pool was awesome, good size for our large family good location clean and spacious

The property is big, has a lot of facilities, the courtyard is amazing, and so is the pool

Cleanliness is not a thing, bathrooms look messy/dirty and not looked after No blankets in some rooms

The agents attitude. The run down state of the villa. Tired externals, freezing pool, definitely needs a solar cover. Hated the piano, couldn't keep the grandchildren off it. Outside furniture old and broken in the most part. Tennis court tired.

Don't come during a day that is not summer time, or a cloudy day, you won't have enough hot water for showers, on a lightly chilly day the Electricity Fuze jumped several times, home owner blamed problems on guest saying the guests were doing something wrong , we had a bad experience dealing with the staff of this place

Location of the Villa is pretty good, Villa is excellent and spacious. For us good thing was Tennis court and play area, couldn't use swimming pool as it was cold. would like to visit again if possible

Electricity cap of 100Kwh for 2 days which is pretty less during winters and for bigger group I expect to give more focus on the maintenance part as it's big villa and everything needs to be in working condition

We had an electricity allowance of 100kwh for 2 days for 14 people, which was really not enough, especially given how the primary way of heating up the house was through the air conditioning units. we were then charged 0.25eu per Kwh which can bring up the price.
