Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It had great amenities for the kitchen and bathroom. Pacific Grove Beach was a small walk and had great adventures for everyone. Highly recommend renting this gem.

Check in process was cumbersome. I printed, signed, scanned the first form that was sent to me- (I had to redo with another form, they failed to fill out our totals.) Electronic DocuSign would streamline the process. Overall check in communication was lacking. All that aside, the house was nice. Beds were comfortable. The full description could be updated to adequately inform you that the kitchen has a keurig and not a traditional coffee pot as pictured. There were no kcups provided. The upstairs tub did not have a stopper, it was frustrating going downstairs and back up at bedtime with little ones. The location was perfect. It was a quick easy walk to the beach even with little ones. A lot of neat things to see nearby.

This place was the perfect choice for 3 adults in separate bedrooms. Each bedroom is so attractive and spacious that we didn't need to flip a coin over who got what room - everyone was happy. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is open and has enough cooking and dining utensils for preparing a meal if desired. Location is awesome, steps to the beach and mere blocks to the restaurants and shops. The house itself is very appealing and spotlessly clean. Nice full size bathrooms too. Everyone in my party felt like we'd scored in finding this place. Pacific Grove itself is a very pretty town with a great vibe.

This area of No. Ca is incredible. We enjoyed the accommodations which were close to all the things we wanted to see and do.

This property was in a good location. I have a safety concern. There were NO screens in any of the windows which is a safety hazard with children. So you cannot open the windows and the AC did not work. I would not recommmend this property for anyone with young children

My family and I had a great stay at this location. Just us small stroll down the street to the beach access in Pacific Grove. When we arrived the property managers had maintenance working on the house, which was nice to see that the place was being up kept. Maintenance packed up quickly as we could pull in the driveway and into the garage to unload. The driveway is pretty small for a large size vehicle, but access to a two car garage was Nice to Park cars in. We did have a access issue, as our code for the front door didn’t work initially. I reached out to the property managers and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. The property managers checked in with us periodically to make sure that our stay was adequate. Which was very nice. The house and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were great. I will say that the ice machine in the freezer wasn’t working. Unknown if the ice machine was broken or I just didn’t know how to turn it on. The water was connected to the back of the refrigerator and turned on. there were ice trays so we could make ice. During our stay the toilet float stop working and the upstairs bathroom. I sent a text message to property management and they had somebody that day come in and fix it right away. When we came back from our outing at the beach everything was fixed and secured. I understand some things are out of our control but I give this property and the property managers five stars. My family had a great time at the house and with our stay in Pacific Grove. I look forward to returning in the future.

We were a group of 6 friends in our 50's and we totally enjoyed the location and neighborhood of this home. It is quaint, clean, comfortable. The living room is spacious and the bonus is proximity to the ocean and recreational trail, as well as downtown. It was great for our short stay. *the 2 car garage is a little tight if you are driving large vehicles and the seagulls are very noisy at night and early morning, but other than that, a great place to relax for a few days

In this house in a quiet, safe neighborhood, the bedrooms, living room and dining area are quite comfortable and the kitchen well-supplied for cooking meals. We know Pacific Grove and knew what we wanted. We felt lucky to be able to stay here.

The house was perfect for our family of three generations. House is well maintained and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Nice plus having a clean spacious garage to park our cars. The location is ideal just half a block to Lovers Point with it's wonderful cove beach and gentle waves. The walk along the coast is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. Linens were very clean. Towels and throws were plentiful.

I have stayed in a few different VRBO and AirB&B properties and have always felt grossed out and disappointed - wishing I would have just stayed in a hotel. Not this time around, though!This is the first property that I felt comfortable due to the level of cleanliness. Although the property is a little dated, it was quaint and charming. You cannot beat the location of this property. I'd absolutely love to stay here again the next time I'm out here with my family. Thank you for the wonderful stay and giving us the opportunity to experience life in Pacific Grove for the last week.
