We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

Property was as expected. Best part for us was 1 block from the beach!

Great service and communication and beautiful spacious home . Only downside was the see through blinds in the leaving room area and missing blinds on the sliding door , better blinds would help with better privacy. Besides that everything was perfect and clean ! Greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area !

Loved everything about the house! It came with all we needed and if we return to Padre we will be staying here again!

A fabulous location !!! The AC had issues and SPI Rentals had it replaced the next day. Pool is huge - but has to be cleaned often. Carpets are supposed to be cleaned soon. Location location Location. Entrance to the beach is at the end of the block - like 50yds !!

Pool and hot tub were the best part of the house. There were a few more utensils that could of been supplied and some beach towels would of been great to have at the house. Railing on the deck was failing apart and not safe. Other than that, house was great and worked well for our family of 8.

Great place with plenty of room for my family and my friends family And walking distance to the beach was a bonus and the pool was awesome too

The heated pool, hot tub and home were perfect for us! The rental was an easy process and great to work with. The house was clean and roomy!

Great location, clean nice property. House was well equipped. It met the needs of our family. There are lots of steps, which works well if you want to wear off calories. The bunk room has smallish TV's which led to a bit of a hassle with our teen.

We had a blast, the home was excellent a perfect vacation we are coming back next year for sure!!

When looking for a place to stay on South Padre Island for our week long vacation we really wanted a place where we felt at home. 123 Georgia Ruth gave us that and so much more. The views were beautiful. The pool was heated but still so refreshing. The hot tub was perfect. The beds were sooo comfortable. The living area was large enough for our family gathering. There were enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was well furnished so cooking was a pleasure. We were centrally located so no where took long to get to. When thinking about this review, as I typically do with all reviews, I think about the most positive aspects and add honest negative experiences or issues. I'm at a loss to come up with any negative thoughts. SPI Rentals was a great company to work with. They made renting long distance very easy. The house was beautiful and well furnished. All aspects of renting 123 Georgia Ruth really made our vacation a very enjoyable experience with so many great memories. We were able to focus on activities and relaxing. Thank you SPI Rentals and thank you to the home owners for sharing such a wonderful home to make our experience a wonderful one welook forward to repeating.

The house was super clean and very up to date, only a short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect size.I would stay again.

We had a great time, the property is very nice. Just a few comments. When we arrived our first impression was a bunch of trash in the entrance (outside the trash can). There were several details that showed us a poor cleaning. (Ketchup stain in a kitchen drawer, white stains in a black sofa, white stains in the bed cover, one bed had teared sheets on) It is not a cheap property, you pay a high rate for housekeeping and you expect more.

Pool was filthy, animal bones found in back yard and one of the bedrooms was a building site, covered in concrete dust which had been trodden into the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting property which ruined our visit to South Padre Island.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It is roomy & the private pool/ hot tub was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean on the inside but trash was left around the pool from previous renters. First night we noticed the seal was broken on the bottom of the refrigerator we was able to get some duct tape and do a temporary fix. We did have to put all the refrigerated items in ice chest. We would definitely rent again.

We rented this home for a bachelorette party. The pool and spa are wonderful and much larger than they look on the pictures. The location is perfect with a very short walk to the beach and The Wanna Wanna. The outside of the home is beautiful but the inside is somewhat dated. Much of the furniture was very worn and the carpeting was heavily stained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were fairly comfortable.
