The owner was so polite and diligent when it can to anything that had to do with the area and kindly messaged use to keep us informed about the street cleaning schedule. The house is cozy and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in Burbank in less then 10 mins.

We had a great experience with this little apartment unit in Burbank. The owners even accommodated us last minute and allowed us to check in sooner than we had initially planned which was very nice of them. They were in contact with us throughout our stay to inquire as to how our experience had been and were Cleary very concerned about their guests experience. The unit was clean and with tasteful decor and the neighborhood was very safe and clean and so close to the Griffths Observatory and Hollywood attractions. My only con from our stay is the water pressure was fairly weak in the shower and also did not get particularly hot but this is just nitpicking. We would highly recommend this stay!

The apartment and hosts were great. I liked the fact there was no tv and the purpose of the unit was to relax. Loved the wine and wafers left for me by the hosts. Check in was easy thanks to the welcome videos explaining the apartment and water heater. The only thing I think they could need is a salt and pepper shaker, PAM, and olive oil. Overall a great place. Will stay here again if I come back to Burbank area.

My daughter and I traveled to California for my daughter to have surgery in Beverly Hills for her lifelong battle with Hyperhidrosis. We selected the Burbank area because it was conveniently close to her surgeon in BH, LAX and various other ares we wanted to visit. I can’t say enough about how incredible the property owners are for this precious little studio apartment. It was exactly as shown in the photos and we absolutely loved the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we loved the downtown area of Burbank. Gloria checked in on us throughout our visit and made us feel extremely welcomed. They even provide a house manual with many suggestions for restaurants, attractions, etc. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! If your traveling alone, with a friend, spouse or maybe you also need a mother/daughter trip then this place will be perfect,

Book this for a weekend film festival happening in downtown Burbank. Great little apartment. Walking distance to just about anything you need. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again the next time I am in town.

This apartment was exactly as described and photos totally accurate. Have stayed in other Air BnB in Burbank and this was MUCH nicer. Reservations handled professionally, response time very fast, check-in details very clear. Every detail was included: shampoos, lotion, mouthwash, plenty of thick towels, even coffee, creamer and sugar, a bottle of wine and yummy cookies! Stated clearly no TV and on-street parking- no hidden surprises. Neighborhood was convenient, although just a bit of noise from loud cars. All in all, we’d recommend this to everyone! 100% satisfied! Price very reasonable for all the nice things provided. Will make this our Burbank “second home “!

Perfect for our little getaway!

I have stayed at 3 of Christopher Matthew Spencer's reasonably priced properties in Burbank, and I always check to see if they are available first when I travel to that area. The places are small (2 guests max.), but they are clean, cozy, and quaint and much better than a hotel stay in Burbank in my opinion. Great attention to the little details is made so that there is not much to be missed by staying at one of these rentals. Additionally, whenever I have had a minor issue with a property, I have always received prompt attention from the owner himself which speaks volumes to me as a guest. Next time you are traveling to Burbank be sure to give this place a try!

The place was spotless, and it was so easy communicating with Gloria. The neighborhood was nice, everything we needed was near or short driving distance, and the apartment was cute! I’d recommend staying here to anyone.

Cute spot for one or two people. They say exactly what to expect on the listing. Steps to upstairs level, no television and no full fridge. If you're only doing take out and just have to heat up something on a microwave or the stove on the same day, this is perfect spot. The fridge is the taller dorm fridge size. The bathroom is super cute, kitchen is well stocked and there's enough closet space in the room and the bathroom thus, it being a studio isn't so bad because you can put your things away. Close to everything if you're going to NOHO or Burbank/Glendale. Second time renting. It is well kept. Last time we rented here was about 3 yrs ago when we were in the area and it's still the same.

I had a wonderful stay at the Millennial Hideaway and would absolutely stay again. The location was absolutely perfect and central to everywhere I needed to go, close to shopping and restaurants, and so safe and clean. I loved the apartment which was a quiet reprieve after long days! I was in town for a wedding and it was so nice coming back to relax in the solitude of the apartment. I enjoyed the space as well as the comfortable bed, microwave, and mini fridge! Thanks for everything!

The manager, Gloria, was most helpful and responded promptly to questions. The location was perfect for us - a few blocks from family that we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay here. Two suggestions.... one - the air conditioner could use a deflection piece so that the cold air would not blow directly across folks sleeping in the bed.... two - the hot water heater should be set at around 110 to 115 (plus or minus) depending on your taste. When the water is turned on, it is easy to read the temperature. Once you choose the temperature, the directions should state that any addition of cold water will not work effectively. Only hot water should be chosen for the shower. Additionally, the bathroom sink does not have adequate flow to cause the heater to activate. We only got hot water in the bathroom sink by running tub water in addition, and then turning off the tub water, and then the hot water would last for a little while.

The property manager Gloria is so communicative. The place was very clean and cozy. Nice gifts and easy access to the property. There is NO TV but it’s clearlu stated. And Free WiFi! The overall experience was professional and simple. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

We love visiting Burbank to see family and do some tourist things. The Hideaway has always been super clean with comfortable sleeping. We are able to eat in for breakfast, lunch and also enjoy walking to Lancer’s for a meal. Our host Christopher has always responded when we had questions. Also Gloria is super easy to contact when needed which is important when traveling. Will definitely stay again if possible when we are in town!
