Went online to VRBO upon recommendation from a family member. Searched for a 3-bedroom , 3-bath rental house.

I totally loved the experience. The house was perfect. My husband and I slept on the mainfloor and my daughter and her family slept upstairs. We were close to the beach and our deck was very private. I plan on renting that same cottage every summer indefinitely. It was wonderful!

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The location was perfect and the house was very comfortable. With a couple exceptions it was very clean. We would highly recommend this rental.

We stayed two nights in this darling cottage which was just the right size. It was very clean and decorated with a beachy theme. (There was a maintenance problem, which Beachwalk offered to take care of immediately. But it was fine with us to wait until after we checked out. It did not interfere with our stay in the least.) We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I emails a couple of questions before our arrival and received responses within a few hours. Unfortunately, the beach near the house was closed due to Covid. Fortunately the Dunes National and State Parks were nearby and were open (with limited visitors). I would like to go back after Covid when everything is open again.

Two gentlemen were cleaning the deck and grill as we were moving in. they were so, so kind. because they were giving us our space, I think they maybe didn't check the lights inside. There were several lights with bulbs that didn't work. it was no big deal though. we made it just fine; we could have called the office if it was a bother. also the lock on the main door almost had us locked out once. other than those minor things, we had a fabulous time. The beds were wonderful. Thank you for an opportunity to rest and get away.

The deck out back had brand new furniture and despite being surrounded by other homes, the trees and shrubs made if feel secluded. The house was very clean and check in and check out were a breeze. My only negatives would be a crack in the master bath toilet seat (an easy fix) and the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable if the rain keeps you inside. Given that, it was a wonderful home and we would stay there again.

Every bedroom had a bathroom plus a guest bathroom! The furniture and carpet/rugs were a bit worn. Many spots on both. the outdoor furniture was not inviting - we wondered if we would get splinters if we sat on it. There is no covering for the double glass door leading outside. We 4 women felt very exposed and the thin coverings onthe windows inthe kitchen and living room weren't much.

It's perfect, truly just steps from the beach; reserved parking is a major asset and large deck is great. The property was spotlessly clean. They are stingy with towels so take extras of your own. We had a few maintenance glitches (TV went out and needed to be replaced, garbage disposal didn't work), nothing major; upstairs queen bed could use a new mattress. My biggest complaint about the property is see-through blinds in living/dining area. I understand their reasoning (no parties or extra guests) but total lack of privacy is annoying. I've rented this house before and hope to again. A little privacy from the neighbors would be appreciated.
