Property is excellent vacation home for family vacation

Had a great time and enjoyed the roomy house. We have rented this property for several years and always look forward to staying there. Will be back next year!

Property is as advertised. Close walk to beach and short trip to downtown. Will be back next time in South Haven.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is well stocked with all cooking and beach needs. The host keeps on top of the maintenance and any issues that may arise. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

One of our best vacations in South Haven. The house was exceptionally clean and organized! Plenty of fresh linens and towels for a family of eight. The management team was quick to respond to a small issue we had with one of the toilets. I appreciated the text from the owner when we set off the smoke alarm one morning while making breakfast. He was checking to make sure we were all ok. Short walk to the beach which was the best. The house supplies everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. We had a wonderful time!!

Property is beautiful! Super clean. Very quiet street with minimal traffic, but still close to downtown. 2 min drive to Packard Beach which is where we went every day. Great spot for little ones. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Our family affectionately has stayed in what we call the South Haven “yellow house” multiple times over the years! We love the quiet street, inviting yard, and close proximity to the lake! It’s a great house for kids and grandparents alike! The house is very clean, well maintained, and is very comfortable!

This was the third time we have rented this house for a group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 10, and we had a great time. The location and amenities are perfect for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-stocked home on a peaceful cal-de-sac, minutes from the beach! There were so many relaxing and fun possibilities this home provided-from enjoying the porch swing or lounge chairs out front and watching the kids play basketball (they loved this!) to enjoying s’mores out back at the fire pit while the kids played in the play house and on the swings. We took advantage of the bikes and beach chairs that were provided-very helpful!-as well as the arcade games and gas grill. So many fun and useful amenities!! We were also very pleased with the oversized recliner that our dad (in his 70s) was able to use comfortably during our stay. The proximity to the clean, quiet beach was also fabulous! A less than 5 minute walk! We would absolutely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to families of all ages!

Loved the house. Good location, well stocked. Wished weather was a little warmer so we could have sat outside. Beautiful backyard seating and play area for kids. Could use cushions on table seats or a good lounge chair for older people, had difficultly getting comfortable after long days. Beds were comfortable. Property owner was very responsive.

We enjoyed our week in South Haven and always look forward to staying in this beautiful house. We love the yard, playhouse, swing set, porch, fire pit and eating on the patio. The grandkids love the arcade too!!!

Immaculate and warming environment. We felt like we were in a cabin in the woods without the bears. Enjoyed the peaceful morning and quiet evening. The safe environment encouraged our grandkids to walk to the beach to check the flags to see if it was a swim day. Looking forward to next summer already!

When we arrived to the property it was well kept and beautiful! We came on vacation for a mom’s getaway, and were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had—it was perfect for our group. Plenty of amenities and extras included in this rental. The neighbors were so sweet and actually invited our group to the block party they were having—such a nice gesture. Perfect walking distance to the beach for beautiful sunset views. Fire pit was stocked with firewood and we spent every evening out back. Even though we were in a neighborhood it was very secluded in the backyard. The front porch was perfect for sipping coffee and chit chatting every morning. The downtown area was close by and the grocery was also within a short drive. Everyone in our group loved the place and we will definitely look into renting in the future. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.

The property and its amenities were just as described, no surprises. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and very knowledgeable about the area. It was a great fit for our small family and look forward to going back.

This house has great curb appeal, and the inside is just as inviting. Plenty of room for up to 8 people with an open concept kitchen and family room. The front porch is great and has a swing to sit in to enjoy the lovely views surrounding the house. In the back there is an enclosed porch and a big fire pit with a beautiful seating area. Our grandson loved the tree house and swing set in the back as well. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms. The location is also great; very close to beaches and not far from town.,

This is the second time we have spent a week at this house, and it continues to be a great experience. We love the location on a quiet street with little traffic, which makes it great for lots of walks and bike rides with the kids.

We all enjoyed our stay! The house is very nice and equipped with everything you need! Very close to Newcome Beach via short walk, but the public beach area is extremely small (about 50'x50') and can be crowded. We ventured to North Beach a couple times (5 min drive) and there was much more room for the kids to play, and also has a concession stand and restroom. South Haven is a wonderful little town and this home made our stay very enjoyable!

Our girl's trip was wonderful! We went the first weekend in June and had great weather (aside from an afternoon sprinkle one day). The bungalow was super clean and spacious! They have soap & shampoo dispensers in each shower (no conditioner but we brought some), toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets, dish soap, Tide pods for laundry, beach towels, a beach wagon, soft coolers, etc. The beach chairs are the folding camping chairs, so I recommend you bring your own if you're not into that. There were no baggies or aluminum foil, and only a few Tupperware -- so bring some of those things if you want to store leftovers. But that's it—they have everything else! It was so nice to not have to worry about packing a bunch of additional items or having to run to the store. Brad was also excellent at communicating with us -- always responded very quickly and was so accomodating/flexible. It was a joy to stay here!

Such a lovely place. We had a great time celebrating our son's college graduation. The house is beautiful and the location is so great--walking distance to beach!

This property has it all- walking distance to beach and downtown, a cozy, organized PRISTINE interior will all the conveniences you could possibly need and a beautiful outdoor space with the cutest play house for kids and a sizeable fire pit. My husband and I came for the weekend with our three year old daughter and my parents, and it was perfect !!!

This was our 2nd time staying in the yellow bungalow, and it was everything we remembered. The home is cozy and ALL the details are thought of! The beds are comfortable, home extremely clean, and you feel like you’re being spoiled. Brad is a generous and host and very communicative. The walk to the beautiful beach is just 5min. It really is a favorite of ours, and quickly becoming a family staple. Thanks again for everything!

Would happily rent again! Clean, good open spaces for gathering and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Beach access is just short walk down the road. Our host was responsive within an hour for any questions.
