Every year we plan a trip to Ellicottville to get a few days of skiing in. This year we had a mixed group of families with kids ranging from 15 to 6. This house had the perfect set up with lots of sleeping options, common space, and plenty of fun for the kids between the games, PS3, pool table, pac man arcade, and campfire. The hot tub was also nice after skiing all day. This is the second property we have stayed at of the owners. They are absolutely wonderful. Their properties are always clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and they are very responsive. This was also our first time staying a little outside of town. We originally thought this might be a slight inconvenience but it's such a quick short ride and with the house being so perfect for our group, it had no effect on our experience. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful place and location, as well as plenty of room for our group to feel comfortable during the stay. Definitely recommend this place, we will be returning to spend our vacation here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time at the ski chalet. The property was clean and well equipped and comfortable for our large crew. It is located close to tubing, skiing and the shops and restaurants in E-ville. Two thumbs up.

Well stocked kitchen. Small issue with Internet but we think it was spectrum's issue so what can you do. Only negative is the basement shower nozzle needs replacing.

Pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful and thoughtfully organized house. We were a big group of 10 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep, enough towels, enough blankets, and places to lounge and sit. The vibe of the cottage was really fun: a vintage and working pac man machine, pool table, lots of classic VHS tapes, puzzles, books, games for kids and adults, and of course lots of rooster themed decor which the kids got a kick out of. There were space heaters for cooler parts of the home, we all had hot water, extra pillows, ample dishware. It was perfect, I highly recommend this house if you are a big group looking for a relaxing cottage to stay at.

Heat continued to trip off, we had to manually reset, after the owner had an electrician come to the property, that would have been fine though, but after skiing , we went to use the washer/Dryer in the home , but the dryer was broken . Clothes were soaked till we left the following day. sink backed up continuously.

Great house with a lot of room. It was perfect for our girls’ weekend away. It had plenty of beds to accommodate a large group and it was close to downtown Ellicottville. We will definitely rent this property again!

It was perfect for our group... 13 of us. Some of us enjoyed the main floor playing games at the table. Some hung out in the basement playing pool, Pac-Man, and the piano. Some enjoyed the hot tub! Truly a great place ..very clean, roomy, and comfortable!

This place was even nicer than expected! There was a crib, booster seat and step stool which was very helpful with my small children. There was plenty of space for my family of 19 and the kitchen was stocked to accommodate our early family thanksgiving celebration. Had a fuse blow and the host responded quickly and solved our problem. Everything was great. The family had a blast!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as fantastic. Everything you need for a nice get-away with friends! We never leave the premises...it has everything.

This home is beautiful, peaceful and private. It is well stocked in the kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, glasses ETC. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside, we had a wonderful view of changing leaves and plenty of fire wood for our campfires. Also a shout out to the owner, David Carley. We had a furnace issue the first day and he had it fixed immediately Thanks

This is a great place to stay. Great flow throughout the house and property. Plenty of places to sleep and hang out. We had 17 people and never once felt cramped. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great location: private, yet easy drive to Ellicottville. Issues with heat. Couple beds were noisey in the rooms with multiple beds. Some cookware needs to be updated (cookie sheet was nearly black). Very obvious low on upgrades, quick flips for staying. Nice fire pit. Hot tub was nice too. Served intended purpose.

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. The hot water never ran out! The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, and basic grocery supplies. The view from the deck was so pretty with the changing leaves and the fire pit is awesome, with plenty of wood provided. Lots of things to do and see in the area, from zip lines to wine tastings, and plenty of restaurants to enjoy in the nearby town. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with the boys, had a lot of fun and the house was more than enough.

We've stayed at this house 2 times now, and will be booking again for our annual ski trip/getaway to Holiday Valley. The house is exactly as described, roomy, comfortable and clean. It is located 10 minute drive from skiing, restaurants, bars and grocery store - it's super convenient. The hosts are always available in case of any questions or concerns. We never had any issues. Looking forward to booking this again!

We had 17 adult women for a long weekend, cousins of different generations. We had a great time. The open concept is perfect for gathering around the table island even living room area to play games and I’ll be able to talk. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, the fire pit the scenery was beautiful, we would definitely go back

We had 3 families sharing the house with kids ranging in ages from 9 to 15. There was plenty of room, lots to do. The kitchen had all the space and things we needed to cook meals. The lower lever was a great space to hang out after skiing all day. We would definitely return.

The property worked very well for our family group . Ages 2-71. Great views and privacy. Convenient location 10-15 minutes from Ellicottville and holiday valley. Only 3 bathrooms and 1 of those was in the master. But didn’t present any real problems for us

Very spacious and well stocked property! Our party consisted of 12 adults for a ski weekend. Lots of room to spread out and lots of amenities! I would highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive which was an added bonus!
