From the moment we opened the door everyone in the family had huge smiles and was impressed with the cabin! The layout was perfect, we all had more than enough space for a week’s worth of what we brought for 4 adults, 2 kids and an infant. The downstairs bedroom has a walk through bathroom with an access door from the kitchen. The bed was comfy, we slept great every night. Extra blankets were nice for getting comfy on the couch or sitting in the rocking chairs next to the fire place. The bedroom upstairs was a very similar layout and the kids loved the bunk beds. We all enjoyed the decor, every time you would look around there was a sign or picture you didn’t see the first time so it was fun spotting something new. This was our first time staying in a cabin with a washer and dryer so it was nice to do laundry as needed instead of having it all pile up. Three sides of the cabin have a wrap around porch with wonderful views all the way around and the top deck was nice although we spent most of the time on the lower deck by the fireplace. We even spot a chipmunk! The guys and the kids had fun with the pool table and arcade games, you definitely won’t have bored kids here. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after walking around all day. We have stayed at many cabins in the past but never rebooked. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is just as described in the listing. The house was clean and had everything you'd need. It was nestled into the Smokey mountains and took only 29-25 minutes to get to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone in the family had a great time! Kids loved the arcade games, pool table and hot tub. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and having the space for everyone in the house. Can't wait to visit again!!

Words and pictures can not begin to describe this incredible comfy, cozy cabin nestled away in the treetops of the Great Smoky Mountains! It was so clean, warm, and inviting and perfectly furnished with everything we could possibly have asked for and then some. If you are planning a trip to the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area and looking for a private place to call home while you explore the area- look no further. You’ll be glad you stayed at the Breezy Treehouse!!

Perfect cabin tucked away in the woods. It was private but close to all the things we wanted to go see. Really wanted more time there and want to come back! Awesome trip.

This 'cabin' is awesome! The inside is warm, welcoming and well appointed. The extra features of the bear theme really makes you feel you are in the wilderness! Outside the trees are lovely, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, especially at night listening to the crickets and other bugs giving a serenade! There's lots to do in the surrounding area, we particularly enjoyed Gatlinburg. Manny was great to deal with, right from the initial contact to the few questions/concerns we had during our stay. He responded quickly and was helpful! Overall it was a great week, and I would highly recommend this 'cabin'.

All the directions were perfect and easy to follow. The cabin was just as described and clean and ready for us. Such a peaceful setting and yet close to so many activities. Truly a superb experience for my husband and I!!! I would definitely recommend!

The property has a beautiful view. I gave 4 stars because I have OCD and dust is an issue for me and my husband. Almost all the lamps and overhead lights had cobwebs and the dinning room light had mismatched bulbs with different light temperatures and it flickered. These seems silly issues, but made food times stressful and distracting. Over all we enjoyed our visit and made food use of the arcade room.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so clean and comfortable. The kids had fun and the adults had fun and relaxed. It’s about a 20 minute ride to the main strip in either pigeon Forge or gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again absolutely loved everything about this cabin!

Treehouse is a perfect description, felt like we were sitting up in the tree tops with spectacular views. Well equipped cabin, wives loved the soaker tubs. Relaxing weekend of fun and friends.

It fit my price range on Vrbo. The pictures were inviting and an accurate representation of the cabin. The two way fireplace was divine. The master bedroom gave us ideas for our remodel home project. The kitchen was well equipped, all appliances were in good working conditions, and the hot tub was perfect. The upstairs bedroom was enjoyed by the grandkids and game room was great. We will probably make this our cabin of choice for many years to come. Can’t wait to get back!!

Beautiful secluded cabin with all the amenities. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you need. 15-20 minutes from all the attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Check- in was seamless, owners were accommodating to questions asked prior to check-in. The house overall was nice. Some furniture needed repair, lights were out in the dining area, and some outdoor furniture was quite weathered. The hot tub has seen better days- water got warm but jets were not fully functional. The ceiling fans were all very dusty, therefore not used due to allergy concerns. Overall the cabin met our needs at a reasonable price. We noticed the last night of our stay that there was no propane and couldn't grill our dinner. Driving a distance in order to fill the tank and then cook dinner was not a reasonable option for us. The biggest issue was finding multiple nails and screws in the driveway. I did let the owner know about this. Upon departing the next morning very early, my tire light was on. We put air in at a gas station and proceeded home. Upon returning home, my tire was flat. My husband found a screw in the tire exactly like the ones found in the driveway. I messaged the owner who ignored my message and when there was a response did not believe that this had occurred. There was no offer of compensation for the tire or attempt to help in any way.

The cabin itself is amazing. I enjoyed every second of it. The owner was reachable at any moment of need, and I would stay here again.

We stayed at the cabin last week and had a wonderful time. The cabin was set up great with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens/blankets. My family loved the hot tub, pool table, and gaming table. Also, my kids enjoyed the vhs collection of kid/family movies and watching them in the loft area while playing pool. The cabin is a nice central location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also, Manny is very responsive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he was quick to respond.

Its a beautiful calm relaxing cabin. everything you need is there including the beautiful view and the ohhh so nice fire place in each room including the living room and the hot tub is a MUST!! . if you choose to stay at the Breezy Tree House you selected a little peace of heaven. we love the cabin so much I chose to propose to my now fiance right there in the living room by the fire place. its that amazing of a cabin and we hope your stay is just as amazing as ours.

The property was everything we expected it to be!! We LOVED the cabin itself as well as the location!! The owners were VERY responsive which made everything run a lot smoother on our end!! For sure will be booking this cabin again!

Just as advertised. The cabin was very clean, spacious and everything was in perfect working order. The beds were comfortable with great TV options and fireplaces. The 2-way fireplace worked wonderfully for sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the evening or with morning coffee. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Cabin was beautiful and clean and the kids absolutely loved it! They loved the bunk beds, hot tub, and pac man game! The adults even got into the game as well! We will definitely be back!

We loved our breezy treehouse stay, it is in the perfect location for fun mountain driving but convenient to all the touristy stuff. The cabin was perfect for us, two couples, everything was clean, labeled, and organized. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains. We travel from the furthest point in the NW area of the US, so I always want to make sure our trip is just awesome. Well, this property was incredible! The home was clean, updated, and pleasantly decorated. The owner, Manny, was great and responsive in his communications. The views were great but the trees have grown a bit since the photos that are posted. That was alright for us. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe feeling. Overall, this was our most favorite visit! We hope to book at Breezy Treehouse again and again for future visits!

We stayed here with another couple for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! The cabin was up in the mountains and had a magnificent view from the deck. The wrap around porch had many places to sit, rock and sip coffee in the morning. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and we found it easy to relax. It was well equipped with items in the kitchen and bath area. The cabin had a perfect "lodge theme" and decorated so cute! We had to contact the host during our stay and they were very quick to respond and resolved our issue right away. The arcade machine was a little hard to operate and didn't seem like the Pac-Man game was working properly, but other than that our stay here was exceptional! We would definitely stay here again!!!
