Very nice. Most commented it was better than the pictures. Finally got my siblings to venture east of the Mississippi River. All enjoyed Charleston- history, food, atmosphere.

Beautiful porches, great open home layout and amazing location. Master bedroom could use a king size bed but a small issue. Wonderful, as advertised home.

Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Nice walk to the beach. Owner responsive to questions and needs. Third year for our family. We all rate it a 10/10.

Great location, walk to beach and Marina. Short golf cart ride to Isle of Palms Recreation Center. Quiet Street for kids to play and ride bikes. Basketball Goal in driveway was a plus. Home layout was great.

Perfect home for family vacation.
We found this home to be spacious and comfortable for all ages. Immaculately clean. Plenty of seating, ample parking, and close to marina and beach. Highly recommend this home.

Annual Family Beach Week
House was perfect for a large blended family. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had tools we needed. Convenient washer and dryer. Nice walk to the beach. The most magnificent porch with rockers and a swing- I spent every evening on the porch talking with my favorite people. Wonderful experience.

Perfect house for parents with young kids. The bunk room was the perfect place for the younger kids to crash after spending hours in the sun. The proximity to the Marina was excellent. Only drawback - could NOT figure out how to turn on some of the lights! Otherwise, would love to rebook again for a future stay!

Few things need to be addressed (broken toilet seat, not sure how the washer works, few things could use a deeper scrub) but overall would stay again!! Enjoyed our time together and house is a blessing!

Isle of Palms rental
This home was just what we wanted. It was very well laid out to accommodate extended family, including the room with the double bunks and the master bedroom with the crib and pullout couch. There were scooters and a basketball hoop, and even a large wagon that was used to haul loads to and from the beach. Large kitchen, plenty of indoor seating for eating and relaxing. We used the two large porches all the time- one had several rockers, the other one was screened in and had a table we used for playing cards. The house was very homey in the way it was furnished and decorated. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to others.

Great stay!!
This property was everything we needed! It was clean and well prepared for us. We enjoyed everything about this home especially all the little details! (We had 4 kids with us and having night lights, fans, cribs, baby gates made all the difference!!) Checking in and out went smoothly. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. My whole family didn’t want to leave! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

We REALLY enjoyed this home - its nicely laid out with everything we needed and very comfortable beds and rooms. We really liked the multiple porches and decks. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the marina and the beach but out of the way so its fairly quiet - it was nice to be able to walk to a lot of places to get our walks in - and very close driving distance to Grocery store, Breach Inlet, Sullivan's Island and restaurants...
Rachel and all the ladies at the management company were really great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding in Charleston
We had a wonderful wedding weekend in Charleston. This awesome house hosted over 30 people for an extended family Thanksgiving celebration as part of wedding festivities . Sweet grass staff helpful and courteous. Stocked with everything we needed: from towels and linens to shampoo and dishwasher detergent.

Our family was in Charleston for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Clean, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, bright kitchen and living room. Good location.

Great place! Very clean! Would have been easier, since we have senior citizens, to have the keys to golf cart to give them a better way to get back and forth to the beach. Would have been perfect with cart and pool. Over all best vacation we have had in the states.

Stay at Isle of Palms
Great house and very spacious. It is about 1/4 mile from beach but easy access and a pleasant little walk. The beach is so big it was never crowded. House contains all the amenities a family needs and lots of space. Love the screened-in-porch and it is a great place to hang out.

My family of 10 adults truly enjoyed renting this home. Extremely clean and well laid out, and a very reasonable price. Short walk to beach.
