Our family went to celebrate a milestone birthday, and we found this quaint home and beautiful land, which is nothing fancy, but welcomes you in and surrounds you with seafront beauty- a perfect place to celebrate Life and relax with your loved ones!

We were staying in Joshua tree the days leading up to this trip and I was so bummed to leave the desert until I arrived at this gem of a place! Everything was perfect- so therapeutic, will definitely be back, thank you!

From the moment we walked in, our pulse rates dropped and we began to relax. We wandered the grounds as the sun started to set; the waves crashing below and the sea-lions barking loudly. Everything that you’d possibly need was there. After dinner & wine, we sat in the soothing hot tub overlooking the ocean; the sky filled with stars. Clearly, it’s a family home with a lot of heart as evidenced by the lovely art work and charming collections within. Thank you Laurie for opening your home for us!

Can't beat the view. House was a little past it's prime. Bbq was rusted out and unusable. Furniture was glued and screwed together and very loose but overall we had a good time and watching seals all day was golden. This property does need some love though.

Loved it!! The view, the hot tub, the sea lions, the fireplace…..everything was beautiful. I am a housecleaner so I did see some things in the home that could be cleaner, but none of that mattered when we had the amazing view! Even though it was raining for part of our time there, the large picture windows allowed us to have the outside in. Would love to visit again! Can’t beat the view! Highly recommend!

We heard about the cottage from a friend and as soon as we arrived we knew it would be a wonderful stay. Location, location, location!!! View is stunning and best of all, the view is just as stunning from inside as outside. While the kitchen is small it is very well equipped. The bed was really comfy. We used the hot tub, delightful amenity. We loved how secluded it felt. Close to a market was quite convenient. Access to the Anchor Bay beach turned out great because the beach is a good spot to get a relaxing walk in the sand or sit in a beach chair and read. The cottage was very clean, the furnishings comfortable all in all a delightful place to have a quiet getaway. We loved being there so much that we booked another visit before we completed our stay.

It's a magical place! Beautiful views from a cozy, simple, rustic cottage. So comfortable. I rarely left the property because there was no need to in the expansive, idyllic property with plenty of walking space to soak up the Pacific Ocean breeze! I enjoyed cooking my favorite meals. I love sleeping in the moonlight as it shined in at night and reading a book in the afternoon sunshine while sitting on the lawn! A perfect getaway for me! I plan to go back! Thank you for sharing this magical place with me!

Beautiful location!! We were totally relaxed. We did not watch TV at all. We enjoyed just looking at the water view and birds. We heard seals barking in the distance. Just a gorgeous place with nature.

Though very close to the highway, you hear only the ocean waves, smell only the salt air, and troubles, whatever ones we had upon arriving disappear each time we return.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your cute and comfy home with a view to die for! Very Quiet (except for the sea lions, which we enjoyed listening to) and private location. The perfect getaway. Every direction you look...it's just beautiful. The beach access was close by, and everyone we met was so friendly. I got to do lots of beach combing, taking photos, and collecting shells. The hot tub was in the perfect location for maximum enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again! Denice & Tim

Myself, my grandson with autism and non-verbal and his auntie had a wonderful peaceful stay. The view is unbeatable. Deer, stellar jays, and sea lions were fun to watch and hear. Watching fisherman pull in their catch was fun as well. Anchor Bay beach was a wonderful addition to the benefits of This property. A fun time was had by all at Point Arena lighthouse. Auntie enjoyed Bowling Ball beach and disc golf course in Gualala. This cute place was fully stalked with all kitchen necessities. Can’t say enough!

We went here for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday, the view is amazing and having the extra property is great for privacy and quietness.

The house has everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Being right above the ocean, with gorgeous views was the highlight. We soaked in the hot tub, had lunch outside on the patio, grilled burgers, and explored the bluffs and beaches nearby. Absolutely love this simple home.

The view at our home was spectacular and the home itself is a lovely little cottage. Having said that, we were looking for a home for our annual ocean fix, however, the futon and chair were not as comfortable as we had hoped, and not suitable for a long stay. They are worn out. Hence the 4 star overall rating. Other than that the home is wonderful.

Seapoint is our favorite place to go for relaxation and renewal. The view is incredible and the property private and inviting. You don’t need to go anywhere else.
