Host was very responsive. Hotel service was terrible, we waited 2 hours for our lunch, after 3 days we received the blanket and pillow we asked for, had to wait 1 jr. to get our car from valet. the employees were very nice but could not handle the amount of people there.

The pictures do not do justice! More than enough space for the two of us! Location is great we took Uber a few times to the other end of Ocean Ave. The view was great at sunset. Definitely would stay again.

The property reminded me of a resort in Mexico. Staff at resort are very friendly and willing to help out. We didn’t have any issues with the unit we rented. Loved the space! The pool for the Tressor building was nice and quiet. Lots of food options within walking distance or getting an Uber if you don’t want to eat on the property. Housekeeping is not included with the rental- at the time we stayed it was offered every other day. We didn’t need it during our stay so we were only charged 1 cleaning fee by the resort for the checkout cleaning. Upon checkout they also asked if we requested any extra towels- we didn’t but am curious if that would also be an extra fee. The fee for cleaning is not told to you upon check in either. The Donna Mare down the street at the Cadillac has wonderful food!

The host, Christopher Kearney, is attentive and responsive to inquiries. That was appreciated, Thank-you, Christopher. The unit is substantially larger than a standard hotel room. Fabulous 180 degrees view of both the city and the ocean. The Fontainebleau ( Fountain Blue for non-French speakers ) is a massive property. I expected a crowd. For variety sake, I'd recommend you venture out a bit for chow.

Everything was great! The apartment was super nice and everything was as described. Figuring out where to park and how to check in took a bit of time (the tresor tower had a different owners entrance), but the separate entrance made the valet parking easier and less crowded. It was so easy to get to the beach and the pools and we walked around the city part too. We would definitely go back!

We had an amazing few days at the Fonatainebleau. Everyone in the family had a blast at the pools and the beach. The unit was perfect for us, and we are already talking about our next trip here!

We loved our stay in this unit. First the views are amazing and there are two separate balconies. This was great because my hubby and I could relax on one while my teens enjoyed the other. This unit is also away from the noise of the larger pool area which was nice to escape when we wanted to. The owner was responsive anytime I reached out I will definitely stay again!

I have to say reading past reviews I was scared about the check in process due to having a injury on both feet so can't stand for long periods but I had no problems. Checkin was fast & smooth no issues. This is 1 of the greatest trips I've had to Miami, I've sent referrals to my friends for these properties and will definitely stay again!!! i’m usually very satisfied this past visit I was very disappointed. I was already staying at the hotel prior to my initial check in for this particular room, after long hours of waiting to check in I finally get my key go to my room and I find another couple in my room. The couple was “ mistakenly“ given the wrong key. We had to call and have someone come up and physically remove the couple. I received no service, no apology and barely any acknowledgment of what happened. not only was this a big mix up by the hotel, with Covid going on you would think they would be a lot more careful and actually demand to clean my room after other people were touching everything. I had toddlers and my elderly mother with me so I only pray we stay safe and covid-free. The hotel was acting as if their advocates for Covid but would let such a big mistake occur like this. I won’t be going back anytime soon!

The condo is amazing! It was just the right amount of space for my family of 3. It was very clean. The views from the condo are amazing. The resort is wonderful. We will definitely be back and would book this condo in a heartbeat!

My husband and I have been staying at the Fontainebleau for years starting with the Chateau. When the condo's were build we loved staying in the Tresor one bedroom suites. In the past we reserved our accommodations through the hotel, which was and still is very pricey. This time we decided to check with VRBO and found our favorite suite owned by Chris. We were very happy to see the exact consistency in the layout and decor as before. We would recommend this property and would most certainly stay again especially at the price and extras that Chris offers. I would have like to have seen more utensils, coffee mugs etc. in the kitchen but I am sure a phone call to housekeeper or to Chris would have fixed that issue. Lastly, I am happy to report that there was not one hint of cigarette smoke in the condo as indicated in another review. Overall this is a wonderful condominium to stay at and we look forward to returning. The Fontainebleau hotel is one of the most elegant, enchanting hotels to stay at.

Stayed over a weekend at the end of September and would highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a good deal in Miami. I looked at a few other comparable places at the Fontainebleau and not only did this place seem to be the best deal, but Chris was the fastest to respond to any questions and the booking process could not have been easier. I happened to like being in the Tressor Tower because it's a bit more quiet - I imagine rooms facing the main pool get a lot of noise from the DJ during the day. The suite was clean, large and very comfortable. Someone else mentioned that it smelled like smoke and it sort of does when you first walk, but the truth it that you really don't notice it after a few minutes (and I'm pretty sensitive to that smell). Spa passes are great and as I understand it you do not have spa access if you book through the hotel. Don't think I need to say anymore, the other reviews pretty much cover it.
