The property and home are lovely. Quiet street, close to trails, very well supplied with basics, lots of bikes, beach items to pick from. Comfortable furnishings. Ben was an easy host to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely island home! Thank you so much!

Very clean house. Lots of room to spread out and just hang out in between activities. Great location where you can get to anything in Sea Pines via bike ride or walking. Ben was very responsive to all of our questions. We loved sitting on the deck behind the house when we would come back to the house in between activities and watch the horse back riding groups come by. At this time of year the outside table would be completely covered every day in residue from all of the surrounding trees. The bikes are probably okay for short occasional trips to the beach, but some have problems, like broken petal, broken kick stand, etc. We wanted to do a lot of biking every day, so we ended up just renting the standard beach cruiser bikes because they are so inexpensive at Hilton Head. Wonderful house and location.

After many years of visiting HHI, we really enjoyed being in Sea Pines. The home was lovely and as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked which is a huge plus for us. We loved being able to use the Harbour Town pool which was a bike ride for us. The back deck was fantastic and we got the added benefit of watching the horse riders from Lawton Stables go by every day. We are avid bike riders so we rented bikes. Ben is so responsive and handled the only concern we had very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing and refreshing week. Home is in great location and easy to get anywhere in Sea pines. Kitchen was well equipped and communication with owner was prompt.

Great place to relax with the family.

A cozy home located on a quiet culdesac in Sea Pines. Our family of 5 enjoyed the close biking proximity to Harbortown and Salty Dog. Beach access was less than a 10 minute bike ride to a secluded beach area. Many amenities were available including a canopy tent, chairs, bikes, bike trailer, locks, helmets and more. Some of the bikes were in need of repair, but we brought a couple with us and rented 1 other just down the road. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Amazing location in Sea Pines. We biked everywhere including the Beach Club, Harbor Town and the pool. A lot of room for our family of 4. Private backyard with an easy walk to the stables. We could not have enjoyed our time in Sea Pines more!

We've been coming to the island since the mid-90's and have stayed all over. We were pleasantly surprised with the value in this property during these crazy expensive times! Ben was communicative and helped to resolve an issue we had with the keyless entry. Would recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines. The location of the home was perfect which made bike riding to all of our destinations a breeze. The updates in the house were tasteful and functional. I communicated with Ben before the trip and he ensured everything was taken care of prior to my trip. Once we arrived, it was party time!

We had a great stay at this property in June. A well stocked home that had everything we needed for a great week at the beach! Ben answered all my questions before arrival! We loved it and would definitely return again.

We had a great experience staying in the house. It was very comfortable. My five year old did not want to leave. She thought that was our new house lol. Ben was very helpful and responsive to our needs if we had any questions he answered them fairly quickly. My kids loved watching the horses go by every morning. The extra beach towels came in handy. Our overall experience was great, the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The check-in process was almost smooth, except on arrival we noticed the refrigerator was warm showing an error on the front panel. Ben was super prompt in responding, trouble shooted and provided the fix. The refrigerator was functional next morning. We appreciate that prompt help. We were unprepared for the really small master bathroom, it is functional, but definitely small. The photo online is of bathroom 2, which is bigger than Mbath. The sofas in LR are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. The non-stick pan has neared EOL. Overall a good experience, we enjoyed Sea Pines being in this house.

The house is more modern than the photos show, and much larger than it appears. It had fantastic WiFi and good TVs. Able to handle multiple zoom calls at once. More bikes than advertised and a great location on the island. Would highly recommend.

We love the natural light from the skylights and enjoyed the serene backyard watching the horses and bikers go by. The kids enjoyed ping pong and the games. We brought our own bikes but noticed there were plenty available to ride. We enjoyed the location close to the preserve, stables, and bike trail. We had a little confusion about how to get to the beach and after chatting with Ben we realized that we could ride our bikes or take the trolley. The Sea Pines Beach Club fills up quickly and does not allow drop offs. We wound up walking. I did notice that some people rented a bike with a trailer attacked in the back for beach toys and towels and think if I return I would go that route. We also rode bikes all over Sea Pines (pool, Harbourtown, and Salty Dog). I would definitely recommend this home and Sea Pines for anyone looking for a relaxing get-a-way.
