Window blind in front bedroom didn’t work and we had to use towels to provide privacy.
Window in master bedroom wasn’t sealed and it whistled ALOT due to high winds.
Sliding glass door was difficult to operate.
Not a lot of space to unpack personal items.
The owner was very accommodating and provided quick response.

We loved staying here, it was so peaceful and quiet. Entry instructions to the condo were great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, everything you could think of was provided by the owner. Karen was a wonderful host and communication with her was prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the use of this property. Great location. Had a hard time finding the flashlights.. they were on top of the fridge. The keys were not in the lock box, just used the code on the door knob. The beach isn't the best, no fault of the owner, but it's close to Daytona Beach which is nice. We really liked it there!

Very quiet, secluded beach. No crowds, no disturbances. Very peaceful. Condo checked all of our boxes. Great view! Easy beach access. Great restaurants to the left in Flagler Beach. Easy drive to Publix and all that is Daytona to the right.

Grandkids Getaway
The property was just as the pictures displayed. Karen even message me about internet outage and when it was going to be fixed. If I am ever in the area again I would stay again. The sun rise was amazing.

2022 Spring Break
The unit was nice and clean. Karen was very efficient and the check in process was so simple. We have stayed on this property several times in a different unit. It is very quiet and peaceful. The air was not working I called Karen and she called and had ot fixes the next day. 😳

Great Stay!
This was our first VRBO rental and the experience could not have been any nicer. Since we were "newbies" we had several questions about the rental process, and the owner was prompt with her reply and through with the information requested. Unit itself was perfect for our needs: a great location with a balcony overlooking the ocean, nicely furnished with an awesome TV to watch the Braves in the World Series and a blazing fast internet connection. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view
The view was amazing! Very relaxing - beds, linens, etc. were comfortable. The owner was easy to reach and kept us alerted to any work being done during the time we were there. Some furniture in living area not exactly what was in preview pictures. The dining table was a bit hard to sit on as it was a wrought iron bar table and chairs. However, we enjoyed our stay and sat for hours on the balcony, just relaxing and watching that beautiful ocean!

The condo was very clean and accommodating with supply’s we might and did use like beach chairs,umbrellas, buckets and fishing poles. I also like that fact that there was a pool on site. I definitely would recommend this condo to other I really enjoyed my stay here!

Location. Location! ! Ocean views spectacular from this very comfortable condo. Well cared for building with friendly people. Plenty of amenities, comfy beds, could not have been better. So sad to leave and already booked in November.

The condo is directly across the street from the beach. Karen is a wonderful host. When a puddle occurred while my husband ran a load of laundry, we contacted her. She arranged for someone to pick up our other load of laundry and get it done that afternoon!

Beautiful Condo
This condo is everything it's made out to be on this website and more. The view is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We had a quite, relaxing trip. We enjoyed the less crowded beach without all the people and cars. We enjoyed surf fishing as well as fishing the Halifax river in the North Peninsula State Park. The best part was the drive down High Bridge road. An absolute must if you stay here.

Wonderful, Amazing, the best!
Very clean, comfortable and organized! Easy to find and instructions were easy to manage! I will definitely be staying at Karen’s place in the future for my vacations. The view is so amazing. To look out at the ocean all the time! To hear the waves! It just brings a sense of peacefulness. The elevator and cart for groceries was so handy! The kitchen has most everything you need. Karen was quick to respond with Answers and very helpful. I recommend this home away for anyone visiting Florida!
