I can’t say enough about this beautiful home!! Perfect location, too. I can’t wait to stay here again and recommend it to friends/family!

The property is amazing. However, since most guests are at the Disney parks all day, there was not much chance of enjoying all the games and movie room. You could probably use that space more efficiently. Also, there are a couple of room that definitely need ceiling fans, because it did get warm in those rooms, eventhough the temp. outside was in the 50's to 70's.

Clean and meet expectations based on listing. Pool does not get super warm.

The home was beautiful and had some fun themed rooms for the kids.

We had a great time vacationing at Disney and staying in this home. It was a nice size for all 6 of us to have our own spaces. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Would stay again.

The bedrooms were a big hit, decorated for adults and kids alike. A short walk across the street was a playground and splash pad for younger kids. Adult pool and beverages. The location was close to all the parks, shopping and restaurants you could want. We’ve decided this will be our go to place.

Beautiful home near Disney. Took our 2 adult children. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy.

Very nice property, clean, kids loved the themed rooms. Big house with lots of space. One thing to note, which is not a negative, they do not have a supply of tp, soap, etc. they left some complementary ones but not enough for a full week. Just for planning and packing purposes.

Master suite fist level is warmer then other parts of the home.

Overall the house is very nice and very roomy for 7 people. It was very clean and organized well. My only concerns were with the temp in the master (about 5-10 degrees warmer than rest of house), and they only give you half a roll of toilet paper. We also ordered to heat the pool and it wasn’t turned on until halfway through our stay (so we only got to use it for a few hours).

This resort is awesome! The house was great for 8 people, lots of room. The resort pool and splash area are great and very clean. Melissa (Meme) the pool attendant was so helpful, kind and friendly. She made our stay so special. She is a gem to your company.

Only complaint was the a/c wasn’t working properly and we had to go buy a fan for one of the rooms but it was a good stay besides that!!! Would rent from this property again!!

This property exceeded our expectations. We had some trouble accessing upon check in since the lock was accidentally unplugged preventing communication and remote unlocking. Once checked in, the house is spacious and clean. Would be helpful to have some larger cookware in kitchen (e.g. skillet, casserole fish) We had a party of 10 and it was difficult to cook with the basic pieces provided the volume of food needed. Located directly across from community club house which was perfect for us. Disney was about 30 minutes away. Would love to stay again! Thanks for some great memories!

The house was very beautiful, but the first problem started when we arrived. The pool was very cold and the listing stated we had a heated pool. We called and asked and they charged us another $200 to turn the pool heater on. This was never disclosed on the website. They did come and turn on the pool but not the hot tub. The second problem is it got very hot in the house. The thermostat would not allow us to turn the ac down past 74. This is unacceptable to me. I like to sleep where it is nice and cool. We had 5 miserable nights sleep waking up sweating and uncomfortable every night. The final issue was a few nights after we arrived we got home from Disney and the smoke detector in the master bedroom was chirping like the battery was low. We called the management company and the lady we spoke with was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She said she would “try” to find a maintenance person, but we might just have to deal with it. The smoke detector was right above the bed in the master bedroom so there was no dealing with it. After an hour of no word I went to the gas station, and bought 9v batteries to try to fix the problem. After changing the battery it continued to chirp so we called again and she said she was still waiting on someone to call her back but we might just have to unplug the smoke detector from the ceiling. I find this appalling and very dangerous to tamper with smoke detectors that are wired throughout the entire house. After a google search we realized there was a button that had to be pushed to reset the smoke detector. We never received another call back nor did anyone show up the next 2 days to check and make sure it was fixed. I will never stay at a VRBO managed by this company. Make sure you ask plenty of question before you book through them so you don’t have a nightmare like we did.

It was a great stay. The property and amenities were very inviting. Everyone was comfortable and it was very close to the parks. We would definitely stay again.

There were places that was not clean, such as toilet lid and around the hinge of toilet lid. We cleaned the house to our standard for peace of mind. Great house for big family vacation trip. Photos of unit are accurate. Having pool heat for February trip was awesome for all, and the half bath outside by pool very nice. High quality mattresses and furniture. Some prior renter had smoked in upstairs master, but not owners fault.

Our extended family stayed at the house from January 23-29. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own room with attached bathroom. It had two common areas that were very useful. The kids used the pool and hot tub every day even after the long days at Disney and Universal Studios. The water park was closed while we were there but I'm not sure we would've made it there anyway. I highly recommend this location!
