the Old of my 300 $ for a tonight reservation of the value of 295$. I really do not like that! they want to old the 300 dollars for 7 business days.....unacceptable! I can understand if my stay was 7 days but not for 2 days.

How easily accessible it was. Sent us the code through email and clear instructions with it. The bed was comfortable. When I called the staff for inquiries and assistance, they responded immediately. Amazing location, I love Brookline.

The room wasn’t very sound isolating, I could hear people talking and walking by in the hall outside.

I loved the cozy room, it was quiet and very clean! I also loved the restaurants nearby!

A little bit of trouble with the wifi but not a big deal!

Apartment very well situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. There are many food options nearby and it's not too far from Fenway Park. We were able to find free parking on surrounding streets. Very spacious room & bathroom. In addition, check-in was very easy with the door codes that were sent by email.

There was a faint smell of propane in the staircase of the building. Also, our room smelled like used coffee filters, but everything was clean.

Wish we knew about elevator beforehand. Didn’t know we could use it or where it was from the first floor initially. Fire sprinkler in bathroom was covered. Weird smell throughout building and in room.

Location is great.

Checking was nightmare, gave me no front door lock code. I stood there for hours. Considering that i just traveled from Kenya with my 14 years old, don't have usa cell phone, no way to get to a Wi-Fi, can't think of a worst situation. Later when i called the customer service number, he was rude and unapologetic. Location is good but very noisy, the ups trucks are making noise until late at night.

As I mentioned above, the place was very clean, beautiful set up, excellent location.

I didn’t like the barrage of emails and texts from both the property and Booking.com about checking in, totally unnecessary. I felt very uncomfortable having to agree to $300 deposit. I understand why but still felt uncomfortable enough that I took many photos of the place at arrival in chase I got dinged.
