This was a very nice rental property and we enjoyed our stay. Below are pros and cons to the unit: PROS: - End unit - Spacious (plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone) - Two parking spaces in the driveway with additional parking close by - Complex pool and playground within walking distance -Beach umbrella and camping chairs (not low, reclining beach chairs) along with other misc beach items available for use - Close (less than 10 minute drive) to beach, boardwalk, shopping and Jungle Jims - Owner very responsive - Easy check in and check out CONS: - This is a rental property and it shows. The unit is in dire need of a total paint job and a professional rug cleaning would be beneficial. - The kitchen is a mishmash of all things culinary and there is no organization to any of the drawers/cabinets. - Parking Permits for the town of Rehoboth are not provided.

The house was just as advertised everyone had a great time close to every . Only thing the place needed was a tea pot but made do with a pan to heat up the water.

This was our first time staying in Rehoboth Beach and we loved it! Everything was nearby and the house had the perfect space for our family party of 7, all adults, + dog. The house could use a paint job but otherwise it was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Michael responded promptly to all of our questions and even offered an early check-in since the place was clean and ready a day early. Highly recommend!

Michael was great during the entire process and his townhome is clean and well kept. Location is perfect for access to downtown Rehoboth beach. Can’t wait to go back! My family loved it

The condo was clean upon our arrival. Nice neighborhood, plenty of room for 2 labs to run. The pool is a great plus when the ocean is too cold to get in. Owner was very accommodating and responded quickly when we had a question.

We had the best stay at this house! The location was perfect, the community was great and Michael was outstanding! The house was clean and comfortable. We are already planning our return next summer!

Lovely, spacious townhome that is a little bit from the beach but really not hard to get there because it’s inside Rte 1. So great location and quiet, relaxing space.

We loved the location of this house. It was beautiful and a great size for our group. The owner was amazing with communication and let us check in super early! We will definitely stay again and bring our son next time!

House is much larger than expected, located conveniently to everything in Rehoboth and the entire neighborhood is gorgeous. A few more pieces of furniture in the place will make it absolutely perfect.

Perfect for a beach escape with family. The photos do not capture how spacious this house really is. It is HUGE...perfect for a family of 7 (which shrunk to 5 after a couple days). Located in a quiet neighborhood PLUS the townhouse is an end unit--which was nice. The lovely dining room table...and eclectic mix of high quality cooking pots, pans, utensils and cooking range made for some really wonderful (and elaborate) home cooked meals. When not at the beach, we spent most of our time on the main floor...plenty of space to spread out. Also enjoyed birdwatching (wrens, bluejays, cardinals, finches, nuthatches, hummingbirds, egrets...list goes on...and I'm a bird lover so I was in my happy place!) on the outside deck. Really nice view from the back, just beware of ticks if you venture into the trees...I got one me the first day (quickly caught and removed...but a lesson LEARNED.) Still, the outdoor spaces (back deck and front porch) with a cup of tea and a book were really nice ways to enter the morning. QUIET...SERENE...SAFE + VERY EASY check-in and check-out...we did not need a thing the entire time. (Tho I thoroughly appreciated Michael's swift and helpful communications in preparation for our time there...he promptly got me all the information I needed and was quite pleasant to exchange with leading up to the trip.) Oh! And the extra beach chairs in the garage were very helpful as well. Overall, highly recommend this place...and would even come back! :-)

Michael was great to work with-easily accessible through email, phone or text. Great location to shopping, beaches, trails and highways. The townhouse is so spacious and lovely. There was more than enough room for everyone, and we enjoyed playing games and just hanging out after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back.

We had a very comfortable experience staying at this property. Michael, the owner, made himself available before and during our stay! The townhouse is very clean, very quiet, super cute and current. It is stocked with everything you need for staying in or enjoying the outdoors. The property is in a great community, and if you’re a cyclist, super close the the Junction and Breakwater trailhead. You can walk or bike to Revelation Craft Brew, and biking into town is a breeze. We saw deer, fox, birds just sitting on the back porch. Great for families and pet-friendly. We will definitely be back!

This home is amazing!! We had a great weekend getaway, in this very clean townhouse! You can tell the owner takes pride in the property. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties and this by far was the cleanest and had attention to details! Michael was so accommodating, responding to a phone call in minutes! The townhouse had plenty of room for us and my grandsons loved the pool table and the kids “secret playroom”.

Very simple process from start to finish

My family rented this beautiful home over Thanksgiving. It is even prettier than the pic show and very spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 teens and did not feel cramped at all. Even cooked a full thanksgiving dinner here! The owner is so nice and allowed us to arrive early and leave late, which was a huge plus! We made some great new family memories! The property is in a great location- the end unit that backs up to trees and a lake. There is nothing negative today about this property or the owner. We will definitely return!

This property was clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Great for a large group of people. We had an amazing stay and hope to stay here again in the future.
