We had a wonderful trip with our family to Breckenridge. The condo was everything advertised and more. Great location to be able to walk everywhere, tons of space in the living and kitchen area so no one felt crowded and we cook a lot and the kitchen was very well stocked! We will definitely return.

Easy walk to downtown Breck, big nice place.

We loved the unit. Easy access to Main Street and Breckenridge Brewery. The unit was nicely equipped and had a lot of space. Very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable. As in most rental units, the pillows were ehhh, and the lighting was horrible, need to replace the lightbulbs in the ceiling fans so you can actually use those lights. Also, there is NO elevator to this unit, contrary to the description. BUT, we really enjoyed the property, had a great time and would definitely consider returning!!

The property was exactly as described online. The location was perfect for walking downtown.

Been renting in the Breckenridge area for years and this is a perfect condo. Clean, comfy and close to town. Beautiful kitchen and living area. Hope to book another stay in the early Fall.

We stayed with our four children and a set of grandparents. We loved having the garage plus a parking space in front. Great for storing golf clubs and if you are traveling with two cars. The kids loved the bunk room and the en-suite bedrooms/ bathrooms were great. The balconies were a huge plus and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. We could easily walk to Main Street, parks and hiking trails. The views were spectacular! One little note- if traveling in the summer be sure to use the window fan units. It was amazing what a difference they made at night.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Breck. This location allowed us to park in the garage and walk to dinner, shopping, gondola area, etc. The condo is open and spacious with nice beds, updated kitchens and baths, plus the hot tub overlooking the aspen trees and mountains. Summit was very proactive checking on us and we will stay there again if ever in Breck.

The condo was great. We were very comfortable and totally enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend that you do as well.

Awesome place and location. Spacious for our family

We had a great weekend staying in this condo skiing Breck for 4 nights over MLK Weekend! The Hot tub was awesome, plenty of space to spread out and lounge for Apres, and make dinner in the spacious kitchen. We loved our visit and slept 9 comfortably in beds. Summit Mountain Rentals were also so responsive and great at checking in if we needed anything all weekend. A huge plus is it is within walking distance of town, the slopes, rental shops.

This property exceeded every expectation. The unit was way better in person than in pictures. Will be going back to Breckenridge next year and will hopefully score this same unit again!

The stay was great! It was a short walk to main street and check in was a breeze! They even let us check out an hour late due to our shuttle pick up time! The Hot tub had beautiful views and was perfect for the snowy days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

It was spacious and so close to town. We never even used our car! Right across the street from a great park for our little one and very close to the troll.

Great location and walking distance to Main Street. Very comfortable for our group and everyone had a great time. Great view of the mountains from the patio.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Beautifully decorated and very clean! Our family decided to take a week vacation up to the Mountains. We only live a couple hours away. This place was so comfortable. Both of our girls (17 and 20) had their own room and space, which gave them plenty of privacy. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room at nights and using the hot tub. Our unit was on the corner which gave us a lot of privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, cookware etc. Big beautiful dining table to eat meals at (loved this table)! Had two different patios to hang out on. Every night, I used the one off of our master bedroom. Easy access to everything. Just a short walk down to town. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. The family room had enough seating for all of us, plus more! The location is perfect to walk to downtown. Very cozy and comfortable beds. The water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced, we couldn't drink the "filtered" water. We did not know that the hot tub was broken before we went. We left a cord in the bedroom for a computer. If there is a way to send back to us, we would reimburse you for the postage. Thanks, Susan Foley

Large, clean apartment with perfect set up for two families with multiple kids (they have a cool bunk room). Location was perfect to walk into the main strip in just minutes. Easy access and having two parking spots was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to everything! Peak 9 / QuickSilver lift is very close. We rented ski gear from Charter Sports, which is on the way to the lift. They allow you to leave your skis/boots there at the end of the day for free. (Other rental places have similar arrangements.) Not having to lug your gear makes the walk even more pleasant! Short walk to restaurants and shops, both in the Village and in the town. The walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street is shorter than Google Maps shows, because Google doesn't know about the pedestrian gate, which brings you right to Main St. With everything so close, we didn't drive our car all week, except to go to the grocery story, and that's a 2-minute drive! The adults and the kids also had fun in the club house, featuring pool table, ping-pong and foosball. We had a blast and will rent here again when we return!
