Last place we stayed in didn’t have enough hooks for bath towels and beach stuff. Thankfully this place did!

Great place on the beach. Only drawback was the master bedroom closet was packed full of supplies. No room to unload suitcases and store them.

It had everything you could think of. Beach towels and chairs were included which is great so we didn't have to pack ours. The place was so clean. Plus it had cleaning supplies if you needed them. Looking forward to renting the place again.

Very good Location. Property needs some TLC. Summer time rentals were hard on Condo.

We stay at Pelican Isle every year; 4 to 5 families and we had a great time. This room had updated appliaces, very clean, bed was amazingly comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to be away from the crowds but close enough that you are able to be part of the crowds if desired.

Great stay and great view. Room was clean, easy to check in and out and enough room for the 6 of us. Loved that extra supplies and beach towels were provided.

We love the soft white sands of Okaloosa Island. The beach service was great and the paddleboard rentals were reasonably priced. The unit was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The building and parking were well maintained. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again with Kimberly Lang properties.

Room was everything I had hoped for , clean , easy to check in and out . Good location . Will definitely be going back .

We absolutely loved staying here again. We love the easy beach access and the views are stunning. The condo had more that enough room for the 4 of us too. My kids are already planning our next trip.

Property was perfect for what we needed. We were further down the beach which was nice not as crowded as those big resorts. Beach service was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with rental company was great, they answered within minutes.

Our stay was great! Condo was clean, plenty of supplies (but no salt/pepper lol), location was great! The only negative comment we have is that housekeeping came and banged on our door at 8:15am on the day of checkout. We didn’t have to check out until 10, we were still asleep, and it was rude. Not just knocking, banging. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing. So easy with the check in and out. They had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen space was perfect for cooking breakfast before heading out to the beach. everything from paper towels, utensils, pots and pans were provided.

Clean and had wonderful views of the beach and gulf! Had everything we needed! My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed and furniture! Having said that we would stay again!

Communication with the rental agency was easy through their message service. The property itself was a great location. Right on the water and an easy drive to attractions and dining. Overall our family had a wonder stay.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. No need to bring beach towels or buy any cleaning supplies, or even laundry detergent. It is all provided! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony every morning and have our coffee, we even saw dolphins one morning.

We had the best time on our trip. The condo had the perfect view, best location right by the beach and was fully stocked with all our necessities. My kids are already wanting to go back and stay in the same condo. Also, staff was quick to communicate and answer any questions that I had. Thank you for helping us to create wonderful memories!

After staying at the same condo in Destin for years, we decided to give Okaloosa Island a try. I must have looked at 100s of condos, and I am so glad we chose this one. The location was great - far from the crowded beaches, but still convenient to restaurants and attractions. The view from the balcony was stunning- i enjoyed watching the sunrise while having coffee and saw dolphins several times. The condo was just as advertised and spotless. It was so clean that my son ran right into the patio door because he thought it was open! The bed was comfortable and my kiddo loved the bunk beds. Everything was well stocked, especially linens and towels. I loved that beach towels were provided! We had a wonderful vacation, and will definitely be staying in this condo for all future visits!
