Mom turned 101 and we had the family stay at this lovely house. It was perfect. We also had the ocean just a couple of blocks away and trails which made for some great mornings walking with the dog and catching up with the family. Table tennis was a fun surprise in the garage. Thank you!

We love coming to Morro Bay and this house really made our visit special. The minute you walk in, you can tell it is well-taken care of and very clean. It is located at the end of a court, so very minimal car traffic in front of the house. The house is well stocked and it was the first time I did not have to go out and buy extra toilet paper or paper towels for a VRBO. I appreciated that. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had a question and overall very nice to talk to. Really nice visit and we would love to stay here again. Thank you for the great visit and providing a very nice place to stay.

We booked our stay after the Christmas rush to enjoy a few days with family and furry friend. The house is situated at the end of a very quiet street and was just perfect for us. We spent our days on the Cayucos and Morro Bay beaches using the bonus features such as chairs and boogie boards from the house, and our mornings and evenings enjoying the fire pit and hot tub at the house. It was such a perfect home for us and our dog who could enjoy the fully fenced in yard and the very open house and garage with ping pong table and TV. There were multiple areas for us to stretch out in during the hours we weren't away. The beds we so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the living areas provided the perfect areas to watch TV or visit respectively. We're definitely saving this listing for future visits.

As locals needing a place for our family to stay while our house is under construction, Lisa's home provided comfort and ease on a cul-de-sac, and being next to the Christmas-decorate house was a sweet treat.

Just a short stroll thru the lovely neighborhood to the ‘no-dogs’ beach and a quick 5 minute drive to the Cayucas ‘dogs ok’ beach. Noise sensitive folks should be aware of the home’s proximity to the highway. Owner was wonderful to work with during the week we stayed there and very helpful with items inadvertently left behind.

This is an excellent home to stay in Morro Bay. Great location. Neighborhood is very quiet. The owner (Lisa) was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was easy. We will be staying here again!

Very impressed great location quiet neighborhood close to beach great family vacation. Great stay

It was like at first sight. The entrance to the house is really spectacular. Four of us spent 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. The house is extremely comfortable and had plenty of room for two couples. We never had time to use the hot tub, but it was nice knowing it was there. We had an easy drive to down town Morro Bay and the Harbor. Did some exploring in Cambria, Cayucos and walked the beaches at Morro Strand. Lisa is a joy to work with and was available to answer questions by e-mail, text or even a phone call. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. We all would highly recommend the Taco Temple if you like good Mexican food and large portions. We all agreed we would definitely return to Morro Bay and Lisa's beautiful house but perhaps we'll stay a week next time.

The house was nice. We had a great time in the jacuzzi. The owner was very friendly and available. We brought our 2 dogs and they had the best time. The house was clean, had plenty of games, including ping pong, plus some beach stuff. The only thing I would ask is a smart tv, so we could stream. Otherwise be very specific about that so people can bring a Roku. We had a few soccer games to watch, but luckily my son hooked his laptop up to the tv, so we could watch them. Other than that, a great place to stay!! :)

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home with our family and dogs. The house was equipped with everything you need for the beach plus tons of board games, ping pong table, fire pit for s’mores, and hot tub. Pantry was fully stocked. Very comfy beds. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your home was beautiful. We loved the single story and the fact that we didn't have to climb stairs, as in past rentals. We would definitely stay there again, however, we had one complaint. The water pressure in the master shower was very low and difficult to shower; and we couldn't figure out how to use the ice maker. Great property, super attentive and helpful property manager. The walk to the beach was easy even for my 1 year old. The property had everything you could ever possibly need! The garage game room was a HUGE hit with the kids. My son brought his Nintendo switch and hooked it up in the garage, between that and the ping pong table they were totally entertained. This is 100% a rental property. The furniture is tired, the outdoor area had a lot of spiders, the walls had a lot of nicks and dings as well as scuff marks. None of those things affected our stay, not even a little bit, but they were things I noticed and thought they would be worth mentioning. The property manager is so sweet, eager to please and truly a joy. Really great property, super happy with our stay.

We were shamed by the owner for parking two cars in front of the house for 2 hours during dinner one evening. Our 2 sons who live close by were over for dinner with our 3 grandchildren. The neighbor across the street complained about the cars parked on the street. They were not blocking the street or parked in front of his house. The owner walked over to scold us in front of our family. My 9yr old asked if she did that because he was black. We are a biracial family. This was heartbreaking for our entire family. We will never stay there again when visiting our California family. I was told by local folks that parking by the sidewalks is legal that they are not private.

Location is great - easy access to / from highway 1 and a short walk down to the beach with no need to cross any traffic area. The home is at the end of a cul de sac and Hwy 1 runs past but the bushes and house keep noise absent. The home is very well equipped and they have turned their garage into a playroom area with a ping pong table and lots of beach accessories - chairs etc. Hot tub was great - kids turned into raisins every night! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Short 5 minute or so drive into downtown Morro Bay - lots of restaurants to chose from - we liked Top Dog Coffee for morning lattes / bakery items. Galley Seafood was our favorite dinner spot. Bayside Cafe was a super spot for lunch and not far from Elfin Forest Preserve which had a 1 mile boardwalk loop that was very enjoyable. Morro Bay had Art in The Park running while we were there which had some great artists displaying their work. SLO is only about 20 mins away In summary, the home is as advertised and was very pleasant and ideally located. As title says - perfect for family getaway Lisa, the host, was not far away and is terrific at responding to any questions -

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy access to the Embarcadero, restaurants, parks, beaches and the Rock. We took our dogs to rock beach every morning and to cayucos beach in the afternoon. The park at Cloisters was really nice also. the house was very well kept, spacious and comfortable. We will return.

I stayed here with my children 1 & 7, my husband, and elderly in laws. Everyone loved it.The home was beautiful and beachy with a very bright and open feel. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quite neighborhood which was great for the kids. They were able to play out front without cars zooming around. The property is just a 5-10 minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach! The owner reached out the day of and after our stay to see if there was anything we needed and to check in. We are definitely staying here the next time we visit Morro Bay.

At the end of a road, so very little traffic. An easy walk to a nice quiet beach. Short drive to grocery store.

We love the area - Morro Bay and Cayucos especially! Did some hiking (great trails everywhere), walked the beach, trip to the harbor, trip to the pier, all over! The house was great, Lisa very communicative. We'll try to get back soon.

What a lovely home by the beach in Morro Bay! It had everything we needed for the long holiday weekend - comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen, fun games/ping pong table... my family and I had a wonderful stay!

This lovely house has everything you could need for a peaceful stay in Morro Bay. Tucked between Hwy 1 and the beach, the location is perfect for launching day trips, or for walking to the beach for sunset. Equally important, the beds were quite comfortable! We would stay here again.

We loved the fact that the house is all on a single level, we've rented many other local houses with stairs, so this was a welcome change. Although close to Hwy. 1 the house is very quiet. We used the spa & the bbq but the pingpong table was a big hit with the kids & the adults.
