see how it would work well for stagecoach or Coachella as it had many bedrooms with many beds.

Stayed here for Coachella and the house was everything we wanted. Even tho the pool heater broke early on, Morgan was very communicative and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Very clean! Very responsive hosts. Pool/jacuzzi were excellent! We’d love to come back!

Amazing & beautiful home! 10 of us fit comfortably and never felt like we didn’t have enough space. The pool/spa was a great amenity to have (especially being able to adjust the temperatures for both!)! We fit 2 SUVs in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Would gladly stay here again if ever in the area!

Spent a month in this beautiful home. Perfect house for families to gather. House is well laid out and never seems crowded. Pool was fantastic. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions and provide 5 star service We would definitely book again.

The images do not give this property justice. We could not have enjoyed the house more. It was perfect, beautiful and the amenities were spot on. I’ve rented other places where the items in the house were cheap/bare minimum but that was not the case here. It was absolutely exceptional and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for the wonderful memories. A+

Checkin is only through gate (country club road) off of Monroe. This was not made clear in listing, so checking in was more difficult than needed to be. Otherwise…. Beautiful property highly recommend

Was very nice to return to this place after a day of golfing. Very comfortable and everything is really easy to get to. Also we felt safe in the gated community.

We enjoyed 2 weeks of swimming with the grandkids, playing golf, and generally relaxing. For the most part, the weather was pleasant. The house does indeed accommodate large groups. We had 7 people in the house and never felt we were tripping over each other. The lighting in the bedrooms is a bit dark, but there are adequate windows to brighten up the day. It was very easy to correspond with the property manager, and she was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. We had a great visit to the Coachella Valley! Thanks!

This was our third time at the house and we will continue to go back. everything is there to enjoy our vacation.

I read all of the reviews before booking this property for my family and I. Every remote rated this place as top tier and I will do the same. There was so much space, my family is big, but no one was on top of the other. The pool was nice and relaxing, the view was amazing, it was an amazing time! The children don’t want to leave.

This house is great. Large kitchen opening up to the living area. Perfect for a large group. So much room. Exactly what we needed for 9 people. The pool area is great. Running waterfall into the pool with a spa. Sunshine and enough shade for the non sun lovers. Definitely recommend.

Kept our family/friends trip local. Luckily found this place. *Great size home for lots of us! *Kitchen and living room was open-concept and allowed for gathering to play games, sing, dance, etc. *Room were regular decent size room. Master was really big. Allowed for us to set up floor space for kids to sleep. Room with bunk beds was a great place for the kids too! Definitely used the portable AC unit in that room since it got stuffy in there. *Bathrooms allowed for sharing but would’ve been nice if there was 1 more (no lock on the hallway bathroom door). It worked out anyways. *Pool was great!! Loved the spa and waterfalls features. Even though it was smaller than normal, it still worked for us. *Enjoyed the bbq and the s’mores cooking at the fire pit. No problems with any golfers going by. *Driveway fits 5- 2 in garage, 3 in driveway (garage was a tight squeeze but we made do). *Owner was quick to respond. There were a few fixes we found when we got there and notified the owner. While staying there longer, we noticed the AC unit wasn’t working well (got up to 86 degrees in house). But owner did try to get it fixed. Trying to get an AC repair when it’s 120 degrees… I’m sure it was difficult. Owner did get the repair guy out once. Too bad it didn’t fix the AC. But the owner helped us out in other ways for the inconvenience. Aside from the AC, we enjoyed our family/friends time! I hope the AC gets fixed. We’d DEFINITELY come back if it does!

The house is well kept with a beautiful backyard with a beautiful view of the mountains.The owner responds timely. Nice neighborhood with everything you want close by. We had a family of 9 and had more than enough space. I only wish the pool was bigger and that we had some table games like ping pong, air hockey or pool table, but we knew that when we rented so we brought card games. Overall the house and experience was a 10.

We do VRBO stays often throughout the year. This place was hands down in our top two stays ever. Place was in perfect condition. All amenities included. Beautiful pool. Everything worked well. Neighbors were quiet and house is right on scenic golf course. Even the decor and little touches were well thought out. Staying here again in the future.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately A LOT of the plantation blinds were broken. It was annoying because in the Master one blind was completely broken off and in the early morning, the sunlight would creep in and wake me up. The cleanliness could have been better. The floors are just swept and not moped. The bedding and duvet covers needed a good wash. They were dusty. The house itself is beautiful and great for large family gatherings. The backyard with the pool was fun and the community is very peaceful.

Amazing house. Everything you can ask for in a vacation rental. The host was very attentive and helpful. House was even better than the photos portrayed. Definitely would recommend.

This home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The back yard is private on two sides with the back open to the golf course. The swimming pool and jacuzzi hear well and the waterfall, gas fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating made for a great hangout spot during the day and in the evening. The master suite is beautiful with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and tub and it sits off its own wing off the living room away from the other bedrooms with direct access to the backyard. The host was easily accessible and responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We can’t wait to return!
