From the moment we stepped outside of our car till when we left everything was first First Class. If you have a lot of luggage I recommend using a bell hop to help you to your room. Upon opening the doors to our room my wife and I just looked at each other with smiles and we were speechless. It’s everything we wanted and then some, views of the ocean and pools down below were spectacular!!! If you enjoy the finer things in life and want to be treated like royalty then this is the place for you. The host Chris is very helpful and very quick to respond to your needs!!! I wish I could rate this room and hotel higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend booking this place, we will be back again

The resort is huge. Takes a decent amount of walking to get to the main lobby. It has 4 towers I believe, and I stayed in the Tressor tower. I didn't like the extra door to get to my door. If you have a family, the two rooms in one door is a great idea! We are adults who came with a large group of other adults and they had to call us so we can open the door and we weren't always by our phones to hear them call. The room was nice, but old and In need of some repairs/renovations. There needs to be bigger trash cans, there were no laundry bags for our dirty clothes, the fridge was horrendous old and small, and the work table was broken and needed replacing. The bathroom mirror had a grey circle on the bottom and needs to be replaced. There was hair in the tub, shower, toilet, and bathroom drawers. The faucet in the bathroom was clogged and you can only turn it up a certain amount without splattering everywhere. The wifi was trashed, it barely worked no matter where you were in the hotel. This hotel is very expensive. The bars and restaurants are ridiculously over priced, but that has nothing to do with vrbo or the host. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I do think there's better out there for the price.

The room was exactly as described. The pictures online were accurate and the staff were very friendly. Communication with the property manager was always on point when I needed it.

This is a great property. The only issue we had was with parking. We parked at the main building and no one told us to take it to the proper lot until we checked in. When we went to get out car they wanted to charge us over $150.00! Of course we didn’t pay and we had a flat when we got our car back! Not blaming them. When we checked out we had charges we didn’t incurred. Check your bill on the way out, they didn’t print it. I checked my email before I left the building. And they fixed it. Overall it’s a beautiful place!

This place was perfect. The views were amazing. The resort was beautiful. The location is right where we wanted to be, just outside the craziness but walking distance.

The room was fine. The service was not good. I didn’t appreciate that there was no cleaning service, no phone in room to reach the front desk for anything. I thought this was a reduced rate because it was an owners suite but I realised when I arrived that the main building was the same rate. I don’t think I will recommend or do this again

The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend staying here. Nice pools and right at the beach! Lots to do at Fontainebleau!

The housekeeping was fantastic, and the layout of the hotel is gorgeous.

We had water problem in shower. Its took us 24 h to fixed because there no one to contact the front desk agent said we are not responsible for and the vrbo location without giving any alternatives.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Chris responded to any question and was not annoyed when I locked myself out of the room safe. We would book this unit again.

I stayed at the fountainebleau at least 10 times before this and this was the easiest and most convenient way I ever booked a room here.would definitely recommend if you like staying at the fountainebleau.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Stepped on dried contact lenses. Gooey stuff on desk. Felt a bit dated and grimy. No bath robes.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. Amazing views!

Great getaway for my husband and I

The location and amenities at the Fontainebleau can't be beat. The view from the room was great, the property is top notch. Christopher is an excellent communicator who will respond to inquiries and concerns immediately. That said we did have a couple of hiccups. First, the price listed on VRBO was inaccurate. It was listed for less than the actual price. I booked the room and booked insurance because of COVID and then was messaged by Christopher that the price listed was for a minimum of four nights instead of three. So we ended up paying more. It was annoying but I will say that Christopher worked with us to compromise on a price. It was obviously just frustrating because I then had to call the insurance and get that adjusted so it was extra work on my end. Secondly, our check in took nearly half an hour because our reservation was not in the system. Again, Christopher worked fast to get it corrected but it was a bit frustrating. All in all, I would certainly come back and I would book a room through Christopher again despite the couple of hiccups. It was a vacation we sorely needed!

The FB is very well appointed. Everything is right or the staff will make it right. Seriously nice pool area and perfect beach. As expected you will have to pay a premium price for food and drinks but as is the concept of the resort. The unit was as shown, very clean (though the rug needed cleaning) and comfortable. We had a blast and you will too! Props to Rey (and Ivan) our pool attendants Who treated us like celebrities, both super nice and made for a wonderful experience. Definitely return.

Best experience for our first time in Miami. Next time I think we will need a room with a bigger tub to accommodate. No complaints. The staff was wonderful and the hotel experience was very pleasing to my spouse as well. We plan to come back in December to celebrate my birthday. I hope the clubs are open then. We did miss the night life experience but made lots of friends. And enjoyed the strip. Beach and pool access was convenient. We didn't know we could go to the spa the entire stay so next time we will plan to enjoy it longer and actually get a couples massage since we missed the most special part. Best trip for our 10 year anniversary. Miami definitely showed us North Carolinians love!

5 days..Our expectation and experience was more than we bargin for. Owner is communicable , accomodating and flexible. It was a no hassel check in and stay. Accommodations were overwhelming superb. HOTEL practices social distance guidelines by wearing mask and checking temperature .Looking forward for my next visit. Will continue to use Christopher again.
