This property was incredible!! It was beautifully decorated and incredible views. The host was so helpful and nice. We have already told many family members about this place. It was a wonderful vacation.

We were looking for a quiet location for 3 couples to share while exploring the Sonoma and Napa areas and found Sandra's property. It looked perfect on line but when we arrived, it was BEYOND PERFECT!! This custom home in the middle of a vineyard had everything. The interior appeared professionally decorated and was spotless. The open kitchen and dining areas made it a lot of fun for us to cook and play games. It was obvious that they lived there part time as there was everything in the kitchen supplies that was needed for preparing our meals. The beds were so comfortable that we all were looking for the mattress tags to see who made them. The best part however, was the exterior. There was both covered and open areas in the large patio and plenty of padded furniture to sit in while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. They even had a separate patio area by the grape vines that had another bar-be-cue, a fire pit and heat lamps. Sandra was a perfect host and her package of materials on what to do and where to eat was very helpful. She even left us a bottle of wine made from her own grapes that was delicious. If you get the chance, make sure you do a tasting at Roessler wines in Sonoma, who bottled it for her. Pat O'Sullivan

Our stay was more than we could have expected. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sonoma, you need look no further. Everything was as advertised and couldn't have been more beautiful. It was difficult to leave to explore because we all loved being in this home. Thank you again Sandy!!!

We had a 40th Birthday Celebration for my wife along with a small group of friends. We loved the home. Its views were exceptional. The outdoor patio space was perfect for lounging and visiting. The firetable and lower patio lights were wonderful. We couldnt have asked for better accompdations.

The beautiful property overlooking a vineyard has everything you need for a stay with family and/ or friends. The views and relaxing vibe from the back porch/area are amazing. A quick 15 minute drive gets you to Sonoma Square and everything you need in terms of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property. .

Property is gorgeous and host paid attention to all the details. It is the perfect setting - we changed plans and spent more time there than going to the number of vineyards we were going to visit so we could stay there and watch the sunsets and see all the amazing birds that visitors the fountain. It is truly a very special place. We had 3 parts to our trip with very nice accommodations, including pebble beach and all 5 of us agreed that this gem nestled in a Pinot vineyard was the beyond comparison,

Anything I write will fall short to describe the home, the location, the view and attention to detail from the host. I feel lucky to have had the pleasure of staying in this home for a week. Convenient to Sonoma Plaza, the wineries and Sonoma Raceway. Will definitely come back!

We were stunned by the beautiful property that greeted us when we arrived - the photos cannot begin to do justice to the vineyards and sweeping views from the expansive back property. The home is beautiful and stocked with every possible item one could imagine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and common areas perfect for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday. For much of the time we entertained our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who lives in Sonoma, and the property was so interesting, with 3 fountains and multiple paths that she was delighted with the "hotel house". One of the toilets needed special care, and when we let Sandra know about this she was very prompt to offer a solution although we found it unnecessary so did not pursue it. The communication with Sandra was always rapid and accurate, she was amazing and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard (it was delicious!). We absolutely would recommend this property to others who want to be transported to a retreat but still be a close drive to town.

This is a wonderful property with gorgeous views and amazing sunsets. First class furnishings, bedding and linens. The home is absolutely supplied with everything you will need. The kitchen and baths also offer all the needed supplies. The outdoor patios and seating areas are top-notch. While this place can accommodate several, it also has a marvelous homey feel when hosting just three couples. Can't say enough about this propery and host...will return for sure!

There is nothing more to say! This house was a piece of heaven for three friends doing a 9 day trip to the wine country. Everything about the house was perfect and inviting. We spent many hours on the deck and in the outside areas because the scenery was magnificent. The amenities, charm, comfort, and ease of use of all that the house had to offer is unparalleled. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

This home was just as advertised. Our group each had our own bed & bath which were all clean and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were impeccable. Accommodations went above and beyond most rental expectations! The outdoor living here is what you would dream of having at home. Thanks Sandy for a great stay!

Perfect! Make sure to leave plenty of time to just hangout at the home. We wish we had done so. Keep your eyes open for the resident hummingbirds. They love bathing in the fountain. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

This was an excellent choice for 5 longtime friends to get together after 3 years.The view in back is superb and the house is decorated stunningly and is stocked with everything needed for our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed the forest and the redwoods. The town is walkable and plenty of shops and restaurant.

This was a top notch rental. The property was fully stocked with supplies and everything needed to cook your own meals. There is a great view of the valley overlooking a vineyard on the property.

Myself and several female family members wanted a relaxing weekend in wine country and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay. Sandy was an amazing host, the house was gorgeous, the thought put into all elements of guests needs and accessibility was beyond impressive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy everything that makes Sonoma so special. The property was located on a ridge to the West of Sonoma with views of San Pablo Bay. In the morning the sun came up over the bay. In the evening the sun set over the ridge. The comfortable patio overlooks this view with Pinot noir vines in the foreground. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and many of the condiments needed for gourmet cooking. Given the expense of eating out, this was important. The three bedrooms were very comfortably furnished with duvets on the beds and en suite bathrooms. A living room with interesting oriental-style decor and adjacent dining room complete the facility. Everything was spotless. Our hostess was available for advice and help when we needed something. Our week was faultless and we could not have had a better experience.

This property was beautiful and contained everything one could possibly imagine including state-of-the-art appliances, kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, well-stocked condiments, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, bathroom necessities., etc. Turning the lights and heat on through Siri was new to us, but the property manager responded quickly when we had questions. The washer and dryer were in the third bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience, but they worked efficiently and came with easy instructions. The home itself was meticulously clean and comfortable. The gorgeous view of the back window is of their vineyard. The patio area has plenty of comfortable seatings, tables, a grill, an outside heater, and even bocci balls. The property manager encouraged us to freely imbibe from a well-stocked bar. We highly recommend this beautiful, casual country home to anyone visiting Sonoma.

This is just such a lovely property. Our family travels a lot and a number of us have been to the Napa/Sonoma area a number of times and this was an absolutely beautiful and relaxing location. We felt the impact of the beauty as soon as we arrived. A very zen feel indoors and gorgeous landscaping outside. We stayed for 5 days and had an absolutely fabulous time! I rated 5 stars across the board as we enjoyed and appreciated all aspects of the property and the positive impact it had on our trip.
