Great house, well equipped, clean and comfortable, very spacious with two levels. Different areas to sit outside just looking at the ocean ! Beautiful sunsets. Good surfing when tide out, need beach shoes to get over the stones to reach the beach. 50 minutes walk from Oceanside centre. Check out the Go Side transport buggy, really good !

The property was great and had enough room for our family. There were some issues with appliances and the property manager was quick to respond and send a handyman. The views are just wonderful. Beach was a little rough and no sandy beach around this time of year. Overall a great experience. There are a few minor issues with upkeep of property like with any existing home. The cleaning team and property management were very helpful.

There’s nothing like walking into a nice fresh and clean hotel room. This place wasn’t that way. Cigarette butts, litter, beer bottles, dead/dying plants and rust. Rust is everywhere! Sinks drain slowly and the refrigerator isn’t very cold. All easily fixable- broom, rake, window cleaner, drano, and paint. It’s old, quaint and has a great location but needs a lot of work. I’ll find a different place next time.

The house was perfect for our extended family, Grandparents to infant. Having the beach in the back yard was so convenient for those that wanted to swim. Having bogie boards available was a plus. The different terrace levels were great to sit and watch the waves. The only issue were some of the beds were way to soft. We would consider renting it again in the future.

We spend a week at this location, the description on line of the property was right on. Was a great house to handle our group of 12. The property manaager was very helpful from the begining to end. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

Wonderful location and setup… was great for 2 families. Loved the semi private beach area and fire pit!

We stayed here before and really enjoyed the location. House could use upgrades with a gas grill and a paint refresh. Garage door worked on and off.

Quite possibly the worst renting experience of my life. This poorly maintained house leaked everywhere when it rained. Then out of no where drips from the roof made it into one of the ceiling fans which promptly started to spark and smoke wildly. When we were frantically trying to gather our belongings I couldn't get ahold of the property manager. When I finally did their advice was to turn off the fan and someone would be out in the AM to fix it. Not sure how that helps with the rental being filled with smoke. After a few more back and forth a, they offered a smaller lesser quality rental. I asked for a refund sinceit was unsafe to stay there. They refused saying I signed a contract stating there was no refunds. So I stayed no where, they charged me anyway. Thanks for the worst customer service of my life.

We came as extended family from 92 year old to 12 year old grandkids. We wanted a place where we all could be comfortable and Dad could watch his grandkids play in the ocean. It was perfect. We all body boarded in the ocean while grandpa looked on from a rocking chair on the deck. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice. We hope to come again!

House was perfect for spending time with kids and grandkids. The roominess, location, and various outside levels were perfect. Only drawback was we went when tide was high most days so beach was limited to play on until early evening most days. Watch the tide charts !!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Oceanside. The property was easily accessible with plenty of street parking, the views were impeccable, and the property had everything you needed to have a restful and fun stay. I really liked the layout of the space and all the space you can use to hang out and enjoy the ocean.

Large, comfortable home for our extended family vacation. Room for all of us to be together, we loved the large outside area to enjoy the ocean views and sounds. Off street parking was a bonus.

House is decorated very well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. We arrived at 4pm and the a/c was on… it didn’t get below 82 degrees. We finally just open all the windows and doors to cool it down. There are four sliding glass doors, none of them lockable except for pvc pipes. The outside trash was completely full and my husband was able to get hold of owner who told him that the trash is picked up on Friday. (We got there Tuesday) and to just put the trash out Thursday and his people would pick up the extra bags. In the stairwell inside the house the lights were not working. On the stairs going down to the beach some of the stair skid runners were coming up. And part of the hand railing is missing. Not a great house for kids who simply wanted to be in the ocean all the time. Other beaches were found to take the kids too. Expected a much better house for the money spent. Beds felt flimsy and made a lot of noise. More outlets and bigger beside tables would help those with CPAP machines and able to carry the machine a phone maybe an IPAD. Too many pillows everwhere which had to be pile out of the way taking up furniture space.

It doesn't get any more oceanfront than this! Two story property, lots of space and natural light, huge balcony, amazing views. Only wish there was a little more beach/sand in front, but only God can control that. Would definitely stay again!

When we stayed in 2019, you could access a large beach and walk down the beach from there. The water is significantly higher at this time. There is beach access a few blocks away. . If you are looking for a beautiful view, this place is great! If you are looking to spend the day on the beach with kids, without going to the public beach, you might be disappointed because the shore looks very different now than it does in the pictures. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, a convenience store and some shopping.
