It was our first time in Jamaica for a group of 6. Both Ann Marie and Mr. Glen were so nice and always available if we needed them. The Villa was big enough to accommodate all of us. We only had time to get into the pool once but it was very refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a nice and safe place to stay while in Jamaica. Keith the owner was very helpful and would always respond to my email or calls when I had questions before our stay. Thank you!

This was a wonderful experience to say the least. I was very nervous for my first time and also to rent a private Villa being picked up and taken I didn’t know where. Mr Erdley was there waiting for us with a sign and took us to the beautiful home. It was breathtaking to enter. Greeting by Ms AnnMarie and Mr Glenn and they were so nice and inviting and giving us punch and lemonade and a tour of the Villa. Asking about dinner and giving us options and suggestions, oh so kind. We had a small issue with the water and they solved it immediately, just a simple over looking. All the food was fabulous and it was explained fully about the food shopping arrangements and what we were responsible for. Transportation around is very expensive so be prepared, cash is a must because you must tip for everything. And the only thing I can say about the villa that was uncomfortable was the beds. They were just too small for 2 adults. We definitely need a king size bed in at least 1 of the rooms or a queen size. They are 2 full size beds and 2 twins. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the rest of the house is not so I spent a lot of time in my room because I got sunburned in the first 45 mins of getting there and getting in the pool. Overall it could use some upgrades, it’s a little outdated and the pictures could be updated but I thoroughly enjoyed our time. I would definitely recommend it if you can fit the beds. That was my only suggestion, 1 larger bed if possible. We struggled to sleep.

We stayed at Island Breeze for 17 days and our entire stay was amazing. Ms Anne Marie and Mr Glen were so welcoming and friendly. We literally felt like part of their family by the time we left! Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained and has great views of the ocean. I will definitely miss falling asleep to the crickets and tree frogs every night!! We will definitely be returning next year!!

Fantastic stay. Marie and Glen spoiled us all week. Didnt have to lift a finger. Breakfast and dinner prepared everyday. Wont stay anywhere else when i go to Jamaica!

The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The only issue we had was we thought the villa had A/C but they only had fans. Luckily it wasn't super hot so the fans were ok. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

It was amazing! Just like the pictures but so much better and so much room !! Every time we went out Ann marie would clean our rooms and making sure everything is in eyes way! Her breakfast is amazing !! We even tried her dinner, her food is AMAZING!! Mr Glen would always welcome us back in after a long night out, rather it is 11PM or 5AM! He was right on time!! They made us feel very safe . When we first got to Montego Bay, mr. Erdley greeted us with a sign. He recommended food and offered to take out bags.. we didn’t realize we got luggage mix up until we got to the house and looked around. When we told Ann Maria they stopped what they were doing and called mr. Erdley, and although he was busy he came as soon as possible to pick us up from the home to go back to the airport.. where our friend plane was delayed two hours and he was totally understandable and decided to wait around, still checking on us the entire time! I’m going to book here every time!

Shortly after our arrival at the airport Mr. Erdley, the driver, was in contact with us to let us know that he was there and waiting for us. The home was everything that we were looking for, large and spacious but still just a few steps away from anywhere you wanted. What an amazing property! Ms. Anne Maria can throw down in the kitchen. We had the her prepare the peppered steak for us in the first night and the curry chicken on our last night. Mr. Glen grilled the chicken though. Shout out to Mr. Glenn on the grill! The chicken was grilled to perfection! Even the white meat was juicy! The breakfast was amazing every morning too. They made it very clear on the first day that they weren’t going to be under foot and were just a few steps away via page from the phone on the wall. And that this home, got the time we have rented it, was ours. It truly felt like our home away from home. The next time we are in Mo Bay we will most certainly be staying at the Island Breeze Villa.💜

We really enjoyed ourselves. Ms. Marie and Mr. Glenn made us feel very welcome, just like home. Whatever we requested, they did their best to accommodate us. Our driver Mr. McDonald was so nice. Wherever we wanted to go he made sure we got there. We ate out a couple of times and he took us to the right spots where the food was very good. The highlight of the trip was the ride on the bamboo raft, The jerk chicken wings on the grill and the beach. That is a must if you go. Mr. Hill, the host, of Island Breeze was so nice with the payment arrangements and if I had any questions, he responded back to me in a timely manner. I had. I will definitely do business with him again. I would rate this trip 10 stars if I could.

The on-site staff was great and respectful! The complimentary listed in the listings were not all given. Was brought to the homeowners Keith attention and the only thing he offered was a bottle of wine on the 5th day out of 7 days stay. Had to buy breakfast items: pancake mix, syrup and paper napkins and paper towels in which nothing was refunded on day one of the stay. The water and apple juice we bought just to have extra drinks were served to us for some breakfast days and dinner. It’s not a full breakfast either. We had toast, eggs, and bacon; French toast and bacon; or pancake and bacon. No other options. No Jamaican style breakfast was offered. Never received any tea nor lemonade even though requested. The beach pass and ride was only once. The next beach ride was $50USD. A ride to Scoothies which was about a ten minute drive from the house to get something to eat was $80USD also the ride to Rose Hall which is all within the same area $80USD. The bathrooms weren’t fully cleaned upon arrival. On the last day we had to leave the villa early so the staff could prepare for the coming guest which meant we checked out before the checkout time of 12:00. The website pictures need to be updated as well.

My recent booking at this Bills was overall a great stay! The villa needs some updating and better climate control in common areas. House is quite warm in areas outside of bedrooms. It was a great stay for the price! The staff (specifically Anne Marie) is awesome!!! Her pancakes, oatmeal, and omelettes are divine!!

This was my first trip to Jamaica not knowing what to expect. But as soon as i got to the airport my Villa had the driver greet us with a sign. That read my name. And his staff Annemarie and Glen are fantastic you have to keep them to be honest they were the best part of my trip there despite all the activities and excursions we did their generosity and care is unmatched. Ms. Annemarie food is amazing omg that pepper steak was to die for!!!!! And so was everything else that food will put you right to sleep so be mindful it's heart/soulful food

This was our 8th trip to the Villa. We've been traveling here since 2014. My sister got married here in the garden. My mother said a trip to see Anne Marie and Glen was what she wanted for her 87th birthday. I give my Momma what she wants. This trip is such a no-brainer; pack your bags and be prepared to relax, eat well, having your every need taken care of. My mother, my son and our cousin have enjoyed the Villa for the past 8 years because it ticks all the boxes; clean, well-cared for (I noticed the new furniture and shower heads), great staff and quiet, safe, beautiful environment. They have sanitation supplies all over, which we appreciated. The floor plan worked great for my mom. The pool was so great we even brought a float and left it for the next group to enjoy. We are already planning the next trip, of course depending on the virus. I appreciate the owner, Mr. Hayle, who just makes this process easier each trip.

I will stay at island breeze for the next Jamaica trip but Kieth please find a way to get Wi-Fi to the upstairs bedrooms and you would get a 10/10 from me. Overall I give island breeze 9.5/10.

The staff at this villa made our stay so wonderful. The food was wonderful, it was better than the food we had at the restaurants. The neighborhood is really quite and peaceful.

The whole staff team from the owner to his staff are welcoming and great. I would stay here again it was clean and quit and a great location and right by the airport .And let them cook for you . The food was amazing the curry chicken was my favorite.

Im so happy we found such a great villa, the chef Ann Marie and Mr Glen was very attentive and very helpful. They made our experience at the villa wonderful. We really dont have any complaints besides the hot water issue but we understand that that was beyond their control. Overall everything was great. Oh yeah we absolutely loved the food Ann Marie prepared daily for us, and the house was beautiful and very spacious. We didn't get in the pool ( too cold) but the view of the pool and just hanging out there was excellent enough for us. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. And the driver Mr.McDonld was very informative of Jamaicas history and very pleasant, we really enjoyed our trip to Blue Lagoon. Thank you for making our trip easy,breezy, and fun.

Property is very neat and tidy! Pool was everything for myself and hubby. Ms AnneMarie and Glen are now family. Food was better than the top rated resort I normally stay at. Location was quiet and safe. Overall, the vibes, my stay, my communication with the Owner and staff is always less than 5mins. Thank you to my new extended Family. This quaint and vintage home is perfect for a getaway. The cook Annemarie and butler Glen are sweet and helpful. The food was amazing--Anne-Marie. When we arrived there was food and drink awaiting us. We worked with AnneMarie to plan the rest of the week. She and Glen were flexible in meeting our changing plans. The pool is amazing and allows for.a.relaxing day at the villa if you want to have some down time. Close to the airport, shoping and the beach. We also loved the driver. He had a ton of recommendations for excursions and dinner. We will return.
