This is a great location in the middle of the South Beach action. As a result, it is loud and you won't get sleep without earplugs. The AC is loud as well so bring headphones for TV viewing. The rock solid WiFi works great for teleconferences. The beach, park and restaurants are right outside the building. All said, this was exactly as advertised/expected. I would stay here again.

Excellent experience for a quick 6 day winter getaway for sun and fun and food. You are so lucky to have Helena as your condo representative, full of good advice and tips, we loved our stay and will be back!

Okay. So we would stay here again. It’s a studio apartment so don’t expect much. The bed is nice. The location is perfect. It’s hard to find better bang for your buck. We lived on the beach and ate gelato every day. Some drawbacks. It’s very loud outside and can be heard in the room. Relatively clean but not perfect. Had to pay an extra 20 bucks to check in late which I thought was a grift. All that said, we really enjoyed our stay more than I can say.

This was our fist time in Miami. The condo was just like it appears. It's right in the middle of anything you could want, but felt private given the gated walkway and locked front door. The beach, food, coffee, shops are literally a minute walk. Helena was really great to meet and got us checked in. We appreciated the tips on what to look for in some of the "tourist trap" restaurants. We walked to South Point Park every night. Beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the city atmosphere, being from a more rural town. We joked about the brightness in our room at night from city lights. You'll come across all sorts of people like in any city, but we never felt uncomfortable. Overall very nice place, great owner and property manager, and fun city! We'll be back and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was great very clean and availability was very convenient was not pricey and was within my budget and the beach was right across the street. Enjoy this place will recommend it to all my family & friends and visiting it again in Miami 😍😍

This property was like what was listed. It is NOT in a bad area. Everything is within walking distance. There is not a lot of cooking equipment (which we didn’t need). Our only recommendation is the apt needs a new mattress and new pillows and higher thread count sheets. Helena was very helpful when we checked in.

This property was in a dangerous area with a police enforced curfew. There were drug dealers on the corner and a woman with no pants on. The property has not bath towels, just some mismatched smelly old beach towels, not pots and pans, no paper towels. We has to leave after the first night and seriously considered sleeping in the car. Don't rent this disaster of a place!!!!!!

Wow, what a wonderful week in the sun. If you want to explore the sights, sounds and flavor right in the heart of South Beach, look no further. This studio apartment (a very cool Art Deco) is right on Ocean Ave walking distance to everything we needed. There is a bike rental shop right around the corner that we took advantage of one day and found a very experienced staff an good quality bikes to rent. Miles of walking paths along the beach right across the street. Communication was excellent, key exchange simple. Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

The studio is very nice, larger than appears to be in the photos and full of light. The fridge and the kitchen are new, and full equipped. The location is amazing, the beach is just across the street and all restaurants and shops are in the area. Very easy to check in and check out, the lady in charge is always ready to help. We had a pleasant stay and we will back for sure.

Perfect location!! I can walk to all the places I want to be. Perfect condo!! It was clean and comfortable and it was great to have the kitchen. We stayed for a week and CANT WAIT TO COME BACK The host was awesome. She was always available and gave us great places to go to

When I first arrived I was pleased with the room. It wasn't until I got settled was when I noticed that not only did the room have roaches but baby roaches too. I am somewhat obsessive compulsive so needless to say I was not a happy camper. Because I was on vacation I didn't spend that much time in the room thank goodness otherwise I couldn't deal. The location is great but the owner needs to do something about the bug problem.

Ideal apartment on Ocean Drive. Across from beach and close to restaurants, Walgreen. Amazing pizza restaurant down the street and happy hour bar. The apt. is SUPER quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by that considering the location. Brand new kitchen. It has a beach umbrella and everything. Bathroom looks like it was just redone too. It really feels like you are on vacation when you walk in the unit. Very happy. Great stay.
