Had a wonderful time great location. Close to all the activities but far enough away that we’re able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the solitude of the house. Were able to see the seals and otters everyday and dolphins and whales also in the bay in front of the house.

This house allows for our family to enjoy our favorite places in Monterey and also not miss out on the views when we need some downtime.

The stay was for my sister who turned 65 as a birthday gift for her. The home is comfortable as soon as you walk in kitchen. The view of the bay couldn't be better. The 3 bedrooms are well separated with two sharing a large bath and the third a smaller bath. The location is the best. 0.4 mile to the Aquarium and an Andronico's. An easy walk. Our host Marci was amazing. Quick to respond and answered all questions. She created a warm welcoming environment. I look forward to another stay.

The house is well stocked with everything a family with kids could need. Marci has thought of everything and more, and she responds quickly to any questions. The location is perfect, with sweeping ocean views, a short walk to the aquarium, and immediate access to the coastal trail.

Property had amazing location and floor plan but furniture was wore out!! We have back aches from couch, chairs and bed...cooking pans old.... lots of outdated spices, coffee.....not worth the price...

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful weather and such an incredible view of the ocean. Great home for walks near the ocean and just steps away from dining and shopping. Our host, Marci was also very helpful and responsive. We will be back.

In town for a family wedding. Loved the house and location. Views are amazing beds are super comfortable! The way absolutely everything is labeled is fabulous. We had everything we could possibly need. Would love to come back!

PROS:
Previous reviews state it well: the house is comfortable, great layout, cozy beds, we lacked for nothing. Loved the organization and cleanliness of the home. Owner is a wonderful host and communication is good.
CONS: We have stayed in Pacific Grove several times and knew exactly where this house was located so we looked forward to staying here. However, it is located in a busy part of town, so expect traffic noise that starts at 6:30 am and doesn't die down till 10pm.
We recommend and would stay at this property again :)

We stayed in this house with our son and daughter-in-law in 2021 for Car Week. When Porsche announced that Rennsport Reunion 7 would be at Laguna Seca this fall I booked it again and we added our 10 month old granddaughter to the mix which was fun and the house fits our family nicely. As the pictures show it is right next to the water with only a road and a fence between you and the sea. If you walk down the road you can get to the water down a rocky walk. Beautiful views, very nice house, sufficient parking for two vehicles. And it is close to Monterey, restaurants, etc, but not so close that traffic is overwhelming.

We loved our stay. The rental was wonderfully stocked with e yew needed. The view was outstanding. The location was perfect for us. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect setting for this ocean loving family! Everything was provided and a short, scenic walk took us to everything we wanted to experience. Loved coming “home” to Casa Del Mar after sightseeing each day.

We always enjoy our atay at Casa Del Mar. It's location is walking distance to all PG attractions and the view is the best in town!!! Marci is a gracious host and we hope to return really soon.

This was our second stay. Perfect location and very comfortable, nicely maintained one story. Panoramic view from 2 directions inside. Kitchen is well equiped and plenty of room for 2 people to work at same time. Easy walk to cannery row.

This house was perfect for my lady friends. We are all over 70 and needed the single story house. We walked the trail almost every day. Loved the centralized location. We have vacationed on the coast for over 40 years. Hope to continue this tradition in this house next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Grove. House was extremely well equipped with everything we needed from family game choices to broad kitchen supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Location was amazing with ocean view, sunsets, and wildlife play on the shore. We would love to come back again.

So fun to watch the seals on the beach - many pups were born when we there!
The house was perfect for our group of adult children and grand babies! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing snd easy to find items as cupboards snd closets were well labelled!

Very nice location with lots to do, house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra amenities for our kids to enjoy from board games to play toys to video game systems. Our family loved our stay and the covered parking was a nice bonus!

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, everything we could need, walking distance to Cannery Row. The power went out due to a storm with high winds, there were lanterns, puzzles, games, and other activities in the closet for the family. The owners/property manager were quick to respond to any correspondence. Definitely would stay here again.

This is our second time staying in this home. The location is fantastic and the home is really comfortable. It is an older home and could use some minor updates, but that won’t deter us from staying again.

Everything went very smooth!
Marci was the best property manager we have ever had…she was very easy to reach, attentive, kind, personable and professional.
The house is fantastic with fabulous ocean view, lots of sea life. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need or want. Everything was very organized and well labeled. All positives, no negative comments. We are looking forward to coming back next year!!

Perfect location with views of the ocean and coastline. Easy access to area-wide visitor sites, walking trails and amenities. House was well equipped with everything you need making it comfortable. Planning to go back next year. The only downside was the street construction which was temporary.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Rooms were all nice, big comfy beds beautiful view. Walking distance to Monterey bay aquarium, cannery row and the beautiful trail. Parking was a little tricky with our handicapped van.

Fantastic rental with parking, easy access to the trail, and close to Pebble Beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 5 grown men on this trip. Easy communication with host and simple late entry into the house on our arrival. Highly recommend this property. Already thinking about another visit.

The location of this property was fantastic. A few steps away we were able to see the seals every morning and evening, with short walks to our favorite restaurants. Home was clean with wonderful views.

Wonderful house with incredible views and a very comfortable feel including great beds. The kids enjoyed the books and games available. Everything was well marked and easy instructions. The location was incredible with easy walking distance to lots of things. Also being right on the bike path was ideal. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but nothing too egregious. Overall a wonderful experience and we would be happy to come back another time.

Location location location
This was a perfect getaway. My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The ocean view was fantastic. The house was exceptional and very clean. It held up to everything that was listed in VRBO. I look forward to returning sometime in the near future!

Perfect location, beautiful home
We came to Monterey to experience the Aquarium and all the area had to offer. This location was unbelievable- short walk to Cannery Row and the aquarium. And the walk takes you right by the Harbor Seal beach! The home was clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the bay. We could watch dolphins and seals while having coffee. Great trip, we would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation
We had such a great time here. This was our second time renting this home and we just loved it! The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. The home is well cared for, very comfortable and has everything you need to really enjoy yourself. Marci is such a great host! We will definitely come back.
