Lovely condo, looks just like the photos! It's stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and has closets full of linens and pillows. Beautiful view of the lake on the patio and very clean, quiet area. Brenda is a great host and replied to our messages immediately. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Gramma came to visit from Utah and explored the lakes. I was bribing her to move here and I think it worked! Our little family visit bridges bay once a month at least and now this is our new favorite spot. Brenda was very nice and understanding. We will surely come back and help care for Brenda’s condo! There was no issues with our stay and overall just what we needed.

My husband, 3 kids, and I loved this property! It was just like the pictures show, clean, and we felt so much more at home than we would have in a hotel. Brenda was so nice and easy to work with! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

The waterpark was packed and there was no social distancing so we chose not to spend time there. Even though we spent all of our time in the condo, it never felt crowded with four adults and two small children.

This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo! Has everything you will need for your stay! The wine themed decor/wine bar area is cute! Brenda is a lovely host and has great communication and instructions. We came with our 3 Teen/tween daughters had plenty of room, enjoyed the deck, The fireplace, and views! We were able to enjoy the indoor water park! Made great memories with our children and had a relaxing stay!

I loved everything about our stay. The property was lovely, large and the pictures did not do it justice. Belinda was wonderful, responsive and her suggestions were spot on.

Place was clean and has great view of the lake from a Back porch that is larger than the pictures make it seem. We texted the manager before we arrived and got responses immediately. Great place for a family to stay.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is located in the Bridges Bay Resort so you will have access to all of its amenities! The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing lake view! Brenda is an amazing host and responds quickly to any questions you may have! I highly recommended staying here for the perfect Okoboji vacation!

Brenda is a gem to work with! She is very responsive to all questions and concern prior to arrival. Home is very nice, the deck is fabulous especially for morning coffee and quiet time. Home is well stocked, even had beach towel which was a nice surprise. Sofa bed was not functioning, so I had kids sleeping on the floor, but Brenda did mention she plans to replace. We stayed Sunday-Saturday. Monday-Thursday there were very few people around and we had the small pool next to the condo by ourselves every afternoon/evening. Friday the dynamics definitely changed. There was a group that moved into the condo above us. They were loud, jumping, dancing and playing loud loud music until after midnight. The water park is nice, but could be better maintained as the pool was dirty. The zip line is not worth the money. Short easy walk into the Main Street to get donuts or pizza. Very easy to get to other attractions such as Arnold's Park, restaurants etc. Overall we were very pleased.

Everything you could possibly need was provided. We felt very pampered! Very clean and perfectly located. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the view on the deck, to the short walk to the dock, to the fun water park....it was just perfect. Wonderful memories made and we will definitely return. Brenda was just beyond amazing to work with. So pleasant and delightful! Thanks so much for everything!

We recently held a family reunion at Bridges Bay Resort. We were looking for multiple condominiums for our extended family, so renting two units adjacent to each other (VRBO 421663/Bayview I and 451282/Bayview II) was ideal way to coordinate our activities. By serendipity, we also rented VRBO 493094, which was across the hall from the two Bayview units. The Bayview units have great lake views, and offer more shade in the afternoon than what we had with 493094. The Bayview units also have covered parking available. Brenda, the host for the Bayview units, was delightful to work with. She was very prompt with responses to all of our emails. The Bridges Bay resort has many recreational activities available, as well as several dining/drinking options.

We stayed here for our yearly soccer tournament this year versus the hotel. It was so nice not hearing kids run up and down the motel halls all night. The condo is beautiful (love the deck!) and Brenda was great to work with.

All of the amenities are wonderful with several restaurants on site and the pool and water park were great! Brenda provided more than enough linens, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is perfect with a lot of seating! We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

This was out second stay here. The condo is very clean and we'll maintained. It's in a great location and we can't wait to visit again.

The condo is very well maintained and incredibly clean! All of the amenities you can ask for are there. We were so impressed with the amount of useful information we received prior to our stay, it was so easy to figure everything out and simply enjoy the property. Within a short walk are pools, water park, restaurants, zip line and more. This was a great condo and looking forward to visiting again!

Condo was just a short drive into town. Had a gorgeous view and a fully stocked kitchen. No issues what-so ever with the unit. I would highly recommend and the owner always got back to me in a timely fashion.

Amazing view and stay

The condo was very lovely and well decorated, and we appreciated all the amenities, such as linens, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen with numerous utensils. We had six people and the bar with the six stools and the patio with six chairs was wonderful. the whole area was very clean and the location was close to golf, restaurants, parks, and walking distance to an awesome donut shop. We most definitely will recommend this to our friends and relatives.

The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries and was accommodating with our arrival time. Her arrival instructions were very detailed and helpful. The condo has an amazing view of the lake, I'll bet is is absolutely beautiful when it is snowing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals. Looking forward to staying during the summer months!

We were happy the moment we opened the door! I was afraid the view of the lake wasn't going to be exactly as it was shown, but it was great! We booked with my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and an 11 yr old) and my parents showed up later in the week. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. The kids loved the pool area, which was great since it rained a couple of days we were there, and part of it is indoors. I loved the quick access to the boat ramps. Though we decided not to rent a slip and instead launch in the nearby park and use the area designated for boat and trailer parking. We dropped kids off at the dock and it was an easy walk back to the condo. This worked out fine for us. My only complaint is the hardness of the beds. I bought a bed foam for mine the second day there, which helped some. My youngest got a bad crick in her neck from the bunk bed and my mother complained of the same hip numbing experience in the second bedroom that I had in the main. If it not for that, I would give it a 5 star.

The property was great for kids and adults. The condo is lovely and the view is wonderful. Waterpark and pools were super fun. The owner is wonderful to work with and helped us immediately when we had questions. We would rent again.

When we opened the door we immediately noticed it did not look exactly like the picture,especially the lack of lamps. There was not a single lamp in the whole condo. That was a major problem in the room with no window ! Our second biggest problem was that the oven temperature was way off which made it difficult to cook our Thanksgiving meal. I certainly wish the condo had had fewer problems because the location was perfect and the condo was generally quite comfortable.
