We rented the house last minute. Martin the property manager contacted us right away to give us all the info we needed for our stay. He made sure from the time we arrived till the time we left that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

The accommodations were excellent, and we found the property to be exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the listing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our stay. The amenities offered were top-notch, and we had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. Our stay at the property in Port Saint Lucie was outstanding. No complaints about this property. The place was clean, pool was clean, hot rub was clean. Everything worked properly. Some extra appliances and a washer/dryer that were in good working order. A helpful, caring property manager who was willing to work with you if you had a reasonable request. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to lots of shopping. Would stay again and again. Carl made our stay very nice. Check-in was a breeze, he was kind prior to check-in and was clear on the main thing was to enjoy our vacation and relax, he will take care of the property. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was just as the pictures show online. The home is clean and all the amenities of home. We all enjoyed the pool, air hockey, darts and pool table. It was the perfect location for our family. So many things to see and do in the surrounding area. The property manager was also very accommodating to our family. Excellent choice for our family! Beds were not very comfortable and it needs an outdoors potty so you are not tracking water through the house.

Wow I don’t know where to start! This place is amazing from great communication with the property manager to everything the house has to offer! Location is nice and quiet I would definitely recommend staying here so beautiful.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean. We were very pleased with the property, including the pool and hot tub which we didn’t take advantage of due to the unexpected cold weather. The only improvement we recommend is to add regular local networks on the tv. We’re old school and used to cable, not streaming tv. Richard was very helpful during the several texts necessary for us to utilize the streaming service as we were not familiar with streaming at all. Richard was very responsive to all of our needs/questions.

My adult son and I just recently spent 5 nights at this vacation house. It was everything we were looking for in a house rental and more! The location was perfect, the home was clean and spacious, and Richard the property manager was very responsive to all of our needs. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub in the screened in backyard was the icing on the cake, so relaxing and fun for us and visiting friends and family! I will definitely be re- booking the next time we come back to Florida.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The property was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable. The entire outdoors were maintained very well, including the pool, hot tub, and patio area. The property manager, Richard is so unbelievably nice. I had a death in my family prior to our trip and he went above and beyond to make sure we still enjoyed our trip. If you’re thinking about staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Check in was easy. The property manager was very thorough, kind, and was available immediately when needed. The home was clean. The outdoor area is the best part! We all enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the pool table. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well.

The back yard and pool area make this house! Pool, jacuzzi, tv, tables and couches with all kinds of games for younger kids. The house is in great condition and Richard the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a blast. Take paper plates and cups so you aren't always doing dishes. Not a ton of that in the house but that is literally the only negative we had. We will be back next year for sure.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 5. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. And if we did go anywhere, it didn't take too long to get there since we were pretty close to the main areas. We hope to come back every year and would Def stay in this house again.

The house and pool were very clean and it was overall very nice and updated. My 4 kids 10-19 all enjoyed the house, pool, mini pool table, jacuzzi and outside tv/couch area. The surrounding back yard is pretty with lots of well maintained trees and plants which provide some privacy from neighbors. The lanai is a must in FL and it was so nice not to see 1 bug, leaf or anything bigger lol in the pool! Would stay here again.

The neighborhood is quiet, backyard is large, comfortable and beautiful. The amenities are great and you can get anywhere quickly.

I stayed at this property while visiting my parents and everything associated with the stay was outstanding. Let's start with the property manager. Richard's communication was outstanding and extremely helpful both before and during my stay. Check in and check out were both very easy and there were absolutely no issues. The house itself was amazing. It was beautiful and extremely clean. The outside was every bit as nice as the inside with a large covered lanai as well as a pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at this property and will most certainly stay here when I come back to the Port Saint Lucie area.

It was a lovely home with a lot to offer. We had a great time

Located the property easily. House had three bedrooms, but no headboards. Master bath tiny with only a shower. The pool was cold and never warmed up. The AC was locked and it got hot some nights. The agreement said dishwasher and disposal but was told not to use. Potentially a great House, but needs work. Also if you have a dishwasher, USE it and if you have AC Use it.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it just keeps getting better. The owner continues to make little changes to the property to enhance the “resort like” experience. Were things perfect? No. The day we arrived the pool pump died and the caretaker Richard ensured me that he would do his best to resolve the issue without interfering with our vacation. And he did just that! When we would go out shopping or to the beach within the first two days Richard swapped out the pumps and we enjoyed a crystal clear pool without even seeing the man at all! This will be our Go-To vacation home for a very long time! Ken L

We found this property to be everything we had hoped for!! The house was immaculate with big bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Our family enjoyed the outdoor living space, which was very pretty, with plenty of comfortable seating. The landscaped areas around the pool and backyard were a bonus. We can’t say enough about the property manager, Richard. He was always extremely pleasant and helpful. We look forward to future trips to the area, and we hope to visit this home again and again!!

If we ever need to visit Port St. Lucie in the future we would consider staying again. Listing is accurate, owner and property manager were both helpful. Home is well stocked with towels and basics needed for cooking, We found the property to be a good value and much better than staying in hotel.
