The house was better then we could ever expect! No detail was overlooked! The beach just outside your door and the proximity to great restaurants and activities for adults and children alike make this the perfect beach house! We're looking forward to returning next year!

A spectacular house on a beautiful beach. We vacationed with our three adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. Everyone had a great time!

Everything we were hoping for and more! This house is amazing. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious. The beach is beautiful, steps from the house and was never even close to being crowded due to the private community is supports. The water is WARM!! Very shallow out to a sand bar. Safe for all family member to enjoy! We went kayaking every day. Spent all day on the beach. Owners supplied chairs, umbrellas, games and floats. Outdoor shower was divine! We spent nights playing cards and bumper pool. Highly recommend!!

For a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren we chose this house on the beach in Yarmouth. The home was exceptionally clean and perfect for us. The owner, Dee thought of everything a family would need on a vacation. I can’t think of one thing that was missing. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were provided as well as a game table, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Every room had a TV, however we spent most of our time outside because of the perfectly warm weather. Although it was October, we were gifted with the best week of the season! We hired a photographer for the special occasion and even he commented that this house is his new favorite beach house on the Cape. Everyone in our party would go back again and again if just to sit on the deck and look at the amazing view. Thank you Dee for providing the perfect place to celebrate!

The house was even better than it looked in pictures seen before the visit. Had to bring very little but clothes and bathing suits. Almost everything else was provided. Top of the line everything. My son-in-law was especially fascinated by the high end grill Definitely the place we will try to get when we return to the Cape.

We had a great time! The house and view was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and having the beach chairs and umbrellas already provided was a plus for us. We were just a short drive from all our favorite spots! Thank you to Joe and Dee for sharing your home with us! It truly was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for us!

Our family went to Cape Cod from upstate NY to celebrate our Matriarch’s 97th birthday. She resides in an assisted living facility and has basically been in quarantine for 14 months. We feel blessed that we could all be together in such a spectacular oceanfront home. The more time spend in the home the more you can see and appreciate the fine details and exceptional quality throughout.

This house was as advertised. Beautiful location on the water. Great neighborhood. Spectacular house. Dee was great to deal with. Answered all questions we had very promptly. Went out of her way to return some items a gentlemen in our party forgot when we left. Would highly recommend renting this property fora nice stay at the Cape.

We just returned from our vacation and only have fabulous things to say. The house was immaculate and situated right on an incredibly beautiful, white-sanded, warm beach. The owners were so helpful, responsive and hospitable. We would give our experience 5 stars.

This home was everything and more! From the first moment upon entering this beautiful home, I knew I picked the perfect vacation home. The house has everything you could possibly need, from comfort to entertainment. The views are priceless. Waking up each morning looking out on the ocean, collecting sea shells or relaxing in comfortable chairs. The owner was incredible, articulate, and helpful in every step of our booking. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach vacation, this is the place. And if you need to leave for dinner or shopping , everything is just around the corner. Absolutely loved my time here.

We loved everything about the house and our stay

The perfect place for our daughters first Cape Cod experience. Dee was quick to reply and correct a small issue we had with the A/C. We were back to cold and comfortable in no time. The ideal location, caliber of home and neighborhood for those with high expectations.

We used this house as part of a family reunion. It is a beautiful, clean house right on the beach with plenty of space for several families and kids. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook for everyone and all equipment/utensils we needed for meals was provided. The outdoor grill was very nice for burgers and hot dogs and we even took advantage of the giant lobster pot and grill one evening. The view can't be beat and the house is steps from the beach. Beach chairs and plenty of toys are provided. The water was warm and calm on most days. The sand was generally nice, though there were plenty of shells in the sand that could occasionally be sharp, so it's not as smooth as some beaches. The first day we were there, it was windy and the beach and water were full of seaweed, but within a few days after the wind died down, the seaweed had mostly gone away, so I'm not sure how much of an issue this generally is. The location on the cape was very convenient for traveling around or taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. It's a very quiet community, so if you're looking for something in the middle of a town, this isn't it. The master bedroom is enormous, though other bedrooms are much more normally sized. The bedrooms all have blinds that block direct sun, but still allow plenty of light through. Since we had little kids, we wanted some rooms to be dark in the middle of the day for naps and the owner was kind enough to provide us with black plastic bags and painter's tape to cover the windows. This wouldn't work in the master bedrooms due to the size and number of windows, but would work fine in any of the other bedrooms. The mattresses were extremely soft and comfortable. One note: if you're hoping to go up into the lighthouse, it's actually locked off at the top, so you can't go up. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would be happy to return in the future.

We loved our fall trip to cape cod and appreciated the beautiful setting of this home. We were situated directly on the water with spectacular sunsets and crashing waves. We appreciated that Dee, house manager, oriented us to the area and that the home was immaculate and inviting. The master suite was enormous ! We look forward to our return to MA at other seasons.

We used this property as a location for a business meeting for our management team. It worked great for meeting during the day and relaxing in the evenings for our team. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and beach access. The owners were also so friendly and accommodating!

We had the pleasure of staying at this home during a warm September week as a party of 6, including a toddler. The house itself was in terrific shape with beautiful woodwork, New England decor, and comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was fabulous with the massaging shower and whirlpool tub. Modern amenities such as wi-fi, cable TV, and a speakers for music everywhere made relaxing with our family so fun. The house layout was very open with so many beautiful views of the ocean everywhere you go. The kitchen and impressive outdoor grill were perfect for preparing all of our meals so we could enjoy time together dining either in the house or on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean. We loved the direct, easy access to the clean beach, where we searched for seashells and built sand castles. We took the short (15 min) drive into downtown Hyannis and enjoyed dining there. We also took a longer day trip (over an hour) to Provincetown, which was fun for shopping and climbing the Pilgrim Monument. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a well-managed, clean, modern house on the ocean. We hope to return one day!

Ever wanted to stay in the best looking house on the beach? Even if you don't you may be reminded every so often as the occasional beach goer wandering by stops and takes pictures, pointing out the light house, perhaps mistaking this private jewel as the Kennedy compound. There are certain facets of this location that are simply unbeatable - yes, it is even more beautiful than the pictures, to the point where it would be hard not to rate this amazing local a 10 out of 10. But, for those looking for more than just looks - the home in and out feels very private, it is right on the beach - Inside, the house is divided in two - the upstairs master suite is gigantic, with an opulent bathroom the size of a bedroom. The ocean views from this room's terrace are world class - the adjacent upstairs bedroom is tastefully done with a soaring ceiling that makes the space feel larger then it is - downstairs you'll find additional, less desirable but functional bedrooms along with a fully loaded and nicely spaced kitchen, eating area, rec nook and big screen tv den(there are TV's everywhere throughout - even in the upstairs master bathroom). The ext of the house is one of its finest features - 0utfitted with a stylish sprawling wrap around deck with stunning ocean views and a GIANT bbq that we put to good use. Dee is a warm and accomadating owner/entrepenuer who takes maticulous care of her incredibly unique property. Staying in late May you will be hard pressed to find a better deal - particularly for this type of quality compound like home.

You will just love it! So much room, fully equipped, you won't need a thing. Beds are great, master to die for, views superb. Plenty of room for family or friends, or cousins in my case.
