De ligging is perfect. Dichtbij Caglairi en naast Villasimius.

Is echt een zeer klein huisje. De naam Villa mag je echt schrappen.

The villa was very well appointed and very clean with very good air conditioning. Plenty of outside space for socializing and relaxing with fantastic views down towards the beach. Our host Andrea was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay

Amazing exteriors even better than the pictures advertised View is just amazing The beach is almost private for the houses tenants Communication with nice Andrea was very easy and fast. They offer you a welcome drink and water :)

Internet connection is almost inexistent and there is a limit for week that cannot be toped up. We got several times cold water, but it was so hot weather that was actually pleasant and therefore we didn’t even report it. The city taxes are not included - you will have to pay them on the check out. Lots of mosquitos despite their effort to provide us with all types of repellents The house interior is very old and smelly on the ground floor, it wasn’t a huge impact for us, as we were always outside and were only 2 people. We havent see any pool, but we didn’t miss it due to the fabulous beaches around. You must know that you need a car to go to restaurants or to a restaurant- but it is very worth it

Excellent welcome - Spa - bottle of Prosecco - location

EVERYTHING!!!

The holiday started with the wonderful host, Mirko, sending his friend Augusta to give us the keys. She was waiting for us in a car, so immediately great service. The villa was simply superb. Mirko is a great host. Sadly there was a storm and some of his furniture got destroyed, and he had to come down. But, it was a pleasure to meet him. Possibly one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Couldn't do enough for you. The villa was immaculately clean, some food and drinks provided (milk, bread, breadsticks, juice, etc). I found this a very nice touch and incredibly welcoming. The villa had the most spectacular view and aircon both down and upstairs. The villa had a spectacular authentic Italian, nearly even roman feel off it, whilst having all the mod cons. The showers were incredibly powerful and bidets in both bathrooms. The spa jacuzzi was. a great touch. It was the first water we went into in Sardinia. It has 3 nice bubble features. It was cool participating in the bins system (something small I didn't consider before coming to the holiday). Finally, the whole estate is secured with an electronic gate that can only be opened by wireless key fob button. It makes you feel even safer. Also, there is a staircase down to the private beach, accessible to every person in this estate. So you get your own private beach!!! The beach itself is stunning, and has a restaurant on it. Literally, you couldn't ask for more. 11/10, with amazing host who will do all he can to make your holiday perfect. Thank you so much Mirko for everything

The only thing, it appeared there was a swimming pool in the advert pictures. There isn't, only a spa jacuzzi pool. But, having a beach directly beside the villa (5- 10) min walk, meant pool was basically unnecessary. I didn't feel I lost out and it didn't negatively impact my holiday at all.
