Quick visit to Nashville on cross country trip. Place was perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see (about a mile). Fit our group perfectly.

The owners were nice and very attentive and had thought of everything with all the apartment had stocked and all of the little extra added amenities. The place is nicely decorated and clean , with everything and more that we needed. It was a great location close enough for a reasonably priced Uber ride(15 mins or less depending on traffic) but far enough out from downtown that the price was affordable. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and I would love to stay again should I come back to the area.

Very clean place. Close to downtown and Publix grocery store. We took an Uber in the evening downtown, quick, less than 8,00. I would definitely stay here agin.

This place is small but has everything you need to be comfortable and free parking. It is close to downtown and nothing we wanted to do was more than 10 a minute drive.
The owners were very responsive.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

A nice well located place, not too far from town. Had all the ameneties we needed for our week as 4 adults staying there. The hosts were quick to respond to any of our queries.

The communication was very good and we had no problem with accessing the property. It was clean and our needs were all addressed. If you might be traveling with older individuals it is a loud unit due to the type of heating and cooling. Hard to hear the TV over the unit. The unit is also very humid.

This was perfect for our mother daughter trip! Perfect size for 4 people.I wouldn’t want any more than that. Very clean, washer and dryer was nice to have if we were staying longer. Lots of extras like luggage racks, a couple snacks, coffee, sugar. Paper products ( I always pack in case)were plentiful which I appreciate greatly! Only negative would be the mattresses were not great. They sagged in the middle in both rooms. Location was close to the gulch and broadway. Overall, great place to stay!! Very attentive owners.

Our stay at The Colby was very good! The West's were very good at communicating. Loved the coziness of the apartment and we had everything we needed. Great location and it was really nice to have our own lot to park in. Will definetely book this VRBO again for future trips!

We enjoyed our time! The place was very clean and well stocked. They even provided some snacks and toiletries. The communication with the host was clear and check-in and check-out was easy. Overall excellent!

The entire apt. was nice & comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Including a washer and dryer. The bathroom has more than enough towels.

The property was excellent, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Nashville was a fun place to visit unfortunately the hockey team lost but Broadway made up for it.

Friends travel every year to an NFL game and this year was Nashville to see the Titans. Great location. We were walking distance to downtown. The unit was perfect for our needs. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Great spot if you want to be close to the “night life” but want to have a nice quiet clean place to land. We wanted to eat/ get a drink and be able to say we saw Nashville but we were thankful for The Colby as the comfy beds and accommodations were screaming our names after our 16 hour drive!

This is a great place to stay. The location is quiet and tucked away. It is close to downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt very comfortable and found having a kitchen and laundry very useful and convenient. We walked most days downtown which would not be for everyone but we enjoyed it and felt safe and comfortable doing so. Uber was never more than $10 if we chose that option. I would definitely book this facility again and recommend to my friends! Communication was very prompt of I had a question and most info was already provided before I even had to ask! Very well organized !

Found the mattresses on the beds where worn out and lumpy. Condo was excellent and clean well maintained and stocked with nesscesities.

Rental was clean and well kept. Perfect for the 4 of us to stay for the weekend.
Great location and easy to find and get to. Just a short Uner ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience with our stay at the Colby. It was close enough to all the main attractions that we were able to Uber to and from. Without worrying about driving, so everyone in our party could have fun.
The property itself was great and we felt like we were at home. Much better than a boring hotel.
We will definitely stay there again when we visit Nashville in the future.
