Renting process was easy. Lots of information from the management company. The house was not well stocked for our goal of making Thanksgiving dinner. There were no saucepans when we arrived, but did receive a massive soup pot when we asked for a pot. There was nothing small enough to make gravy in or make boiled eggs. The rooms were comfortable and the view was spectacular.

Overall this was a great place to stay. A lot of room & we loved being next to the ocean and not having a road in our view. We had an issue with the garage code but maintenance was quick to fix the issue. There was a problem with the dryer shredding parts of some clothes. Other than that we don’t have any complaints.

Check in and out were efficient. Our family enjoyed the house even though the weather wasn’t the best. Hot water may need to be checked out. Took a long time to get cold water. Plenty of space for all.

This property was a perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed this beach house. The location was really great. Just a block from a grocery store. Less than a Mile walk to the pier and plenty of restaurants. Watching the waves crash against the rocks in the morning entertained us and the kids for hours. We saw Dolphins almost every day. The hot tub was a nice touch. The pantry was a little sparse of kitchenware, but the kitchen was nice otherwise. Living room was cozy with plenty of seating.

Had some bumps after checking in. Hot water heater not turned on, the HVAC wasn’t working, broken shower head but all were fixed in a very timely fashion. Needed more direction on how to operate tv and security doors. Beautiful view of the ocean and had our own garage. All in all a great stay.

A bunch of moms at the beach? Yes please! This place was mostly perfect. The location is great, the room set up was perfect and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views amazing. That said, we all had an amazing time. Really, who needs a phone or football when you have wine and an ocean view?

Maintance was scheduled for next day. Also window blind looking out to the beach on the right was difficult to use. I would get rid to the second dining table. All looked fine at first. We arrived to a spacious rental that appeared to be clean. After getting unpacked and settled the kiddos started walking around the rental barefoot and the bottom of their feet told us or showed us the floors were not mopped before our arrival. The outside patio needed a good power wash, the floor and furniture were filthy. The spa was smaller than I hoped for and it was all cold water. There is no beach or sand in front of the rental it's all giant boulders. As you walk out the small gate to try to get to the beach there are these hazardous small pavers that one of my kids fell over. I recommend these get fixed asap and mounted properly. You have to walk to the other side of the strand about 10 mins to get to the sand where you can sit and relax. There was one room no one used until 2 friends joined us on Sunday evening. Upon checkout on Monday they were cleaning up and packing. They fully untucked the sheets and bedding to make their bed prior to leaving. They found a huge disturbing stain on the sheet. It looked like a dry old blood/period stain. I wish I could attach a picture of this stain. You would think that because we are dealing with a pandemic cleanliness would be the top priority, but clearly it's not for this rental company. There is no way that disgusting dirty sheet could have been missed if that bedding was properly swapped out for clean sheets and bedding before our arrival.

Great to be right on the water but away from the boardwalk. The beach was a 5 minute walk, but not a problem. The property was in good shape, although one of the patio chairs was broken when we arrived. We needed additional sheets, but management was quick to respond. Oceanside has come a long way, but still is a "beach town". Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Last summer I rented a property on the strand and was very happy with it that’s why I returned . This property is clean but the beds are extremely uncomfortable especially the one in the second room to the back . The balcony needs some work to make it more appealing. Plastic containers all over the place are unattractive . The two sofa handles were broken but as soon as I brought it to the company’s attention, they promised they would fix it . The property could do with some interior design upgrades . The water hose that people in the next property use to wash off when they come from the beach is attached to this property and as soon as they turn on the water, you hear a loud thud . I had a few other issues like the stained living room rug but because the property management company was so attentive and promised to fix the issues, I will not post them. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. Would I rent again? Yes, if they did some repairs and upgrades and also got some comfortable beds . My back hurt for two days .

We enjoyed the 4 bdr/4ba, worked well for our family. The interior was nice and clean. The bbq was greasy and didn’t get hot enough to cook burgers. Other than that it was a great holiday
