This is the perfect condo for your ski trip. The place is beautiful and the mud room and garage have everything you need to stow your ski gear. Hot tub and fireplace are lovely, great kitchen, we will definitely stay here again.

Superb accommodations and location to both little and big cottonwood ski mountains. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort with cozy bathrobes, slippers and even sleep eye masks available to us. The information provided by the owner at the condo was very helpful and useful during our stay. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

This location was not only perfectly positioned for all the ski resorts we went to, but was a very well appointed, beautiful place to stay. The house is nicely decorated with comfortable couches and beds. There are two incredible bedrooms, so two couples can sleep happily here. There is a nice third bedroom, and enough bathrooms for everyone to have their own! The hot tub was great with beautiful views, which was maintained throughout our visit. We will be coming back during our next visit. Thank you!

We loved staying here as it was the perfect location to all the mountains we wanted to ski and was a quick trip to and from the airport! Everything was so cozy and they had extra blankets and pillows in every room, the hot tub was perfect for an evening of resting after skiing and the condo itself was big and spacious for a family! We loved the extra set of washer and dryers when trying to keep ski clothes washed and the boot warmer was amazing for keeping our boots dry! The hosts were so informative and gave us plenty of tips for restaurants and other things going on around town. We loved Salt Lake City and plan to come back soon!

This property is amazing! It exceeds the listing and is truly a delightful home. Reza and Jocelyn were great hosts, extremely helpful and welcoming. The condo is in a perfect location for getting to ski resorts but also near restaurants, grocery stores, and close to the airport and SLC. All the attention to details made this condo a perfect place for our family, it had everything we needed and some. There is so much attention to detail and makes you feel like you are in a luxury getaway. The bedding, appliances, laundry, boot dryers, hot tub, towels, robes, gaming system, blankets...everything, they have gone above and beyond and it is rare that a listing is actually better in person than online and this one does just that. They even had a welcoming bottle of wine and caramels waiting for us when we got there. We hope to return and will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Condo in Cottonwood Heights! We stayed during the summer and loved the location to both canyons for hiking and exploring, as well as the proximity to shopping, restaurants and the freeway to easily get around. It has been recently updated and feels functional, thoughtful and clean - we loved the small touches like plush bathrobes, eye masks, cotton pads, a very well stocked kitchen for cooking, and plenty of towels. The condo complex is quiet and friendly, you can easily go for walks and visit the restaurant at the Marriott nearby. There are 4 full bathrooms which is so handy for a group! We can't wait to come back during Ski season and take advantage of the proximity to the slopes (and the garage!). Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

A group of five running girlfriends stayed at this home for the Revel Big Cottonwood Race. Perfect location. Home has nice flow and layout, 4 full spacious bathrooms for 5 girls. Can’t get better than that, but it did. So many pampered touches. Beds are luxurious. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub to soak tired legs. Multiple TVs. Two sets of W/D. Absolutely spotless, even the garage. Would love to return in the winter for a ski vacay. Hosts were hospitable and kind!

This was our second stay at the Cottonwood Height condo. It was just as good as the first time. Everything from booking, checkin and check-out was nice and smooth. The condo is very clean and welcoming and worked perfect for me, my husband and our son. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit next time!

Gorgeous, completely updated condo. We stayed as a family for a soccer tournament in the summer. Fabulous AC! Hosts were fantastic and would book again without hesitation! Loved it!

We stayed at the condo for a week while visiting for a wedding. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Beautifully updated! Extremely comfortable. It felt like home.

If you are looking for a great place close to the canyons and a short Park City drive, this is a great option. We headed out for a last minute spring break ski trip and the proximity to all the resorts was great. Condo was beautifully appointed, plenty of space for a family or two, and the Owners were great. I'd be remiss to not mention the welcoming gifts and the robes! Overall 5 stars. No doubt.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family! We were able to use it as a center point for all the different activities we wanted to do in the area! The photos are great, but it is actually more beautiful in person! Both Reza and Jocelyn were so kind and helpful during our stay as well! I would highly recommend this condo!

This place was perfect for 5 of us (2 kids) while we had a ski trip to Brighton. The condo is beautiful and recently updated. It’s also Very convenient to the ski resorts and also some good restaurants nearby (plus very close to SLC), and convenient drive to/from the airport. Reza and Jocelyn were great and the place was very clean and well stocked with all needed kitchen items. We also enjoyed the hot tub after long days skiing. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the area!

Absolutely perfect. Location in a quiet condo community at base of Little Cottonwood canyon, easy access to Alta and Snowbird. Owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming; treated us like family members. Had many nice small touches that were awesome, but hard to beat the bathrobes, slippers and basket of extra towels for the hot tub. Hard to beat that! Hope to come back again!

Wow! We were NOT disappointed. This home is fantastic! The place was immaculate and the complex is quiet (in a good way)! The owners Reza and Jocelyn are wonderful hosts - very attentive and very quick with all responses to our inquiries. It’s everything you could possibly want in your vacation rental! My husband and I took our grown children for a week long ski adventure (6 of us) to celebrate hubby’s 60th bday. What fun we had - it is only a short 18 minute drive to Alta (our favorite) and a few minutes closer for Snowbird. Good/fun restaurants with bars (also family friendly if you have kids) within a short 1 block walk (basically across the street). Selfishly, I usually don’t want to rave too much about great places we’ve stayed (so they aren’t fully booked when we want to go back haha) but the owners were so great I couldn’t not give them the review they deserve :). Thanks Reza and Jocelyn - we will be back and would definitely recommend your place our to friends!

I can't say enough good things about this rental - definitely one of the best units we have ever stayed in! The townhouse itself is immaculate, nicely decorated, and extremely well set up and provisioned. It was well stocked with all the stuff you hate to buy when you're only there for a week - large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom, tons of laundry and kitchen/dishwasher soap, paper towels, spices and more. We are all avid cooks, and we had everything we needed (and more) in the kitchen to make some amazing meals. Location is ideal, within 20 minutes of Snowbird/Alta/Solitude and Brighton and close to tons of shops and restaurants. The hosts could not have been more responsive or accommodating - Reza and Jocelyn, you guys are the best! If you're looking for a place to stay in the area and this unit is available, don't wait to book it - you won't be disappointed.

Great property, exactly as advertised. Perfect location with very easy access to both Cottonwood canyons. 3 good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Boot heater in garage a nice touch.

I have never written a review before but knew this was the least I could do as a sincere thank you to these hosts! I would 100% recommend staying here without any hesitation. Their property was immaculate, tasteful, well thought out....just so very enjoyable to be in from the moment we entered the garage (yes, it was that great!), to the kitchen which was beautiful and bright with everything we needed and more, to the spacious bedrooms and baths with fluffy towels and really soft sheets! This is absolutely a great place to stay. I might add that it appealed equally to the 3 generations that stayed here! All of us had a great gathering space to be in as well as other spaces within the condo to enjoy some privacy.Hosts were extremely prompt and more than helpful! We also extended our stay. We could have easily found a hotel to accommodate our needs, but this place was such a treat to be in that it was well worth it!It is also so nice be be situated very close to the mountains and additionally a great restaurant and coffee place are within walking distance. Look no further, this place is a GEM!
