House was easy to locate and exactly where described. We loved the pool, but the hot tub would not always heat well - it varied from day to day. :) Yes, as someone else noted, the house could definitely use some updates - especially the appliances, but they all worked well. I did think the note on the thermostat was a bit odd because it told you that they didn't want it below a certain temperature, and it needed to be below that in order to sleep at night. The upstairs got VERY stuffy at night, so a few more fans would be nice to keep air circulating. Lovely stay!

House was great and big enough for my family I would stay again

Nice pool, the villa had lots of space. The area is well maintained, grass cut, trees pruned etc. The villa is nice but could do with a makeover.

I should have known better, once I found out they misrepresent the location, I should have not booked. The home is very old and run down. I had a repairman there almost every day for different issues. Couldn’t use the jets in the hot tub. I had to personally remove all smoke detectors, they were badly out of date and wouldn’t stop alarming. A couch caved in when I sat on it. Mould all over the place. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ve rented many homes in the area, I’ve never left a bad review.

Nice large clean home with great pool First few nights AC didn't work well but owners fixed fast. Furniture is falling apart a little but didn't bother us. House was.not located where thought. Took nearly 1 hour 15 min every morning to reach convention center. We thought was 30 min away but this is because of vrbo app not owners. It's a good house and good owners and would recommend

We found the property to be exactly as advertised. The pool was warm and we had a great time! Michelle was a wonderful and responsive host. I would not hesitate to vacation here again!

Overall nice place to stay. Easy check in. Plenty of room for our family. A few issues at first most were resolved.

We showed up to a refrigerator in the front yard with no pre warning. The management company told us it would be removed the next day. It remained in the front yard the entire duration of our stay. One of the upstairs bathrooms has no hot water. The beds are about as good as sleeping on a wood floor. The hot tub did not work till our last night after sending multiple pictures and communications to the management company. When we arrived there was a comforter hanging over the balcony, bugs in the bathrooms, and broken furniture. The owners of this property have clearly pocketed all profits and not invested a dime. The property management company will turn everything around into your ignorance or pretend it’s not happening. Stay anywhere else but here!!! We have stayed in a dozen VRBO and never had this bad of experience. They barely provided enough toilet paper for one day and no extra paper towels, trash bags, or coffee filters. You spend so much on groceries then in the checkout instructions they ask you to leave everything behind….CROOKS is a better name for this property.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 14 people in the house at a time (2 weren't staying there) but it never felt like we were on top of each other. Management was great. Noticed an issue with the fridge when we checked in. Contacted Michelle and she had someone there the next day. Great experience. The kids loved the pool and pool table.

We had a good time on a family vacation. The property had plenty of space and the host was responsive. However, the property is due for several updates. We were looking forward to play pool but were unable to use the pool table as it is extremely wobbly, heavily leans to one side, and there is only cue. We paid extra for gas for the grill for the week but had to clean it ourselves before they were able to come out and got almost a gallon bag full of grease. Also, for a property that size they did not provide large enough cookware so we ended up having someone bring theirs from home.

We had a family trip and really enjoyed our stay at Solana 928. The property manager was very nice and kept in contact once in a while to make sure everything was good. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great stay on great property. Check in wasn't easy because club house hours were posted until 8 pm but actually ended at 5 pm. The gentlemen at the gate post was a little rude and didn't believe us. Will definitely use VRBO and this property manager again!!

The house was not ready by 4:00 PM cleaning team still there with no mask on! the patio screen needs repair on both sides so we got leaves and bugs at the pool, dining chairs were dirty and stained. dirty dishes on the dishwasher, some broken blinds and not curtains in the rooms so all the light comes through, no extra blankets, on the master room the bed will crack every time you move, unfinished wall paint by the entrance door. If the house gets fixed, the price will justify honestly I overpaid for this house.

We didn’t stay in the original rental because of a water issue but the owner quickly upgraded us to a similar house. We had trouble with the hot tub being heated but the owner quickly sent the property manager over to address the situation. Overall it was a great experience the only thing that I would recommend is that you need bigger pots and pans for cooking larger family meals & more forks... Also, it was rather warm in the house with the thermostat set as directed.
