Great location for skiing and restaurants. It's an older property but well maintained. Although the smell of weed from an adjoining property was strong for a couple of nights, even with a purifier. Owner was quick and responsive when contacted.

Location is everything! 2 minute walk to gondola. Very quiet complex. Kitchen was well stocked, appreciate the kitchen scissors and extra baggies! Shower had good pressure. Bed was a little soft for our taste. Check in and out was seamless. Outdoor parking but was right next to the building.

I had a great time staying here with a friend for a snowboarding trip. I took a United flight that had a bus connection to Breckenridge. The property was down the street making it very easy getting there without a car. It was great how close it was to the Gondola. I would def recommend stay again in the future.

Excellent location facing Breck Main Street and just a few steps from the gondola. The property is a bit dated but offers a fantastic value compared to recently built properties there. I have no complaints other than the linen/coverlet in the bedroom lend themselves to incredible static electricity build up. To a point that I have developed a reflexive fear of touching bedpost or a switch anticipating a serious jolt.... But this is not a big deal. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will recommend to a friend and will gladly stay there in the future. P.S.: one minor thing. It is rather easy to lock yourself out by locking the lower lock. That is, if you use the lower lock to lock from the inside, then when opening the door the lock would remain set and you may end up locking the door when going out such that digital lock won't open it. So keep the key as a backup in your pocket at all times. I got myself locked out this way. Unless I did something else wrong.... A call to a property manager had it resolved quickly.

I stayed in this condo a few years ago for a ski trip, and like it so much I decided to come back this year! Hard to beat the convenient access to the gondola and the historic district.

Great location and stay for 2 of us. Only thing I would add is a box fan to bring cold air in through the window in the warm months. Condo took a long time to cool down when we arrived in late afternoon.

The location was great. It was my son and I for a weekend getaway. Right there was access to the Gondola. Walking distance to everything. We rented bikes leveraged the bike paths and mountain biking without needing a car. Shuttle from airport dropped us at the depot. Clean, comfortable and perfect for us.

We had such an awesome time in Breckinridge. This was a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the ski lift and all over downtown. It was my husband and I and a friend of ours and this little place was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the extra toiletries, tableware/ service for 8, pantry essentials, fireplace and kitchen with full stove/4 burners, microwave and toaster oven. Owner is approachable with any concerns. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location was great, just a quick walk to the gondola. The place was just the right size, and amenities were perfect. Very clean and well set up for a small family or a couple of friends!

We had a great time! Just a short walk to the gondola made it feel ski in/ski out however we were also right in town! the pull out couch mattress was comfortable. Great little spot.

Everything was as described. The owner provided thorough information about the condo and the area. We loved the location, everything was within walking distance or close to transportation options.

Everything went smoothly with check-in, fully stocked and best location. The walls are very thin and earplugs were needed and it’s quite dark, but for location will definitely stay again.

The process was very easy. Jennifer was pretty much accessible via phone the entire trip if I had any questions about property or area. She even sent detail info that came in very handy for my family and I. The area is amazing. Will definitely be back.

As advertised it is ideally located. Walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street, and short walk to Gondola.

This was the perfect size and location for a couple looking to enjoy Breck and be right downtown with easy access to where all the action is. Check-in and Parking were incredibly easy, condo had all the ammenities listed (other than the BBQ; it's a shared appliance and a bit awkward to use), and is well kept. Good times were had by all.

We loved it here. The location of this property was the best; only one step away from downtown Main Street. Jennifer was a great host; great communicator, friendly, and pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here when we visit Breck again.

Exactly as advertised. Great location. Walk to everything in downtown Breck. The photographs do a great job depicting the condo. It is small, but perfect for a couple. We had our 12 year-old daughter sleep on the amazing sofa sleeper. It is also dark. Not a lot of natural light in the main room. There is only the window on the front door. All in all, a great value.

We unfortunately did not get to stay at the condo because they shut down the resort due to covid-19. We contacted Jennifer and told her what was going on and she gave us a full refund and was very understanding about the whole situation. She was quick to respond to any message that was sent to her. Will definitely try to book there next time we go to Breck.

Jennifer provides good communication to make the stay flow with ease. The location is fantastic! Short walk to the gondola or bus depot. Carvers ski rental is across the street. Unit is clean and well stocked. We highly recommmend!
