Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. The property owners made my birthday weekend extra special.

The property was great! It was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had a separate full bath which made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner and a night out. It was a quick drive (Uber ride) downtown to all main attractions including restaurants and bars. Checkin/checkout was smooth and communication with the host was detailed and responses were quick. We will definitely stay here again!

The rental was very clean and located in a nice area. However you will need to Uber to downtown Nashville. It's not in walking distance. I definitely would consider renting there again.

The property worked great for our group. With each couple having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very roomy. The train was a bit annoying at times (especially if you couldn't sleep).

Great place to stay! Close to everything just an uber away. Walking distance to restaurants also. Loved all the bathrooms in the house also.

This is a really nice house, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is extremely convenient and plenty of room in the common areas to congregate. It is close enough to downtown Nashville if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Broadway, yet far enough to escape the madness. There are plenty of really cool restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy a more subdued meal or drink. The Pearl Diver is an exceptionally cool spot. Would definitely stay here again.

This home and location are so incredibly welcoming. Everything you need is in the home and the surrounding neighborhoods have so much to do. It’s only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We’ll definitely be back as we still have so much to see and do in the area!

Crystal's place is just what you would want for a getaway to Nashville. Excellent space and the location is great, we loved being a walk away from the coffee popup Weak Coffee. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough that its not inconvenient. STAY HERE!!

This house was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice and was only minutes from the downtown activities.

The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. There are a lot of places to eat close by and Broadway was awesome! We were celebrating my son and his best friends 21st bday. I definitely recommend this place. It was in a good neighborhood and you could walk to some of the places to eat. We ubered most of the time. The house was clean and we had a lot of space to spread out. We sat on the front porch to drink our coffee. The only thing I would change is there needs to be some black out curtains for the bedrooms.

My family and I had a lovely time! The location of the home was very convenient to many restaurants, and was a short Uber ride to downtown. Really wonderful space- plenty of room for everyone- only complaint was no smart TV or fire stick- we wanted a movie night with the girls but that was a no go

House is exactly as pictured. Very Nice!! Safe neighborhood. Great layout w 3 private bed & baths and 2 common areas. Nice to have 2 off-street parking spots. Easy check in. Quick Uber ride to downtown 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. A critique would be to have the house cleaning crew actually dust door ledges, bed frames, light fixtures & vents. The vents and cobwebs in ceiling corners are visible which for those w/ allergies does cause issues. Touching up paint on the walls too as there are multiple scuff marks and stains. This is from rude visitors not respecting their home and hitting walls with suitcases and taping things to walls and door frames. I am sure owners are not aware and have a cleaning crew which probably doesn't care. Upstairs queen bed could use some adjusting to prevent the squeaking when moving. House is very well maintained and water heater was great for 4 ppl daily w/ having hot water. Loved having all hardwood floors. Kitchen sink faucet lever is backwards for hot water, pull down forward not push back. Recommendations: leave a broom and dust pan, we wanted to sweep & more non stick pans. Also, cleaning spray to wipe counters off. We cooked daily and 2 pans was not enough when cooking breakfast for 4. Salt & Pepper shakers were empty. Also, an outdoor grill would have been awesome for grilling out a night. A thought.. Maybe it could be offered for visitors that would like to use. We were tempted to ask the neighbors. I recommend this place; I feel that the owners do take very good care of the house but the housekeeping is lacking. If they aren't told, they can't fix it so that is why I am being detailed. Again, I would highly recommend this home for its location, space and amenities. Nothing was so bad that we felt to bother the owners, we cleaned and dusted some of the areas. House was clean with the exception of dusting. The train is weird how it gets stuck for days, too funny! We read reviews prior to our stay and were prepared for the train noise. It really was not bad. I do believe this is a very well maintained home and do recommend to visitors. Thank you for the use of your home, we enjoyed our stay and the great location to downtown. The location is excellent, never been to this part of Nashville before but it was perfect for our visit. We all loved the house, had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and couldn't have been better. It is decorated with the Nashville feel. Very clean also. The train was somewhat bothersome to some of our group but not so much for myself. I grew up near a train so it did not bother me one bit. I actually enjoyed hearing it! Our highlight was going the The Jack Daniels Distillery. It is a little drive but so much worth the trip, and spending time in Lynchburg. If you go be sure to eat lunch at The Barrel House BBQ and order the Grilled Cheese with pulled pork sandwich, it was amazing...we all still talk about it! We would love to come back to this amazing city and the cool place!

PERFECT. We are all retired and live across 3 states and planned a get together. Decided on Nashville. I found this home and it certainly met all our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Just a great place. A great big thank you for the use of your home.

If you want to getaway from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and enjoy a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, this is the place for you! We stayed with friends and then layout of the home was great for if you wanted to spend time together in the living room, dining room or kitchen, but the design of the bedrooms and bathrooms offered privacy. We loved being able to walk to Café Rose and Vinyl Tap....we were sad Southern Grist moved to a new location. Several restaurants and grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away. The drive to downtown is easy. Two cons....there are railroad tracks nearby and you hear them train. The back door enters in to one of the bedrooms. It worked out fine for us, but I could see it being awkward.

This gem in East Nashville should be your first and only choice for a perfect stay! The spacious home is so nicely done and maintained! The hosts are quick to respond and super kind. All of Nashville is either a walk or short dive away! We highly recommend!!

We had a great time, the property is well and centrally located with a lot of great places nearby, hope to return!

The house was as advertised. We loved the location and it was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was complete and the downstairs living room was perfect for relaxation.

This was a quick get away for us. It was kind of hard finding the drive to get to the back of the house. But once we found it we were pleased. The house was spacious! It is a great location! Close to pretty much everything in the area. The only downside is the train!
