My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and our experience was greatly enhanced by this property. It was in a great location for accessibility to the major Santa Fe transactions. I would highly recommend it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this ultra modern condo unit. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, the deck was the perfect place for an evening meal or afternoon book reading. The bed was supremely comfortable and the whole place was designed artfully. The only disappointment was a broken shade and a noisy ac, but we didn't need the ac anyway.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with our small dog. The loft was clean and had excellent amenities. We loved the location; easy walking distance to many great food options. The recommendations from the host were top-notch. While great for us (two adults and a small dog), the stairs, concrete flooring, and loft setting might make it difficult for those with small children or accessibility issues. Strongly recommend!

Loft is beautiful and clean. Has everything you need to feel at home. Close to town, and very close to lots of decent restaurants. Con- Lots of stairs, not the place for you if you have any troubles climbing stairs. Overall- would stay again.

Great place in a central location.

The property is simply wonderful. It is upstairs with a loft bedroom and patio with a great view of the Sante Fe sunset. The place is very clean and Andrew decorated the place very well with beautiful artwork and other pieces. The location is very convenient for the Railyards, and some restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked dinner one of the three nights we were there. Again, a great place and host!

We gave the accuracy of the location three stars solely because the number of flights of stairs was not made clear to us. Otherwise, the location of the property and the layout of the condo were perfect. All the major grocery stores are a stone’s throw away and the restaurants nearby are outstanding.

Just a few minutes drive from Old Town. Very quiet; modern loft. Loved it!

The entire experience from booking to departure was outstanding. Incredibly thankful to the owner for their prompt responses and working with us during the travel restrictions. A beautiful place to stay in an excellent location for our ski vacation.

My wife and I stayed here over the New Year holiday and absolutely loved it. The open floor plan downstairs was great and the full kitchen allowed us to cook and communicate with one another at all times. The furnishings and art was very sleek. It has 2 great bathrooms and a nice frontload washer and dryer to help out on longer stays. The bed was very comfortable. Andrew was great through the whole stay. The only issue we had was not being able to locate the remote for the TV in the living room. After a few messages with potential spots to look and coming up empty, Andrew was there with a brand new remote to get us going. This was our first time in Santa Fe and think we got very lucky choosing this spot. It is only a few minutes drive to all the spots around town but we were able to park right in front of the door. When walking around town we saw several other places we had looked at that were in walking distance of the plaza but it looked like parking was going to be an issue. Overall we loved the place and look forward to staying there again.

The light and spaciousness of the space was so wonderful. Everything was in perfect order and Andrew was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Light and airy condo nearby town. It is well decorated and quiet. Bed was comfortable (although the sheets were annoying and didn’t fit the bed well). The kitchen is nice, although could have more varied set of cooking utensils (no measuring cups). Overall, it’s a very nice condo close to town and for a great price. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores.

This loft/apartment is everything it says it is plus more. Spacious, comfortable, stylish - better than a luxury hotel. Details like amazing pillows and fantastic sheets and towels are not common in short-term rentals, but they are here. My husband and I and our 2 small dogs enjoyed 15 days in Santa Fe and found the kitchen well equipped for cooking when not dining out. In addition, I can’t say enough about the neighborhood. We know Santa Fe from other trips, but did not know the area. We were so pleasantly surprised by the proximity to the downtown history area (5-8 min.) and less than that to Trader Joe’s and probably the best Whole Foods Market anywhere.

We had a great few days in Santa Fe, spending most of our time outside hiking in the hills and walking around town. The loft is very comfortable and was super quiet at night. Easy walks to coffee and TJ's. Good restaurant recommendations from Andrew. Everything we needed in the kitchen when we wanted to eat in.

I gave this property a 5 star rating because it was exactly as advertised and the modern decor was a nice change. The owner left a bottle of wine which enjoyed upon our arrival and was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again without question.

This is an excellent loft close to downtown Santa Fe. All the fixtures were modern and in good working order. Some very nice art is present throughout. Andrew is a thoughtful host. His restaurant recommendations were great, as were his suggestions for hikes and a local gym. My wife and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need and it’s near the ski resort. And the owner is in contact with you to know about your staying.

We spent our Thanksgiving weekend in this condo and it was exactly as listed. Check-in process was extremely easy. We cooked quite a few meals and had everything we needed. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Our visit was in late Oct, so the heated floors were welcomed. The location was quiet, near great restaurants, and allowed opportunities for walking our small dog in the neighborhood. The furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms were designed very well, they were functional, stylish, and very modern. We visit Santa Fe frequently, and enjoy its rich history and style, but it was refreshing to step into an environment where the emphasis was on modern comfort and style. Very nice. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at the loft. Great aesthetics, near enough to the plaza, and a restful retreat. We will definitely return on our next trip to Santa Fe.
