The property owner had everything we could possibly need on this trip which made our lives so much easier! Next time I visit Maui this will be my go-to!

Great location and and comfortable

Rachel's condo is a fantastic home base for a fantastic Maui vacation. Highlights include: - having our breakfast out on the very private deck, listening to the birds chirping. - all of the "extras" included, which allowed for fantastic beach outings (cooler, beach chairs, towels, snorkelling gear...) - Within 5-10 minutes of some of the best beaches in Maui (Ulua, Wailea, Makena Landing) - Very quite and nice neighbourhood

Great location within walking distance to premier shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. Unit 10b was nice, clean, and conveniently close to parking lot, pool, etc. Only small issue with unit was a “thin” wall (ie could hear neighbors) with adjoining unit, and a shared deck. Overall, a recommended location!

The units location is great being in Wailea. Very easy walk to the shops at Wailea and to the beach. The unit had beach towels, chairs, and sun umbrella which was really nice. The owners were very good at getting back to us on a few things which was appreciated. This unit is a lower priced unit as compared to other condos in Wailea. However, remember you get what you pay for. Overall the condo was clean. The furniture is clean, but dated and tired. I felt the kitchen was well equipped, but with low end items including the coffee maker. The pillows and comforter need to be replaced. The pillows and comforter are thin and old. I realize price reflects what you get. However, it doesn't cost a lot of money to have a decent coffee maker, good pillows, newer comforter and sheets. The mattress has a piece of foam placed over the top of it. The foam piece makes the mattress very soft which was tough on my back. The condo walls are thin and you can hear everything from the unit next store. The renters on that side can hear everything from our unit. Watching TV, we kept the volume low as we didn't want to bother the couple in the other space. I believe the unit next door is the lock-off connected to the condo we rented. You share a deck with this unit. There is bit of lattice work and plants that separate the two spaces. Okay, but not that private. You are paying for a good location and an older place.

The place was very clean when we arrived and owners went above and beyond. Had all beach chairs umbrella and toys if needed. I’d stay again in a heartbeat

Great location, very well stocked place would stay again. Bedroom air conditioner needs service as it's loud when it comes on.

Ideally situated as family where all in other condos on Grand champions. There were some issues with stains on the carpet in the lounge from other previous visitors who had been none to careful , however after showing photos the owner was very helpful, most apologetic & arranged for carpet cleaning which was postponed due to us getting covid but a speedy resolution was reached. The condo had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The interior decor is a little tired compared to some other larger more expensive condos however this was less expensive.

I am grateful we were able to stay at this property. It was the perfect size and location for a mom/daughter get away. We did not spend much time in the condo during our short stay --- we were out exploring, dining, hiking and at the beach. We ended up needing to communicate with the owner and the condo's contact on island. In both cases, Rachel and John were responsive in some challenging situations. It was all fine and I would go back to this condo.

Well stocked with amenities and beach gear. Love the location with sweet parking spot. The owner is amazing with communication, with information, answers and nice wishes.

We have stayed at the Grand Champions condos previously and it's a great location for snorkeling and swimming at nearby beaches. Plus you have the upscale shopping center and a fantastic market/grocery store that has very good food. The unit is fine, the only issue is a very noisy air conditioner in the bedroom, it should be replaced. Otherwise all is as advertised.

Having at least 2 additional would have been nice. Also, only 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 2 weeks seemed to be inadequate for 2 people. Front door was a challenge to open each time. AC unit in bedroom was noisy when used. Finally, concerned about relaxing on the lanai, since we weren't sure when adjoining occupant would be accessing washer and dryer. John was a lifesaver by unclogging shower drain and bathroom sink drain. Thank you making this unit available to us.

The sound of the birds as the sun is rising in the morning is magical. Thank you for a great stay and a well appointed home base while I explored my favorite place on earth.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Champions complex. It was very quiet and peaceful . A nice beach is not far away just down to the main road. There are some nice restaurants close by. This apartment is very spacious compared to other condos we have stayed in on Maui. It is very well appointed and very comfortable.

Good location fair price. Not much aloha spirit from the host. No welcome hospitality she is an out of state owner. Apt is clean but needs BIG updating on unit and amenities. Unit has no personal touches. feels totally cold

This property is beautiful and easy access to everything in Wailea. We walked to several beaches for snorkeling. We met fun people at the pool. We bought food at the local market and found the kitchen perfectly stocked. Many thanks!

Nice condo for the price point, great neighborhood, spacious. Super responsive host and local manager. The AC in the bedroom is especially loud but we turned it off at night and used the fan and it was fine. The carpet in the bedroom wasn't really clean but a quick pass with the vacuum was fine. There are some stains in the living room carpet but just cosmetic. Super close to wailea beaches. Rachel was so communicative and helpful and I appreciate letting me have a late checkout time. The space itself is very nice, clean, and quiet. On my first morning, after I brewed some coffee (which is available in the unit), I sat in the lanai facing the trees and could hear birds chirping. My main feedback is that the air conditioning in the bedroom might need some updating since it was very loud that I had to turn it off when it was time to sleep. Despite that, I’d stay here again!
