Loved the location and unit! Only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have a keypad instead of actual key. Forgot it the first time we left (luckily the door wasn't locked!). This would also be helpful if you weren't able to get to check in by 5.

There’s nothing to say except EXCEPTIONAL stay at this condo and property! We had a great time and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and professional. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for making my return to Port Isabel and SPI so memorable.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this property at South Padre Island. Everything was clean and orderly as described, and the views from the balcony are incredible. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna beach bar and short drive from the Blue Marlin supermarket. Soila, the property manager, was fantastic in responding to any needs or questions we had. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying here again!

The family really enjoyed this rental, it was clean and comfortable, and was really easy to check in and out. Great pool and access to the beach was a short walk over the dunes. Great view!

We had an amazing time and most definitely will return! Great location with an awesome view! The Condo was super clean and well decorated. The check in process was very easy. It did get a tad loud at the pool but not too late. The only tiny detail is that we only used the dishwasher once because of a strong rotten egg smell - not sure if it’s due to not being used often perhaps?
Overall an amazing experience!

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo and once again it did not disappoint. It is clean, amazing views, steps from the beach and never crowded. Everything you need is provided.

When we arrived in the condo, the first thing we saw was the ocean. The view was AMAZING. From there, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze. The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. We would definitely stay there next time. I just wish it was pet friendly and check out wasn’t at 10am. Other than that I highly recommend this condominium. Go see it for yourself, you won't regret it !

My wife and I come to SPI on a yearly basis. This condo is by far the nicest one yet. The condo is comfy and homey. The grounds are meticulously maintained as well.
We will be staying here from now on

My husband and I were finally able to get away from the medical field for a short vacation. This was a much-needed de-stressor and our condo could not have been more perfect!
Beautiful views, a little chilly the week we were there, but we didn't care, everything was perfect. Hopefully we will be back next year!!

Everything was as advertised. The place was clean and we loved the location. Small property meant more peace and quiet. The folks we did talk to at the pool were so friendly. No spring breakers policy was perfect for us.

Easy check in and check out. Management was available for any questions we may have had. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The building is at a great location to beach, restaurants, activities or shopping.

We arrived thinking that the still tropical storm Nicholas would ruin our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with the weather remaining above average. But we could not have ventured out, our lovely condo would have been a great refuge. Gorgeous views of the crashing waves and comfortable accommodations. Everyone that we dealt with in the office and maintenance were helpful, friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay there again when our travels take us to South Padre!

I thought the SeaBreeze1 was well taken care of. Our unit 503 was well supplied ,plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The only thing that was bothersome was the construction going on while we were there. But on the whole it was a very enjoyable 10 days.

Excellent location with unobstructed ocean view from the condo balcony. Apart from the kitchen all other rooms in the condo have been nicely updated. Soila, property manager, was available to answer questions and help if needed. We enjoyed our stay!

The views were stunning!! The property was smaller, so no crowds and it was overall, perfect. Will be booking this again down the road!

Overall the accommodations were ok. Elevators were not in service, so the manager offered us a discount as we were on the 5th floor. However, we did not get any discount as we booked through VRBO. Had I known we would have made other accommodations. Ocean view was great, but not worth walking 5 flights of stairs with 2 young children for the price we paid.
