The owner was more than hospitable. The flat was very clean and comfy. We had everything we need.

Niko is very helpful and pleasant host. Catherine at the Bar is also very pleasant person. We felt very cosy at Olive Island. Would return. Everything is close, market store, bus station, car parking,...

The apartment was plain & basic, with suspect plumbing....but everything worked OK....

First thing we liked was that the apartment is very clean. There were small details that made the difference, some tea bags available, instant coffee, salt pepper, soap, etc. the minimum that you need for a short stay - this proves the interest that the host has in pleasing his guests. The kettle was freshly cleaned (which i didn’t saw in any of my stays until now), even the ashtray on the balcony was considered and was perfectly cleaned. Our guest was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was indeed old, but it’s in perfect condition, no smell.

Location - close to the beach and main touristic places of Larnaca The owner was nice and helpful

The towels were dirty The building was noisy, you could hear the cars very loudly. We could sleep at night, so it was not that bad.

The location was amazing, our host was more than happy to help and the cleanliness, ease and comfortability of the place was amazing. We were a 2 minute walk from the sea and 30 seconds from a shop where we could get all essentials.

Nice location at walking distance to the beach and city center. Clean and equipped with necessary basics for stay. Late check in was provided and the possibility to leave our luggage the last day after check out.

No free toiletries were provided as advertised except a half bottle of hand soap that was inconvenient when you arrive at 2300 LT and want to have a shower. No hairdryer as advertised. The bathtub was without the possibility to be closed and used during the stay.

In my opinion is one of the best place where you can stay and don't spend fortune. i was there in summer in 2021 and i'm sure that i'll return. The owner is very kind.

Great place. Maybe the furniture is not brand new but the stay was great, very convenient apartment. Two balconies (which the tiny one is in the sun in the morning). Fully equipped kitchen (however the pan should be changed to a new one) - you have even a french press and the coffe pot. The main room is just huge. Wifi was good, a market close. Place is close to the biggest beach in Larnaca. And there's a (paid) laundry in the building, which is great!

The echo in those tight streets is loud (this is the case for all places) - you may need to close windows for the night or just use earplugs. TV signal was too weak to watch - if you need a tv.
